The concierge service in the river view room was superb, even better than a five-star hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, surpassing five-star hotels with an abundance of delicious options. The best part is that breakfast is served until 12 PM, which is perfect for late risers like me. They even had ice cream and Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles! After checking out from the Ritz-Carlton Harbin, I came here. Although the room's hardware is comparable to a budget hotel, the service from everyone at the hotel was consistently excellent. We received a welcome gift before checking in and a souvenir after checking out – how many five-star hotels offer that? This family-friendly hotel is great, the European-style decor is beautiful, and from the river view room, you can actually see the river!

Great stay! The location is excellent, making it super convenient for sightseeing. It's just a few minutes' walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral and Central Street is also easily accessible. The hotel feels safe, and the soundproofing is good. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. For this location, the price is really good value. The room was clean, and we booked a king-size bed room. The bathroom was also quite spacious.

This hotel boasts an unbeatable location right on Central Street. Step out the door and you're immediately in the heart of the action, perfect for shopping and trying local snacks. It's also just a short walk to the Flood Control Memorial Tower and Saint Sophia Cathedral, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The entire staff was warm and polite, check-in was quick, and they were always prompt in responding to any requests. Their thoughtful service made me feel completely at home. The hotel's overall decor is opulent and grand, with a magnificent and refined lobby. Every detail exudes quality, making it very photogenic. The buffet breakfast offers a rich variety, including Chinese and Western options, Northeastern specialty pastries, hot dishes, desserts, fruits, and drinks. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and I started each day feeling fully satisfied. The room itself was spacious and bright, meticulously cleaned, with soft and skin-friendly bedding and a mattress that was just right – neither too soft nor too hard. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a full night's sleep even though we were in a bustling area. The bathroom featured a wet and dry separation, high-quality toiletries, and strong water pressure. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with clean elevators and public areas that were spotless and odor-free. This hotel is perfect for both leisure travel and short getaways, offering incredible value for money. Staying here in Harbin is definitely a sure bet. I'll choose this place again on my next visit and highly recommend it to all travelers!

I have very high standards for accommodation hygiene, and this hotel completely exceeded my expectations! Every corner of the room was thoroughly cleaned, the floors were dust-free, and the bed linen and duvet covers were flat, clean, and hair-free. The toilet and shower glass in the bathroom were sparkling clean, without any water stains or limescale. In the public areas, the corridors and elevators were constantly maintained, and the air was fresh with no unpleasant odors. The bed was just the right firmness, making for a very relaxing sleep, and the facilities were well-maintained.

The hotel location is perfect, just 4 minute walk to metro Shangzhi, 9 minutes walking straight distance to St Sophia Cathedral and Yibin cloth lunderground market, for Muslim you can have halal food 100 meter at the right street from the corner of the hotel which I used to take away 2 times while staying at the hotel. The hotel has luggage ramp at the right side of the hotel entrance, checkin and checkout is very fast, the receptionist can speak English at least helpful for those who do not speak Chinese, and I got welcome gift as well from the receptionist. The hotel has laundry room including detergent and dryer as well. Also has robot to deliver your food that you order from *******. There is also daily cleaning services. The safety is good, there is one day i just forgot to keep my ipad on the bed and it still there when i come back at night. I am thankful for the trusted service from the hotel staff. I recommend to fellow Malaysian traveller to stay here.

The hotel is a beautiful old Russian-style building with an excellent location. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, just a 3-minute walk to Central Street, yet it's surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The interior is beautifully decorated, clean, and tidy, with new and functional facilities. What truly stands out is the hotel's service, which is incredibly thoughtful and detailed. First, the front desk gave me a complimentary room upgrade. Then, throughout my stay, the room was cleaned impeccably every day, and they offered personalized service based on my habits – for instance, noticing I drink a lot of water, they would leave extra bottles. Even my charging cables left in the room were neatly organized. On one of the days during my stay, it happened to be my birthday. While I was out, I received a call from the hotel, and they offered to order a cake for me! This truly is customer service taken to the extreme! I repeatedly declined, but in the end, the hotel ordered the smallest one as per my request, which was incredibly thoughtful. My entire stay here was wonderful, and I want to thank the hotel and all the staff.

It's also very close to the main entrance of Central Street, only about a ten-minute stroll away. Dining options are convenient too, with Daoli Market right across the street. Public transport is easily accessible, with a bus stop just downstairs, although we mostly walked around the area as everything was so convenient.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff greeted me with smiles, proactively helped with my luggage, and processed check-in efficiently and quickly, without any delays. Learning we were out-of-town visitors, they patiently introduced nearby attractions, authentic local cuisine, and transportation routes. They even thoughtfully reminded us of things to watch out for while exploring, covering every detail, instantly making us feel welcome. During my stay, the housekeeping was incredibly diligent. Cleaners tidied the room punctually each day, paying close attention to detail and neatly arranging everything. Any daily requests, made by calling the front desk, were met with a quick response. Replenishing supplies or answering questions were handled promptly and properly. The hotel's smart delivery robots also provided a convenient and fun way to get items delivered, a truly thoughtful service. The lobby also offered complimentary tea and snacks, providing a warm feeling even when returning late. The staff were enthusiastic and polite, with just the right amount of attentiveness – not overly intrusive, maintaining perfect boundaries. When I had questions, everyone patiently answered them with a friendly and approachable attitude. Check-out was simple and fast, with no tedious waiting. The staff even proactively bid farewell, making the entire experience top-notch. Given its prime location on Central Street, combined with such considerate, thorough, and professional service, my whole trip became remarkably smooth. This hotel is perfect for both sightseeing and a short respite. The service level far exceeded my expectations, offering incredible value for money. I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Harbin, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

This is a newly opened hotel, and the room decor is quite new. However, the room is very small, perhaps only a dozen square meters, with the bed right inside the entrance. The location is super convenient; Sophia Cathedral is just a short walk away. We received complimentary fruit upon check-in, but the cleanliness wasn't up to par. There were still fake eyelashes from the previous guest stuck to the wall, and water left in the kettle. I stayed in a room on the second floor of Building B, which is close to the restaurant. Starting around 7 AM, the constant opening and closing of the restaurant doors, along with the staff's walkie-talkie chatter, was incredibly noisy and disturbing. I stayed during the Spring Festival, and the price was almost three or four times the usual rate. When I checked out, I asked for a late check-out until 2 PM. The front desk staff initially refused, and it took a lot of persistence on my part for them to finally agree to a delayed check-out. It felt like haggling in a market. I wanted to check out at 2 PM, but the staff first refused any extension, then agreed to 12:30 PM, then 1 PM, and finally 1:30 PM after more insistence – the whole process was quite ridiculous. However, during check-out, the front desk did apologize and explain the late check-out policy, and even gave me a gift.

Had a really comfortable stay. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is fantastic. They even gave us a fridge magnet! The room was very warm, and it's right on Central Street, which made shopping and dining super convenient. The hotel room was clean, and there's a self-service laundry room on the 3rd floor. Highly recommend!
