1. The hotel staff are not friendly.
2. The room smells.
3. Construction noise continues until 5pm
It's like drilling a hole in the wall.
The hotel doesn't seem apologetic at all.

Staff was so rude, not inviting at all. Acted like I was a problem for her, didn’t tell me about any of the amenities or how the parking works. Room was renovated, but cleanliness wasn’t there. Towels smell like smoke and floors sooo dirty. Couldn’t even walk in the room without shoes because it was so sticky. Hotel has potential if the staff cared and the rooms were deep cleaned.
