"Room, location and service were fantastic. The room was very large , has what we need, they had complimentary everything .. bed was comfortable, hotel has good meals available & cocktails/bar (lack of those everywhere). Close to the Chocolate Castle, you can catch a cable car to or from Sun island or subway as well, its close ( line 2) hotel is near line 3. The ice and snow world was a highlight and best transport is subway ( line 2) . We walked 8mins to the line 2 subway and then switched for line 3 on way back. Central street is also close by for the delicious massive icecreams . Harbin was amazing !"

"Seriously, who gets this lucky?! On my last day in Harbin, I was sent off by a heavy snowfall! 🎬 The video of the snow falling outside the hotel entrance will forever be my most romantic memory of this city. I chose a hotel near the airport for convenience, but unexpectedly, I found so much warmth there. The service from the people of Harbin is truly exceptional – warm, attentive, and welcoming. From the hotel staff to the locals I met on the street, everyone made me feel so welcome. I had an amazing time in Harbin, and this snowfall just added an extra layer of romance to the city. So fulfilling! I'll definitely be back next time! ❤️ I recommend this to anyone who needs to catch a flight."

"Location was perfect. Walking distance to the cathedral. Outside the hotel got their own local convenience store. There is microwave at the lobby you can used. Free flow of bottled water u can oenself get from the lobby as well. Love the room as its not centralised airconditioning. Water flow for shower is consistent as well."

"The room was warm enough despite the temperature outside is freezing cold at lowest -27 during our stay. They said there is only 1 family suite each floor, so the view with St Sophia Cathedral is guaranteed. There is 1 bed right after the entrance (i call it the living room with bed), and another 1 bed inside the bedroom. There is only 1 toilet / shower room - which is at the living room. There is no table or coffee table to eat together with family. The room overall has plenty of space but lack of proper furnitures."

"I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Giving it a good review because: 1. The front desk service was genuinely excellent. Out of the 27 nights we spent in hotels during our trip to China, spanning Chengdu, Chongqing, Zhangjiajie, Changsha, Harbin, Yanji, Changbaishan, and Xuegu, I honestly think this hotel had the best front desk service! Every staff member at the front desk was fantastic. If I could, I'd write down all their names. When we checked in, the front desk staff (whose names I didn't get) helped me carry my luggage (which was very heavy). When we checked out, Ms. Guo also proactively helped me with my luggage. The service was excellent. Ms. Yan at the front desk was also very good. Auntie Yan, who handled the cleaning, provided great service; she was always friendly, greeting us and asking how we were. 2. The room was spacious and had a sofa, making it very comfortable and convenient. The hot shower was also very relaxing. 3. On my floor, there were two washing machines and two dryers, which was very convenient for doing laundry. There are many places to eat downstairs. Recommendation: There's a ”Nanjing Soup Dumpling Noodle Restaurant” nearby. The name of the shop is Yuan Xiang Ju (please see the pictures for the exact name). The owner is very friendly, and the food is delicious and affordable. They have soup dumplings, noodles, and more."

"The service was excellent, very polite, and they answered all our questions. The room was around 20-30 square meters, which I found spacious enough for just the two of us. After a day out, it was great to come back and relax with a bath. The room was clean, equipped with a humidifier, a coffee machine, and complimentary drinks. That humidifier was a lifesaver at night; otherwise, it would have been too dry. What stood out most was the comfortable room temperature. At our previous hotel, the room was easily 30°C, making it unbearably hot even with the windows open, while it was -20°C outside. Such a drastic temperature difference makes it very easy to catch a cold. When booking a hotel, always ask if they have a humidifier, what the indoor temperature is, and if it's adjustable. I can't stress this enough – it's crucial. If I had to pick one thing I disliked, it would be the scent of the shower gel – I really couldn't stand it, it was quite unpleasant. I'd suggest switching to something with a nicer fragrance. I forgot if our king-size room had a bathtub or not, but everything else was the same. We had some time before our flight, so we booked a hourly room to get some sleep. Facilities: All available Hygiene: Clean Environment: Good Service: Excellent"

"The hotel is located just off Central Avenue, a short walk away. It's a bit removed from the hustle and bustle, so it's not too noisy. The front desk staff are all super enthusiastic and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage and reminded us to dress warmly and stay safe every time we left, wishing us a good time. When we returned, they'd ask us how our day was. We even received complimentary frozen pears upon check-in, and there are many useful gadgets at the front desk you can help yourself to. There's also a self-service afternoon tea with snacks and drinks. The hotel offers luggage storage and courier services too."

"Nangang Junyi Hotel deserves a perfect score! Downstairs, Laodingfeng and Zhangjia Congee Shop offer a plethora of local delicacies, so you'll never run out of places to eat and explore. Upon check-in, we received a welcome fruit basket. The room was so clean it practically gleamed, and the Mousse mattress had just the right firmness. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully deep sleep. The bathroom featured a smart heated toilet and branded toiletries. Little details like the humidifier and coffee capsules truly showed their attention to detail. The breakfast spread was massive, with freshly made wontons and grilled steak. They also offered a complimentary afternoon tea with proper coffee and delicious desserts. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and proactively offered travel tips. Next time I'm in Harbin, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!"

"The hotel's location is absolutely superb. Stepping out, the main entrance of Central Street is just about a 100-meter walk to your left, and the airport shuttle bus stop is conveniently located to your right, making it incredibly easy to get around. There's also a charming, quiet market nearby. For breakfast, you don't even need to bother with the famous Hongzhuan Morning Market; this local farmers' market offers a wonderful, authentic vibe and is mostly frequented by residents from the surrounding area. While the room wasn't large, it was cleverly designed and spotlessly clean. The powerful shower was a particular highlight – it was by far the most comfortable and refreshing wash I've had during my entire trip across Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, and Inner Mongolia these past few days."

"The hotel is right at the entrance of Central Avenue, so the location is excellent – attractions are right outside the door. The subway is also nearby, and it's easy to hail a taxi. The breakfast was very generous, with a wide variety of dishes. I stayed on the 13th floor, and it was very warm, in a great spot, and I slept comfortably. Bottled water was plentiful on the floor. The staff also had a good attitude. Although it's a bit pricey, I highly recommend it."
