YYanwobingFacilities: Everything, from the inside out, feels brand new. The layout is well-designed and controls are easy to use. The bathroom is spacious with a great wet/dry separation.
Environment: It's very close to Harbin Station, less than a 10-minute walk away, and bus route 118 runs over the bridge nearby. There's also a small convenience store right next to the hotel, which is super handy. The soundproofing is excellent too, it's very quiet! Parking isn't very convenient though, so drivers should take note.
Service: The front desk staff are all very professional, polite, warm, and attentive, without being overbearing – absolutely lovely!
Cleanliness: It's genuinely, genuinely clean; a very comfortable stay.

LLieu Munn LoongI have had a 4-night stay at this Homeinn Selected Hotel (Harbin Central Avenue Pedestrian Street) Room #308 from 23 to 27 March 2026.
The Hotel is located very near the popular 1.5km Central Street (a must-go for people who love to immerse Russian architectural of the golden era). There are many eateries and shops along this pedestrian street, so it is extremely convenient to hunt for food, especially the Russia cuisines.
The Hotel itself is not old and run down as it appears quite new, however, the building can be quite old and it can be better maintained by the building owner. It has a modest but modern lobby with welcoming sofas, with free serving of hot coffee and tea, plus free supply of bottled water! It is generally clean and maintained. The hotel staff are polite and helpful, whenever I ask for directions and recommendations of food and places of interest.
The hotel family room that I have booked is about 400sq ft - it is meant for 3! The decoration is contemporary and modern, and the double-glazed has helped to shut the traffic noise off near 100%. It is certainly spacious and clean, with 1 queen bed and 1 super single bed, a small sofa set, and a big TV. It does not have a so called proper wardrobe, the proper vanity top is outside the very big shower room that is separated from the powerful WC. It has strong water pressure for comfortable showers everyday. The firm mattress and pillows are comfortable for my liking.
The Hotel also has a laundry room that provides free washing and drying for hotel guests. Within the laundry comes with a treadmill, a stationery bicycle, and a workout station for guests who wish to do some simple exercise. The hotel also offers daily breakfast buffets at about ¥49 per pax, which is limited in variety but it gives a good start for the day.
At SGD S$36 per night for a very spacious room without breakfast , I find it extremely value for money, and I will surely choose to stay here again when I visit Harbin again to experience the magical winter world!

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, with excellent facilities. They even upgraded us to a suite for free, which was amazing! The airport pick-up and drop-off service was complimentary, and both the front desk staff and the driver were incredibly nice. The food in the restaurant was also delicious. Definitely worth staying here, I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThe room was exceptionally clean, and the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, with a mattress that was just the right balance of firm and soft. Coupled with excellent soundproofing, I slept incredibly soundly every night. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were of high quality. Even small details like USB charging ports and blackout curtains were thoughtfully provided. Breakfast offered a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious, making it truly excellent value for money.

MMediterraneanSeaFacilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area.
Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting.
Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀
Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

TtearsThe hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent! It's very close to the subway, so transportation is convenient! I bought my train ticket late and wanted a late check-out, and the front desk immediately arranged it for me. They were super helpful!

GGuest UserThe service was pretty good, and it's very close to Central Avenue. The airport bus stop right at the entrance was actually the main reason we booked this place. However, the hallway is tiny, and the room is really small. You can't even push the twin beds together, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're traveling with kids.

JJijingdedunheThis hotel was an amazing experience! The location is superb, just a 3-minute walk to the subway, and there are plenty of great food options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom had no unpleasant odors. GGuest UserOne of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖

11381072****The hotel is quite old, and the furniture is dated. However, the location is excellent, very close to the train station, Central Avenue, and the subway station. What I really can't understand is the faucet's position in picture 1; it's too close to the basin, causing water to splash everywhere, and the drainage isn't good either.
