Honestly, I'm a bit reluctant to give a good review because the Executive Lounge here is just so subpar right now. And the loud noise in the morning was really annoying, though the duty manager did apologize and offered juice, a small gift, and a cute little tiger plushie, so I guess I'll let it go. Maybe it's the off-season, or they're cutting costs and boosting efficiency. But frankly, the Executive Lounge in Shenyang, also in the Northeast, was much better. I hope Harbin can really step up its game.

Didi navigation needs to be set to Shimao Avenue Exit 3, otherwise you'll end up behind the building. It's really close to the subway, about 30 meters. There are only 4 washing machines, so if you need laundry service, don't choose this place. There are only 2 elevators for 24 floors, so you'll wait a long time. The bed in the room is very large, easily accommodating 3 people. The bathroom design is impractical; there's nowhere to put your clothes. There are few amenities and services nearby.

What's it like to be a ”castle owner” for a night? The Sun Island Castle Hotel, located on the scenic banks of the Songhua River, boasts a charming European architectural style. From the third floor, you can directly access the cross-river cable car, and the fourth floor houses the Chocolate Castle Museum. This museum features an incredibly diverse collection of chocolates, and outside, there's an observation deck – a superb spot to admire the Songhua River's night view. The hotel's location is excellent, offering incredibly convenient transportation. Besides the cable car, you can also take a cruise ship across the river. The sightseeing bus also stops here, making it easy to visit all the attractions on Sun Island, with the freedom to hop on and off as you please. This time, I stayed in the most affordable ”Viscount Interior Room.” The room was spacious and well-equipped, with furnishings that truly captured the grand essence of a castle. The only minor drawback was the lack of a window, meaning I couldn't enjoy the natural scenery outside – a small regret. It's worth noting that, compared to the opulent guest rooms, the hotel's front desk seemed a bit understated. The small reception counter is tucked away in a corner on the first floor, which felt a little out of sync with the ”Chocolate Castle” theme. Personally, I suggest designing the front desk in the shape of chocolate and having the reception staff wear more distinctive attire. Wouldn't that better align with the magical theme of this place? Overall, this was a surprisingly delightful stay, highly recommended for those who appreciate unique hotels.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Metro Line 2, just one stop away from the Ice and Snow World, making it easy to get around. We booked the Courtyard Family Suite, which has a well-designed layout with a TV wall separating the two king-sized bedrooms, offering good convenience. While the hotel is a bit older, it's fully equipped with amenities, and the cleanliness is well maintained. I noticed collision protection stickers on the table corners, which is a nice touch. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even provided complimentary breakfast every day. Room service robots deliver food and water quickly, so you don't have to wait long.

There's a gym and a heated pool on the third floor. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! It's definitely the go-to river-view hotel when you're in the area. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unobstructed, front-row view of the river. During the day, you can lie in bed and watch boats gently pass by, the shimmering water is incredibly therapeutic. As night falls, the city lights on both banks reflect on the river, creating a stunning and romantic scene. You get to enjoy a gorgeous night view without even leaving the hotel, and every photo you take turns out amazing.

The hotel is decorated in a simple atmosphere, the public area is clean and tidy, the room facilities are complete, air conditioning, network, toiletries are all available, and they are very smooth to use. The service staff is gentle and polite, and the response is timely, which makes people feel very comfortable. The soundproofing effect of the room is good, the rest is very quiet at night, and the quality of sleep is very good. There is no need to say about the sanitary conditions. When you enter the house, you feel refreshed and comfortable, without a sense of perfunctory. For tourists who come to Sunac Park, this hotel is impeccable in terms of location, environment and service. It is an ideal accommodation choice and worthy of five-star praise!

Clean and tidy, no need for AC as it's super warm. Excellent location with a subway station right downstairs. All amenities are conveniently located nearby. The owner is really nice, embodying the warmth and hospitality of Northerners – always ready to answer any questions. The owner's mom is especially wonderful! Kind and enthusiastic! This room offers breathtaking views of both sunrise and sunset, perfect for photos.

The room was spacious and generally clean. It was very soundproof with good ventilation, and there were no strange odors. The breakfast selection was rich, comparable to Wanda Vista. The hot springs offered a good variety of pools, and the water quality was excellent with no unpleasant smells. On Children's Day, kids under 1.5 meters were free, which was a fantastic bonus! The staff were very enthusiastic, and both check-in and check-out were quick.
