I was really happy with my choice of the Anazan Landscape Hotel for this trip. The front desk processed check-in very quickly, and the lobby managers (both the young man and young woman) spoke so gently. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Overall, my stay was very relaxing.

This newly opened hotel in Qunli completely exceeded my expectations, from the service to the room quality. It will definitely be my top choice for friends visiting Harbin in the future. The front desk staff were incredibly patient, answering all my questions and tirelessly explaining the room features, which honestly made me feel very comfortable. The hotel facilities are excellent, soundproofing is good, and all toiletries are provided. The minibar items are more than sufficient. Breakfast is outstanding, easily meeting a four-star standard, and the quality is great. The best part, though, is the staff – from the front desk to the housekeeping, their service is top-notch. Highly recommend!

I chose Runheng Hotel for my trip to Harbin this time, and the experience far exceeded my expectations – I simply have to give it a great review! 🛏️ Room Experience: We stayed in a twin-bed room with a bathtub. The layout was very well thought out, and it felt perfectly spacious for two people. The bathtub was clean and hygienic, perfect for soaking away the day's fatigue after exploring. The 1.5-meter wide twin beds are also very accommodating for groups or families. 🍽️ Dining Delights: The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of options and tasted great, setting us up for an energetic start to the day. I especially want to commend the afternoon tea – it was exquisite and delicious, providing a wonderfully relaxing moment during our travels. ❤️ Service Details: This is truly the main reason I want to recommend this hotel! The housekeeping auntie would proactively replenish our Sprite and iced tea every day when she cleaned the room, and that feeling of being looked after was wonderful. What touched me most was when we returned to the hotel on a rainy day, the manager actually came out with an umbrella to greet us at the entrance. This level of 'home away from home' service is truly rare to find in hotels these days. In short, both the hardware and software were impeccable. I will definitely choose Runheng Hotel again for my next visit to Harbin!

The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, including local specialties like Guo Bao Rou (sweet and sour pork) and Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms. We ate incredibly well during our two-day stay; it truly felt like home-cooked food. The lobby is clean and bright, and our room had no strange odors and was away from the street. Plus, there's a charming courtyard on the third floor with fantastic views. The front desk staff was very welcoming and actively helped us with all our requests. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic stay, truly felt the warm atmosphere and attentive service. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, saving a lot of time – a great experience overall! The room was spacious and bright, elegantly furnished, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with plenty of hot water and a full set of toiletries. All the hotel staff were very friendly, always smiling, and provided excellent service. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a mix of Chinese and Western options to cater to different tastes. The complimentary evening millet porridge buffet with side dishes was also delicious! (See attached pictures) Highly recommend, looking forward to my next stay.

We go to Harbin every year. The Hi Inn Hotel we chose this time is great, super nice. The girl at the front desk, Wang Mengmeng, is very nice. She answers all questions and welcomes you with a smile. It is very convenient to buy things downstairs in the hotel. There are all kinds of fruits and dried fruits. There is a Sichuan restaurant nearby that is particularly delicious. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance. An Outstanding Stay with Exceptional, 5-Star Service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Qunli. Arriving in Harbin at 4:00 PM and catching a noon flight out, we found the hotel's location incredibly convenient—only about 35 minutes to the airport and a similar or shorter commute into the main town. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. The lobby was peaceful and check-in was a breeze. The reception staff were wonderfully helpful, recommending great dinner spots and even proactively offering us an umbrella (for a small deposit) when the weather looked threatening. Our room and the corridor were remarkably spacious. The room layout was excellent, allowing us to fully open our massive luggage while still leaving plenty of comfortable living space. More importantly, the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. While the breakfast spread wasn't massive, everything was delicious and more than sufficient. What truly set it apart, however, was the outstanding service. I want to give a special compliment to waitresses 宫艳荣 and 宋丽梅, who kindly stepped in to help me juice carrots and heat up pastries when I was fumbling at the station. Chef 朱峰 was also fantastic, giving me custom options for my eggs while seamlessly juggling both the noodle and egg stations. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the restaurant manager, Michael Yu, who was incredibly friendly and shared fascinating insights about life in Harbin—the kind of local perspective you just can't find online, which truly enriched our holiday. I travel extensively and rarely experience this level of genuine hospitality, even in 5-star hotels. Kudos to the entire team! (Though I should note I went down for breakfast early, so it was pleasantly quiet). For leisure, we took a lovely 30-minute walk to the Qunli Waitan Ecology Wetland. It’s truly impressive how the government has preserved such beautiful greenery for residents and visitors to enjoy. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. It was a wonderful experience overall, and we will definitely be back!

The hotel is very new as a whole, the public area is clean and elegant, the 24-hour bamboo book bar is quiet and suitable for office reading, the self-service laundry room is equipped with drying, the gym is fully equipped, and the long-term stay is also very convenient. The front desk service is gentle and efficient, the check-in speed is fast, and the breakfast, the road early, and the late night porridge to the service. The luggage will also take the initiative to help, and the demand response is particularly timely.

My overall stay exceeded expectations. The Orange Crystal Hotel's design is truly impressive, with stylish and minimalist public areas perfect for photos. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were polite and friendly. The room was spotless, odorless, and featured warm, ambient lighting. The electric curtains and smart lighting were very convenient, and the TV supported screen mirroring, which was great for binge-watching. The toiletries had a subtle, pleasant orange scent. The bedding was soft, and the mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too firm. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night and a good rest. The bathroom was spacious, with a large vanity and a lighted mirror, which was very helpful for makeup. The hotel also offers self-service laundry and a gym, and the delivery robot bringing food to the door was a nice touch. The location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time.

I booked the Huayi Hotel in advance, and the front desk quickly checked my reservation and processed my check-in promptly. They were very responsive to any requests. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and odor-free, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The best part was the surrounding area; there were plenty of restaurants, from breakfast stalls to full-service restaurants. In the evenings, the night market was just a 5-minute walk away, making it super convenient to enjoy local snacks – even on a business trip, I could experience the vibrant local life.
