MM1s3n3ckn****This was my first time visiting Xuegu with my mom, and we stayed at this inn. The environment was great, with a strong Northeastern charm. The owners provided excellent service. The next day, when we went to Wusong Ridge to play in the snow, the owner accompanied us the whole time, taking photos and even teaching us how to ski for free. If we had gone on our own, hiring an instructor at the ski resort would have cost several hundred yuan. The owner was very patient and professional with the photos, allowing me to fully enjoy myself. There were also evening activities at the inn, where the owner would film a 'water splashing into ice' video for us for free, a service that costs money in Xuexiang. We even bought Wuchang rice from them. Overall, I highly recommend this inn for anyone visiting Xuegu. I've already recommended it to my family and friends.

AAtiqullah RaffiAs a solo traveller . and as a muslim . i would prefer this hostel in your check list. upon arrival the staff will come and greet you, help to pick your heavy luggage to the check in counter . and they will brief you , explain to you about the facilities provided inside the hostel.
the accomodation is really comfort, the staff is friendly and helpful , there is makeover room to use, sharinh toilet and also private toilet inside the room.
locker was provided for each guest to keep their belongings safe . the toilet is clean. and i had wonderful experience . i will totally repeat .

The room decor has a strong Northeastern charm, with wooden ceilings and floral curtains, creating a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the pillows are just the right height, ensuring a superb sleeping experience. The underfloor heating works exceptionally well; even when it's dozens of degrees below zero outside, the room remains warm as spring. The owners are genuinely kind and straightforward, and their recommendations for restaurants and attractions are very reliable. The guesthouse offers a free breakfast with a rich variety of porridge, steamed buns, eggs, and pickles, providing a balanced and nutritious start to the day. In the evening, you can even roast sweet potatoes and regular potatoes at the guesthouse, which are sweet and delicious, bringing back many childhood memories. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and the service, environment, and hygiene are all impeccable. If you're coming to Snow Valley, this is the place to stay!

AakkljThe room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. I would definitely recommend it. I would choose this place again next time I come to Harbin. It's very close to the attractions, and the bus station is just a two or three-minute walk away.

The staff are incredibly friendly; on Winter Solstice, they invited everyone to eat dumplings together, and you could even join in making them, which was really heartwarming. The dumplings 🥟 were delicious!

AAnonymous UserI didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised after checking in. The price of this hotel is very affordable, but the service and facilities provided are not compromised at all. Although the room is not very big, it is very cozy and the bedding is very comfortable. The hotel also provides free Wi-Fi with a strong signal, allowing me to keep in touch with family and friends at any time. Moreover, the hotel staff is also very enthusiastic and considerate. In general, this hotel is very cost-effective and one of the most cost-effective hotels I have ever stayed in. I highly recommend it to everyone!

AAnsh ChananaThe place which looks in the photo it is that one but quite dropped by the expectation which I had with it , it was time around the new year and I paid around 700 RMB for 2 nights so I thought room will be quite good by checking the rooms and photos of the reviews. But the room was small the terrace was just a little high from my head. Whole room is okay okay and not so much what you see in the photos. And whole room was with smoke smell the entire 2 days and we opened the small windows to bring out the circulation. Coz the room was heating up in the half an hour only. The owner is good she is really friendly and will help you with everything she even helped in getting my refund of my next hotel she is very good. But the place is fine and can get better

IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣If you're planning to visit the Harbin Ice and Snow World, remember to purchase spikes at the counter (8 YUAN). It's affordable and can prevent falls and injuries. Unfortunately, I slipped on the ice and badly hurt my ankle. Luckily, there's a nearby hospital, Harbin Shengfeng Hospital, just a 10-15 minute walk away (you can use Google Maps). The doctors there are helpful, but they don't speak English, so bring your passport and use Google Translate if needed.
On a brighter note, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have a large mirror and a hot water station where you can prepare instant noodles. Although they don't have a kitchen, you can easily get utensils and a mug from nearby convenience stores, especially if you're planning to make coffee.
One thing I found really convenient was the international charger ports provided for each bed. Before checking out, remember to strip your bed and leave a note in the lobby to indicate your presence. I left a Malaysian flag as my mark.

The hostess was exceptionally warm and enthusiastic, offering personalized itinerary planning and even reserving restaurants for us. Any issues were met with an incredibly fast response, truly making us feel at home.
Amenities Details: The in-room smart toilet, high-quality bedding, and branded toiletries were a pleasant surprise. The hotel also provides a shoe dryer, and offers complimentary outdoor ice activities like snowmobiling, cycling, small sleds, and snow tubes. There's also free parking. The facilities are maintained like new, immaculately clean and tidy.
This isn't just accommodation; it's an experience to be savored, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality!
