Zakeria and Mr. John's customer service was excellent. They went beyond Hilton's expectations for me. I am on business travel and they both are making my stay like home I only stay at the best when I travel. Thank you. Hilton. We had another hotel mess up our reservation and Hilton came through with a room. Once we were finally checked in, we were greeted by the sweetest attendant, John S. He was kind, helpful, and turned our frown upside down. Thank you for having such nice hospitality especially for those guests concerned about travel issues at the start of a trip. Thank you John!

John was great assisted with our bag and placed them in room and provided us with ice, he was our first impression was the best he was great. Wow pools were great resterant was great and receptionist was awesome Mrs Ann really helped with getting checked in.

Everything was great and parking was good. The lighting in room needs to be brighter! The buffet was great the hotel staff was wonderful. Just love the area. Slept real peacefully, very quite.the security was really polite and courteous.!

Tisha was an incredible hostess!! She was attentive, polite and took great care of my family during breakfast. The entire morning staff at breakfast was great and made sure the Buffett was in pristine condition at all times. Refilling items quickly without being asked, the food was also delicious as well. Tisha was a stand out on a team full of hardworking and friendly people. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Mr. John was amazing!!! The representatives were knowledgeable, professional, friendly. The rooms were clean. I will definitely stay here again whenever I am in Atlanta. I love the location and friendliness and the breakfast buffets is TERRIFIC !
