My only complaints were about the cleanliness of the cabinets and shelves. Hotel very well located, close to a metro station (100m) and Harbin West station (500m).
Contrary to what the name Harbin Moqi Apartments may suggest, do not expect apartments, but just simple rooms, well appointed in fact. Our suite had a fridge, but no microwave, dishes were limited to 4 mugs. So don't plan on having meals in the room.
