This hotel is truly excellent and exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient, close to Harbin Railway Station, and the surrounding area is full of food options with many local restaurants nearby. The room price is also very reasonable and affordable.
The service was outstanding—fast, professional, and very welcoming. From the moment we walked into the hotel, we felt warmth and comfort. The hotel is extremely clean, and the front desk staff work efficiently and provide excellent assistance whenever requested.
The room was spacious and very clean. Water pressure was strong, and both hot and cold water worked perfectly. Toiletries such as soap and shampoo were fully provided. The blanket and bedsheets were thick, comfortable, and of very good quality—this is genuinely true.
One impressive highlight of this hotel is the use of a delivery robot. This is something Thai travelers will really appreciate. The robot is smart, fast, and very efficient, allowing staff to deliver items without having to walk to the rooms themselves.
One day, when I brought my clothes to be washed, the hotel staff kindly helped wash them for me. After that, the robot delivered the clean clothes directly to our room, right on time. The service was excellent.
Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, we could contact the staff immediately, and they were always more than happy to help.
During this trip to Harbin, we had to visit a hospital because my partner had an eye injury. The hotel staff recommended Ming Ming Eye Hospital, which is a large and well-equipped hospital. The doctors and staff there were very helpful, even though there was a language barrier. We were able to communicate using mobile applications, which made everything much easier.
Another great benefit of this hotel is the complimentary tea and fresh coffee available at the lobby. Free drinking water is also available at all times, and guests can help themselves.
Lastly, we would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff for their kindness and constant support during our stay in Harbin. We truly appreciated everything, and we will definitely return to stay here again in the future.

MM13297****Pros: The room was very spacious, and the double bed was huge. They even had both firm and soft pillows to cater to different preferences. Besides the radiator, there was also an electric heater in the room.
Cons: There was only one power outlet by the bedside, which was a bit inconvenient. The hanging space for clothes was insufficient; every day I came back and had nowhere to put my clothes, so I ended up just piling them on top of my open suitcase. It would be much more convenient if they could add more hanging space or a laundry basket.

DDahaiyaolvyouThe airport transfer was very prompt, and the room was clean and tidy. The service was warm and welcoming. It's only a ten-minute drive from the airport, and the shuttle is free. I stay at this hotel every time I travel for business. It's naturally clean and well-kept, and the rooms are fully automated, which suits my preference for not moving around too much.

GGuest UserPretty good, quite new, and clean. The only issue is that the room door isn't soundproof; you can hear people talking in the hallway from inside the room. One of the front desk staff was very sweet 🥰 and polite. The hotel space is very large, and the ambiance is excellent, making the whole experience very comfortable.

The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, with excellent attitudes. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and they offer airport shuttle service along with welcome fruit. At this price point, it's simply unbeatable. Five stars!

MMediterraneanSeaFacilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area.
Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting.
Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀
Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

GGuest UserOne of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖

GGuest UserThis hotel is located right in the city center, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Taxis to all the main attractions are within the starting fare. My stay here was excellent! The hotel's location is super handy, and the front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept very soundly. There's a great variety of delicious breakfast options nearby. Overall, it's fantastic value for money, and I highly recommend it for both business travelers and tourists!

AAiershi1️⃣ The suite was very spacious, and my two children slept on the sofa bed in the living room (the hotel was very thoughtful and called me in advance to set it up). 2️⃣ There's a restroom in the living room, and a large bathroom with a shower in the bedroom. Having two bathrooms made me very happy. 3️⃣ The suite came with two breakfasts, and when I checked in, the front desk saw I had two children and kindly gave me an extra three days of breakfast, which I really appreciated.
