Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Airport North/Virginia Avenue ★★★

"Due to me having another encounter with this property I am writing this review. When I wrote my initial review the GM reached out with a comment as if there would be a solution and also stated to get in contact with the assistant GM. The assistant GM is the very first person who didn’t offer anything but an apology nothing else from the start. He called me today and was just very unapologetic, nonchalant, and said he was standing on what he said the first time he emailed me. I made it very clear in my first complaint that I didn’t want points and then he offered me points. I didn’t have to get a full refund but crediting at least one of the nights would’ve sufficed especially after not having the TVs working and blood stains on the shower curtain. He also stated oh I don’t see your calls in the logs about the issues… I have no control of why the employees didn’t log my complaints but told him I have screenshots of all of my calls to the hotel. I then asked if I could speak with the GM because she seemed as if there would be a resolution and seemed truly apologetic. Mr. Wadley said I can try emailing her again after I advised I’ve been trying to get in contact with her through email for over a month. He also said I can call back to the hotel and put in extension 6000 to leave her a voicemail but when calling the hotel there’s no option to put in an extension. As someone who usually loves all the Marriott stays for 20+ years this is the absolute WORST! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on the issues and horrible customer service. Stay somewhere else"
