YYuanfangbuyuan978Traveling with my mother and two daughters, we were very satisfied with this guesthouse. For us, who are slightly obsessive about cleanliness, cleanliness was paramount. Secondly, the amenities were of very high quality: disposable towels (clean and hygienic), a Laifen hairdryer, and brand-name toiletries. At 60-70 square meters, it was quite comfortable. The landlady was very attentive to quality and very helpful, recommending Sixi BBQ, which is only 100 meters from the hotel – definitely worth a second visit. Baroque Street is a five-minute walk away, and the fare to Central Street is just the starting price. Overall, it's a very cost-effective guesthouse. I quickly snapped a few photos before check-out for reference.

GGuest UserHighly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!

GGuest UserHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

GGuest UserThe room environment was great, clean and well-equipped. It's very close to the train station, subway, Songlei, and Yuan Da shopping centers. The service was excellent, and they even upgraded my room. This is always my top choice when I come to Harbin, and the price is very reasonable.

The room is almost the same as the picture, the decoration style is simple, elegant and generous, which is my favorite style. The room is clean and hygienic. It is very comfortable after checking in. AAnonymous UserThe location is fantastic, right at the subway entrance. When it's -20 to -30 degrees Celsius outside, saving a few hundred meters of walking really is a lifesaver. The hostel also provides free earplugs, and there are a lot of international guests, so you hear all sorts of languages. As an introverted person with social anxiety, I wasn't able to initiate conversations. There's a fridge and microwave on the first floor, so you can store your own food and heat it up whenever you want. All in all, it's pretty good!

GGuest UserThe hotel is really convenient to go the train station of Harbin west (哈尔滨西). Not really for everything else in the city.
The room was really spacious and comfy, with a nice view on the train station. In our room in the bathroom door someone punched it and there was a hole (not see through) in the door.
The receptionist does not speak English, but still helped us a lot.
The room was too hot (at a certain point we opened the window), but for one night just to catch a train it was a deal.
We weren't able to locate where to go for the reception in a first moment
