"The location is fantastic, right by the Songhua River! Cross the road and you're at the Songhua River and the cable car. It's just a 3-minute walk to the Flood Control Memorial Tower and Central Avenue. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked in and checked out. Our room included afternoon tea and snacks, and the breakfast was superb – truly outstanding! They had different Northeastern specialties every day, plus a wide variety of Russian dishes. You can really get a taste of the local cuisine. Highly recommended!"

"The front desk and room staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, odor-free, and the bedding and towels were spotless. The air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. Having 24-hour hot water was a plus, and there's an elevator for convenience. They offer a free private parking lot. The location is excellent – you can easily walk to St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street (even via an underground mall passage). Dining options are plentiful, with fast food downstairs, and there's a large supermarket directly across the street offering incredibly affordable fruits and pastries."

"The hotel's decor is quite unique, and it's very close to Central Avenue, offering a peaceful retreat in a bustling area. The front desk staff sits down to check guests in, which reminded me of the Old Cataract Hotel, the best hotel in Aswan, Egypt. The front desk lady provided excellent service, being warm and attentive. The room facilities were all pretty good, and the toilet even had a bidet. However, the automatic sensor was a bit too sensitive; it would flush constantly, even flushing several times while I was still wiping. The room was small and a bit cramped. Breakfast was very rich and served until 10:30 AM, and there was also an afternoon tea. The hotel's location is also very convenient for taxis, situated on a small street between Central Avenue and Shangzhi Street, closer to Shangzhi Street. It was raining on the day we checked in, and as soon as our car stopped, a doorman immediately came out with an umbrella to greet us and proactively helped with our luggage – very thoughtful. When checking out, I accidentally pinched my hand with my luggage, and the front desk lady immediately showed concern and brought over a band-aid. The complimentary souvenir was also quite uniquely packaged and styled."

"The hotel building has a unique Russian architectural style, standing 7 stories tall. The environment is lovely, and the staff are incredibly warm and helpful, offering excellent and attentive service. The afternoon tea and breakfast are also very good, and they even provide late-night snacks and bedtime milk! The hotel is conveniently located near various attractions, easily accessible by taxi or subway. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely stay here again!"

"I booked the basic room type through Ctrip for 90 yuan. The room was on the basement level, requiring a walk down stairs. The room was large and spacious, but it was surrounded by walls, had no windows, and no connection to the outside. Don't expect an upgrade to a room with a window or on an upper floor if you book the basic room type through Ctrip. My companion had a leg injury and was limping in and out, but still had to climb the stairs to the basement level. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with elderly people, sick individuals, or anyone with mobility issues. Late check-out isn't allowed; you must check out by 12 PM. Late check-out costs 35 yuan per hour, clearly priced. Ctrip also doesn't offer their own extended check-out until 2 PM. We stayed in room 9 on the basement level. The air conditioning wasn't working well; the buttons wouldn't activate it. The joint between the bathroom and the main room was damaged, and my companion slipped there after it got wet, though thankfully wasn't injured."

"Our stay at the Novotel Harbin this trip far exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it for families. We specifically booked a family room, and the layout was incredibly thoughtful, divided into two separate bedrooms for maximum privacy – perfect for a family without disturbing each other. The entire room was meticulously cleaned, with every corner spotless and fresh. The bathroom design was particularly impressive; the toilet was in a separate cubicle, and the shower walls used a special Japanese anti-mold material, which looked clean and stylish, with absolutely no dampness, mold, or odors. The bedding was soft and thick, providing a fluffy and comfortable sleep, allowing us to relax completely after days of sightseeing. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. Just across the road is the Daoli Vegetable Market, where you can easily pick up local snacks and ingredients. St. Sophia Cathedral is just a few minutes' walk away, making sightseeing and dining incredibly convenient and hassle-free. Both the facilities and service were excellent, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Harbin in the future."

"The family room at Xue Li Hotel is spacious and tidy, with a warm and playful themed decor, complete with a small tent, dolls, and children's building blocks, which the kids absolutely loved. The bathroom is well-equipped with special toiletries and a bathtub for children, showing great attention to detail. The multi-zone air conditioning throughout the room was comfortable, helping to alleviate the dry northern air, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room has excellent natural light and an expansive high-level view, while the mini-fridge was very convenient. The staff provided meticulous and thoughtful service, able to adjust the room setup as needed. The hotel is conveniently located above a comprehensive shopping complex, making travel and shopping easy. Overall, the facilities are excellent, balancing fun for children with comfort for adults, making it an outstanding stay for families."

"The hotel staff lacked attentiveness, and the room was poorly equipped. There were no tote bags, sewing kits, or children's toothbrushes provided. Usually, when guests check in with children, the front desk proactively asks if they need kids' toothbrushes and slippers. This hotel neither offered nor provided them in the room. Furthermore, there's a sofa bed in the room. When I called the front desk to ask how to use it, they did send someone to open it for me, but without sheets or blankets. This is a common issue the front desk should anticipate. When a guest inquires about the sofa bed, they should proactively ask if bedding is needed to avoid the guest having to call room service for this reason. The room service staff, an older gentleman, arrived with a stern look and snapped, 'Anything else?' Who calls room service for fun? It's simply the hotel's own service falling short!"

"The location is super convenient, right on Central Street. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The bed had just the right firmness. Breakfast was varied and delicious; I ate there for two days and didn't have the same thing twice. For supper, they offered congee (century egg and lean pork congee on the first night, plain congee on the second) along with millet congee and some small side dishes. When you're out exploring during the day, you can grab bottled drinking water from a small fridge at the reception. The in-room teapot, cups, and tray were a nice touch for enjoying tea. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"When I visited Harbin, I specifically chose the Qiuguo Hotel on Central Street, and the most satisfying part of my entire trip was the hotel's thoughtful and attentive service. I simply *have* to write a detailed review to recommend it to everyone! As soon as I arrived, dragging my luggage, a staff member outside proactively came over to help me. Walking in, I was immediately greeted by a warm atmosphere. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, and check-in was incredibly fast, with no unnecessary waiting at all. Knowing we were out-of-town tourists, the staff thoughtfully offered us a tourist map, meticulously explained the routes to Central Street, St. Sophia Cathedral, and the Flood Control Monument, recommended restaurants popular with locals, and even kindly reminded us about the significant temperature difference between day and night in Harbin and little tips for staying warm outdoors. This saved us a lot of trouble with planning. After checking in, the detailed service was exceptionally heartwarming. The cleaning auntie cleaned the room so meticulously; tabletops and bathroom corners were all wiped spotless. She proactively replenished mineral water and toiletries daily. Seeing that we had brought a lot of snacks, she even brought an extra storage tray. Whether it was day or night, whenever we called the front desk with a question, the response was always quick, and the attitude consistently patient and gentle, without any perfunctory responses. The hotel's amenities are also very comprehensive. Free hot water and tea are always available, and the laundry and drying facilities are free to use, with staff proactively showing us how to operate them. Luggage storage and arranging taxis were also readily available. Returning from an evening stroll, there were always staff members on duty in the lobby, which made me feel very secure. On the day of check-out, the staff actively helped us with our large luggage and even gave us a special Harbin souvenir, which was incredibly thoughtful. The location is right next to Central Street, making shopping and getting around very convenient, but what truly impressed me most was the consistently meticulous service from start to finish. From the moment I stepped in until I left, every detail reflected the staff's genuine sincerity. There were no stiff routines, just truly practical and thoughtful care. If I ever come to Harbin again, I would still choose this Qiuguo Hotel, and I recommend it to all friends who value service and seek a comfortable travel experience!"
