Hotels in Harbin Railway West Station/ Wanda Plaza, Harbin

Great hotel with a fantastic location. The elevator goes directly down to the Xicheng Hongchang shopping mall, and Wanda Plaza is right across the street, making shopping super convenient. They also have underground parking. The staff were really helpful and patient when we asked about parking, and they even gave us some complimentary parking time. We only stayed one night due to our travel plans, but we'd definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

We stayed in a family room, and my child said it was the best hotel he's ever stayed in because it was a Detective Mike 🐅 themed room. Of course, he thinks every hotel with a unique feature is the best; he's such an easily pleased kid! But I really should praise this hotel, ⛺️ it's excellent.

The room itself is pretty good, and the location is excellent. However, the building it's in is quite old and run-down, especially when compared to the modern All Seasons Hotel right next door – there's a significant difference. Plus, you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs yourself from the front desk to your room, which is a bit inconvenient. The breakfast is a bit basic and not worth the price; you're better off eating out.

This hotel is a hidden gem, highly recommend! 👍 Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was fantastic. There's no draft, and the hotel has direct access to the MixC mall from B2. Turn right out of the hotel, and Wanda Plaza is just across the street. You can see Harbin West Station right outside the window. We checked out the Frozen Roses at Wanda Plaza's Gate 1 and the Snow King formation at Gate 2. The hotel breakfast was good, and the station drop-off service was excellent. The only minor downsides were the soundproofing and the wait for the elevator, but these are common issues for hotels located within shopping complex buildings.

The room decoration is lovely, clean, and tidy, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I particularly loved the green window screens, they're really pretty. The location is also very convenient, close to West Station and Red Square. I checked in close to midnight, and there were 24-hour BBQ skewer restaurants nearby, so walking at night felt completely safe. The front desk lady was very helpful and even gave me a free breakfast. My trip to Harbin was very pleasant. I'll definitely come back again.

The hotel location was great near the Wanda plaza and the entrance to the metro station, it is good when you are traveling in a temperature of -30C. The room was heated and the floor was also with heating, hot shower and Japanese toilet 😍. A nice spot in the room where you can sit and have dinner or snack with a view on the window. Minibar is free! The receptionists were nice and pleasant even with poor English(that's why there is google translate). The breakfast was tasty little if western food but you can manage with the Chinese one too. But the area was small so you may come very early or before the end of the breakfast to enjoy a table for yourself sometimes you may share it with others but its nice to mingle.

The hotel is quite close to Haxi Station, which makes getting around very convenient. The environment is decent, though the room itself is a bit small. During my stay, I didn't experience any loud noises from neighboring rooms, so the soundproofing seems to be adequate.

This hotel is perfect for catching the high-speed train in Harbin! It's super close to Harbin West Station and the subway, just a few minutes' walk, so you never have to worry about missing your train. The room was meticulously clean, and the bedding was fresh and crisp, making for a very comfortable stay. The soundproofing was also good, ensuring a quiet night's rest. All the facilities are new, and the Wi-Fi signal is stable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with any issues. The self check-in and free luggage storage were also really convenient. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The room environment was excellent! It was very clean and spacious, with spotless bedding and a sparkling bathroom. The owner was also very kind; we arrived quite early in the morning and since the guest in the king-size room we booked hadn't checked out yet, the owner upgraded us to a twin room for free. Plus, it's very close to Harbin West Railway Station, near a subway station, making it super convenient to get to attractions.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and the facilities were excellent. The moment I opened the door to my room, all the fatigue from my journey just melted away. The room was spotlessly clean, making me feel completely at ease, and you could tell thought was put into every detail, even the lighting was perfect. The front desk was warm and attentive, it felt like meeting an old friend. It was a short stay, but filled with warmth. I'll definitely choose this place again to continue this comfortable experience.
