IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣If you're planning to visit the Harbin Ice and Snow World, remember to purchase spikes at the counter (8 YUAN). It's affordable and can prevent falls and injuries. Unfortunately, I slipped on the ice and badly hurt my ankle. Luckily, there's a nearby hospital, Harbin Shengfeng Hospital, just a 10-15 minute walk away (you can use Google Maps). The doctors there are helpful, but they don't speak English, so bring your passport and use Google Translate if needed.
On a brighter note, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have a large mirror and a hot water station where you can prepare instant noodles. Although they don't have a kitchen, you can easily get utensils and a mug from nearby convenience stores, especially if you're planning to make coffee.
One thing I found really convenient was the international charger ports provided for each bed. Before checking out, remember to strip your bed and leave a note in the lobby to indicate your presence. I left a Malaysian flag as my mark.

MM254795****It was my first business trip to Harbin. I was afraid that I would have no place to stay, so I booked a room in this hotel online in advance. The room was very good. The paper basket and bath towels were all new. The front desk lent me a charger to fully charge my mobile phone. It was good and worth it. The main reason for staying here is that it’s not expensive. The facilities are very general and the public room is very inconvenient to take a bath. Health is average. The room is small and the sound insulation is poor. Suitable for catching the train will be overnight. Consider carefully for those who have requirements for the environment or girls.

We are from Malaysia, and we coincidentally found this hotel after we failed to book a train to Harbin City. Fortunately, we found hard seating available to Harbinxi, which led to our journey here.
The family room in this hostel is very spacious, and the private bathroom is large with solid concrete walls, unlike many budget hostels that use tempered glass partitions.
The location is convenient, just a 9-minute walk to the station and several large shopping centers. To access other popular areas, you can take the subway for just 4 Yuan per person per trip.
This hostel is run by a couple who are very nice and helpful. We felt very welcomed; the lady owner, Mdm Wong, even told us, ”If you get bullied by anyone in Harbin, call me. I will protect you.” 😀 Lastly, there's a gray cat in the hostel that our kids loved. She enjoys being petted a lot.
The only thing I would like to mention is that some hidden areas, like under the bed and curtains, are dusty. I hope the owner can address this.

MM290433****The room is clean, hygienic, quiet, and warm. The hotel owner is considerate and enthusiastic. It is very close to the morning market on Central Street and Red Brick Street. The transportation is very convenient. You need to bring toiletries and slippers in advance. The prices in the supermarkets near the hotel are also low, which is OK. After checking in, I went shopping to buy some. I bought a toothbrush and toothpaste for 5 yuan in total. There are great barbecues around and the price is affordable. If you come by yourself or with your best friends, this is a good choice~
