MM25566****My child was on summer vacation, so I brought her to play in the nearby suburbs and we chose this place. She was very happy, and I loved it too. The room was clean, hygienic, and cool. Both indoor and outdoor facilities were excellent. The customer service staff were very enthusiastic. There were many cherry trees in the yard, and we could eat the cherries for free, which was absolutely fantastic 👏 Five-star review!

XXiamuqiucaoComing from Yunnan, I really wasn't used to the temperature here on the first day. I saw how thin the duvet was and wondered if it was a summer one. Later, I discovered they have heated pipes, and it was wonderfully warm and cozy for sleeping!
The twin beds pushed together offer an incredibly spacious sleeping area, though my girlfriend hogged the duvet at night... So, on the second day, we asked the front desk for an extra blanket...
Most attractions are very close by. Central Street, St. Sophia Cathedral, and Daoli Market are all just a 7-minute walk away. Getting to other places by taxi is also convenient, and it's easy to hail a ride-sharing car right downstairs!
Overall, highly recommended. The hotel staff were also very warm and attentive!

JJaneCI chose this hotel mainly for its location, and it certainly didn't disappoint! It's not far from the entrance to Central Street, and very close to Hongzhuan Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. There are also many of my favorite restaurants nearby. Just a few minutes' walk and you're at Laoeqiao (Old Russian Emigrant Culture Street). The ice and snow festival lights are already up on Central Street!
The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, always ready to answer questions, and provided prompt service! The room was very new, the heating was excellent, and both the hot water and mattress were comfortable. The room was also bigger than I expected. Breakfast was pretty good, with hot dishes cooked in small pots, which felt like a nice touch. I've already recommended this hotel to my friends and feel like I'll choose it again next time I visit!

11395788****I highly recommend this amazing guesthouse to everyone! You can book it with your eyes closed. The service is incredibly attentive, and the butler team in the group chat is always responsive to every request. They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to nearby attractions and restaurants. While we were making tea at the tea table, the butler immediately brought over freshly cut fruit. This is the first time I've encountered such observant and proactive butler service. The kids had a fantastic experience, and we ended up staying a second time within a short period. The breakfast was also very exquisite. Both villas have unique charm, especially the common areas, which are all distinct. We'll definitely be back!

YYuanfangdealunThe hotel's location is absolutely superb. Stepping out, the main entrance of Central Street is just about a 100-meter walk to your left, and the airport shuttle bus stop is conveniently located to your right, making it incredibly easy to get around. There's also a charming, quiet market nearby. For breakfast, you don't even need to bother with the famous Hongzhuan Morning Market; this local farmers' market offers a wonderful, authentic vibe and is mostly frequented by residents from the surrounding area.
While the room wasn't large, it was cleverly designed and spotlessly clean. The powerful shower was a particular highlight – it was by far the most comfortable and refreshing wash I've had during my entire trip across Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, and Inner Mongolia these past few days.

JJoelI recently stayed at the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is truly unbeatable—it’s just steps away from a subway station, making it incredibly easy to explore Harbin. All the main attractions, including the railway station, are only a few subway stops away, making this hotel a prime choice for tourists. Additionally, it’s within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, the stunning Sophia Cathedral, and the bustling Daoli Vegetable Market, where you can grab a delicious and affordable breakfast.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large window offering a nice view of the city. The beds were very cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was also generously sized, especially the shower, and everything was in perfect working order. Despite the freezing temperatures outside (it was -25°C during our stay!), the room stayed warm and comfortable thanks to the excellent heating system. We kept the heater off for the entire six days, and the temperature inside remained just right.
Another highlight was the hotel lobby, which offered free coffee, tea, and even milk tea—a thoughtful and convenient touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.
Overall, I highly recommend the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) to anyone visiting Harbin. Its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful amenities make it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Harbin!

🛌 Room & Amenities: Clean, Modern, and High-Tech
The room was spotlessly clean, and the accommodation itself felt very new. All basic amenities were provided, including a refrigerator. We stayed in a four-bed room, and the value was incredible: the full price was 5,000 THB, but we used a discount code and only paid around 2,800 THB. This was extremely good value for money
!
The in-room amenities were quite high-tech. We could control the curtains with a switch right next to the bed. The room was equipped with both a heater and an air conditioner, a hairdryer, and a dedicated clothes rack suitable for hanging coats.
👩💼 Staff: Friendly and Helpful
The staff were friendly and welcoming. Since I could speak some Chinese, I was able to communicate relatively well with them. For any words or phrases that were unclear, Google Translate was a huge help and smoothed out the communication process.
🚿 Bathroom: Cleanliness and Comfort
The bathroom was very clean. The toilet featured a heated seat, which was a nice touch, especially in the cold weather—no cold surprises! However, the high-tech flush system might be a bit tricky to operate for those who are not familiar with technology-heavy systems.
📺 Entertainment & Rest: Great Comfort After a Long Day
The room featured a very large digital TV with a variety of channels to watch. After a tiring day of walking and sightseeing, we could come back and rest fully. The sleep quality was excellent; I felt completely recharged after just six hours of sleep because the bed was so comfortable and spacious.
If you needed anything extra, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, or towels, the staff were happy to provide them upon request.
⭐️ Overall Experience: Impressive and Convenient
Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with my stay. This includes the helpful staff, the breakfast area, and the food itself. The breakfast was delicious, flavorful, not bland, and not overly greasy.
We were also able to store our luggage at the lobby after check-out, provided we picked it up later that same day.
If I have the chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely stay here. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to the main tourist attractions, many of which are within easy walking distance.

The downside is that the electric carts are quite expensive, costing 90 yuan for half an hour. We arrived a bit late and rented a cart to take my elderly family members around, which conveniently took exactly half an hour. The cart was noisy, and since all the staff had left for the day, we couldn't exchange it.
Furthermore, the room was quite spacious, but there were many ladybugs this season, so the cleanliness could be improved. Overall, the price for both the entrance ticket and accommodation was acceptable.

DDiiDii1512The hotel owner is warm and humorous. As long as the places you would like to visit are nearby and reasonable, he is happy to drive you around. What’s even more thoughtful is that he can help purchase attraction tickets at prices much cheaper than those on the official websites. From the moment we arrived, we felt the strong warmth and hospitality of Northeast China.
We stayed in a Ondol room, which was spacious, bright, and clean. The ondol room was super warm and comfortable, making it especially relaxing to lie on. Even though it was freezing outside, the room was cozy and well heated. The floors were also very warm, so we didn’t feel any chill at all.
The hotel also provides free ski suits, goggles, and helmets. There are many stylish options for the ski suits, and they are very durable for cold skiing conditions. The most convenient part is that the ski suits can be picked up a day in advance, so you don’t have to carry a lot of items when heading to the ski resort. This makes the experience much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, the hospitality of the hotel owner made our stay very smooth, and I would highly recommend giving this hotel a try！

The room very big and suitable for 4 of us as a friends traveller. The bed and the pillow very comfortable and we slept well for the 3 nights. Near to every attractions places such as ZhongYang street, St Sophia Cathedral and all is walking distance. We really recommended this hotel for those would like to come to the Harbin city.
