Transportation is convenient, and the location is excellent. It's a great choice for both leisure travel and business trips.

The stay experience was excellent. The whole process was deeply moved by the intimate service of the hotel staff No. 011. It must be specially praised! Whether it is a temporary stay or a business stay, the service and environment of this hotel are far beyond my expectations, which makes people feel comfortable. From the beginning of stepping into the hotel lobby, the staff of 011 was warm and thoughtful, polite and meticulous. The check-in process was efficient and fast, without the slightest delay, patiently explaining the key messages such as check-in instructions, breakfast time, parking location, and the tone was gentle and patient. Facing the surrounding travel and dining problems I consulted, they all answered them in detail, gave practical suggestions, and instantly dispersed the fatigue of the journey. I have a number of temporary needs during my stay. The 011 staff has always responded positively and implemented quickly. They are serious and responsible, meticulous, and the details show professionalism. Treat people sincerely and cordially, smile warm and decent, service is not deliberate, not perfunctory, the sense of proportion is just right, people really feel the warmth of being at home. In addition, the overall environment of the hotel is clean and tidy, the lobby is elegant and comfortable, and the public areas are regularly cleaned without odor. The rooms are warm and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sanitation is meticulous, the facilities are intact and complete, and the living experience is full.

Hygiene: Quite clean, which is the most satisfying aspect. Environment: I don't know what kind of layout this hotel has. I could hear the neighbor fart, no kidding. Early this morning, it sounded like they were making a phone call right next to me; I could hear them clearly. Zero soundproofing. Facilities: Convenient parking.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm, the staff are attentive and can meet the needs of guests in a timely manner. The transportation is very convenient. I have good reviews. I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity.

The room conditions are OK, but there is no soundproofing. The service is very good! I checked out late for something and the beautiful lady Zhang helped me look after my luggage. She even went back to the room to check again in case I left anything behind. She is kind and nice, great!

The room was very warm, the owner was very welcoming, the price was very reasonable, and the transportation was very convenient. It is located opposite the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a 10-minute walk from Lesong Shopping Plaza, and there is a bus stop right outside the apartment. Taxis and ride-hailing services are also available.

The service at Harbin Rose Manor Hotel is impressive! From the hot towels upon arrival to the travel guide recommendations, every detail is full of warmth. The room is spacious and bright, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, the bathroom facilities are advanced, the gym, billiards, table tennis, badminton are all available, especially the graphene tatami heating pad in the Japanese room makes the winter nights particularly warm. The Northeastern specialties and iron pot stew for breakfast are unforgettable. There are also snow slides and horse-drawn sleds outdoors. Snow football and snow horse riding perfectly combine the ice and fire charm of Harbin. The shuttle bus provided by the hotel arrives at Central Street in half an hour, and it is also convenient to the airport. Whether it is service, facilities or cost-effectiveness, it is perfect, and it is highly recommended to friends who come to Harbin for tourism!

I used the weekend to visit relatives. I arrived late Thursday night. The front desk brother enthusiastically called to confirm the check-in, but the phone did not answer. When he arrived at the front desk, he enthusiastically greeted and cared, and also asked if he wanted to buy early, and the service was thoughtful 👍 Booked a big bed room, Hanting hotel chain, the quality is the same as other cities, the hotel is not far from the whole street is eating, very convenient, the morning market is opposite, the sex ratio is higher than the red brick morning market, really like 👍

The room is very clean and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas. Very close to the cancer hospital. The lady at the front desk is also very nice. Because I booked two nights of hospitalization in advance, I was given a refund for one night. It's great to have such a good hotel near the hospital. I will stay here again next time I come.

I’ve stayed here countless times. The hotel reception lady is polite and respectful and always helps me whenever i ask for information. They also help me to keep my taobao parcels. The room is clean, bed is comfortable and hot shower is available 24/7. The subway entrance is exactly in front of the door. I have everything i needed. If you turn left and walk, there are plenty of delicious food.
