My child was on summer vacation, so I brought her to play in the nearby suburbs and we chose this place. She was very happy, and I loved it too. The room was clean, hygienic, and cool. Both indoor and outdoor facilities were excellent. The customer service staff were very enthusiastic. There were many cherry trees in the yard, and we could eat the cherries for free, which was absolutely fantastic 👏 Five-star review!

Highly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!

Big thanks to Sister Qiu for always responding to our inquiries and to the boss, Hongbo, for the warm hospitality and care. We had a very comfortable and fun four-day, three-night stay (Dec 27-30) in Snow Valley. The warm beds, hot meals, and enjoying all the entertainment activities in Snow Valley and Snow Village gave our group of four an extraordinary winter experience. At Xiongling in Snow Valley, we tried snowmobiling, snow tubing, skiing, and snow drifting (super thrilling!). **Friendly reminder**: Please wear sunglasses, a mask, and a snow hat. This will help prevent the cold snow from hitting your face when you're snow drifting. The snow hitting your face is incredibly, unbelievably cold! For the Yangcaoshan itinerary, I recommend buying tickets for the horse-drawn sled and taking the snowmobile all the way up the mountain. Hiking would be a very long and time-consuming distance. For the second half, we opted to hike down to Snow Village, and the snow scenery along the way was absolutely spectacular, perfect for photos. You can also buy a small sled to enjoy some exciting mini snow runs on the way down. **The only drawback**: The shower head in the bathroom had low water pressure, so it took a bit longer to shower.

Do not be fooled by the two stars hotel rating when selecting this Homestay. This Homestay offers a different experience as you could wake up seeing snowfall from your window, playing at the slides outside the hotel for the children and enjoying the sumptuous restaurant food behind the hotel in the negative temperature. The Manager of the hotel rendered professional service as she helped us book all the attractions and the driver would pick and send us there. The driver is very experienced and careful when driving in thick snow. The ski resort is near the Homestay which my boys spent 3 hours skiing. In addition, the Manager instructed the kitchen to prepare fries and pop corn chickens specially for my children. Excellent service and we truly enjoyed our stay at this Homestay. Keep up the good work!

This was a surprisingly great stay! The owner was incredibly welcoming, always greeting us warmly whenever we came and went. Their smile was truly infectious. They even came out to meet us and gave us excellent tips on where to eat, drink, and have fun, helping us avoid any tourist traps – absolutely fantastic! The room layout was very well designed and spacious. Most importantly, it was spotless and odorless, feeling just as cozy as our own home.

Very cozy boutique-style hotel, not a big property, which makes the stay feel more personal and relaxing. Conveniently located near the ski resorts, with eateries and ski equipment rental just next to the hotel — extremely practical for ski trips. The service was excellent, warm, and genuinely hospitable. It truly made us feel at home. The hotel team is made up of young, energetic staff who work together like a family. Special mention to Yuki, Claudia, and Logan— they were outstanding. Since my schedule was flexible, they thoughtfully helped plan my activities and were very helpful in arranging transportation and activities. In-house facilities are just right: a kids’ playroom, self-service laundry, one restaurant, and a café bar. Everything is well-maintained and comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Overall, the hotel is well-kept and spotless. A lovely stay — highly recommended for those looking for a warm, cozy, and hassle-free ski getaway.

This family-friendly B&B offers great value for money. My baby absolutely loved the big bathtub, and walking in felt like entering a layered rock cave. The location is super convenient with a subway station right downstairs, and it's close to all the indoor attractions. The customer service was very thoughtful; they even brought a welcome gift for my baby. The hotel was really warm, creating a stark 'ice and fire' contrast with the cold outside.

It was spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the blackout curtains were excellent, ensuring I got a peaceful night's sleep during my travels. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, ample hot water, and the toiletries had a fresh scent and felt high-quality. The in-room smart devices were easy to operate, and the Wi-Fi signal was stable, perfect for work or entertainment without any lag. The complimentary drinks in the mini-bar were a nice bonus. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering not only standard Chinese and Western dishes but also delicious local specialties. Any requests during my stay were met with a quick response from the staff, and I felt completely at home throughout. It offers excellent value for money, suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The hotel has a very convenient location, within walking distance of Subway Line 3 (Friendship Palace Hotel Exit 2), Zhongyang Street (Central Avenue), the Morning Market, Songhua River, St. Sophia Cathedral, and Manhattan Mall. The area is surrounded by many restaurants and convenience stores, making it easy to find food and daily necessities. The lady owner speaks English very well and is very responsive, kind, and sweet. She even surprised me with a cake for my birthday. The staff are helpful and welcoming, and they invited us to a Christmas Eve party with free food, which made our stay extra special. The room is quiet and spacious, with free bottled water provided daily. What I liked the most was the large window, perfect for people-watching and enjoying the view of cars passing by 😆. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. 💕

Staying at this B&B in Yabuli, the moment I walked into the room, I was immediately charmed by the classic Northeastern floral bedding. The room was spotlessly clean, the pillows and duvets neatly folded, and the heating was cranked up – it was freezing outside, but inside I was sweating in just a t-shirt!
