This hotel is truly excellent and exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient, close to Harbin Railway Station, and the surrounding area is full of food options with many local restaurants nearby. The room price is also very reasonable and affordable.
The service was outstanding—fast, professional, and very welcoming. From the moment we walked into the hotel, we felt warmth and comfort. The hotel is extremely clean, and the front desk staff work efficiently and provide excellent assistance whenever requested.
The room was spacious and very clean. Water pressure was strong, and both hot and cold water worked perfectly. Toiletries such as soap and shampoo were fully provided. The blanket and bedsheets were thick, comfortable, and of very good quality—this is genuinely true.
One impressive highlight of this hotel is the use of a delivery robot. This is something Thai travelers will really appreciate. The robot is smart, fast, and very efficient, allowing staff to deliver items without having to walk to the rooms themselves.
One day, when I brought my clothes to be washed, the hotel staff kindly helped wash them for me. After that, the robot delivered the clean clothes directly to our room, right on time. The service was excellent.
Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, we could contact the staff immediately, and they were always more than happy to help.
During this trip to Harbin, we had to visit a hospital because my partner had an eye injury. The hotel staff recommended Ming Ming Eye Hospital, which is a large and well-equipped hospital. The doctors and staff there were very helpful, even though there was a language barrier. We were able to communicate using mobile applications, which made everything much easier.
Another great benefit of this hotel is the complimentary tea and fresh coffee available at the lobby. Free drinking water is also available at all times, and guests can help themselves.
Lastly, we would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff for their kindness and constant support during our stay in Harbin. We truly appreciated everything, and we will definitely return to stay here again in the future.

MM888046****The hotel is conveniently located right on Central Street, which was a huge plus traveling with kids! The front desk staff, both the young ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly friendly and attentive. Even the cleaning staff in the hallways were super nice! 👍👍👍👍
However, I have to say, the facilities are quite old. The hallways are narrow, and the rooms aren't soundproofed, making it a bit noisy. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to consider other options.
The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special. The toaster was broken, and when I asked about it, I was met with a rather defensive ”explanation” from a few of the kitchen staff. Speechless 😓, and we couldn't toast bread for the rest of our stay 🌝! This morning, I also noticed the kitchen staff drinking coffee in the dining area – shouldn't there be a clear distinction between guest and staff areas? And the boiled eggs weren't fresh, as you can see in the picture!

GG.BurieThis hotel is the highlight of our stay in Harbin! The place is super clean. Room is spacious. The staff are excellent. We got the best view !! Kids are loving this place. Our room comes with breakfast,it was good. They deliver frozen fruits for us and gave us fresh mandarin.
The staff arrange for our snowboarding and transport us to the ski resort. After the tiring day, we asked if we can go to the supermarket nearby and they drove us to to the supermarket and pick us up again. 😘
Definitely will be back to this place and highly recommended.
It’s sad that we booked for 2 nights only. Should’ve stay longer.

I loved it! My original room wasn't available, so they upgraded me to a family king room. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends.

KKyrie.LeeThe building is pretty old and can be quite a wait at the elevator. There are multiple elevators but they are also old and creaky. Upon checking into my room, I noted that it was actually a serviced apartment converted into a hotel.
Cleanliness was ok, but honestly could be better. There are some discoloured spots and marks, however I could personally tolerate it. At night when I got back and crashed out on the bed, I realised the smoke/cigarette smell was still quite strong but too tired to complain then. Next day I couldnt smell it (not sure if sheets changed or I just got used to the smell).
The lighting in the room is kinda bleak in my opinion, photos look better than actual. For me, I didnt spend much time in the rooms as I'm outside for the most of my stay.
Asked for extra toilet roll in the morning and they were responsive, so that's a plus.
The train station is about a 10minutes walk, so do take note if you're lugging heavy luggages.
There are a lot of eateries and 24hr convenience shops nearby, so no fear of needing random food or emergency purchases.
Overall, it's an ok stay if you just seeking a place to sleep for the night if the price is lower. If you're looking for comfort and room enjoyment, would suggest looking elsewhere.

Hhhh12345678Choosing this hotel was such a smart decision! The location is absolutely perfect – right downstairs is a bustling commercial street, making dining and shopping super convenient. It's also just a three-minute walk to the subway station, so getting around was a breeze.
The room felt even more spacious than in the pictures, with a clean, minimalist modern design. It was spotless, and I mean every corner, even the bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with a mattress that was just the right firmness. Combined with the blackout curtains, I slept soundly every night, waking up refreshed and totally over my travel fatigue.
And the service? Exceptional! One morning, I casually mentioned to the front desk that I wanted to try some local specialty tea. When I returned in the evening, I found a small tin of it in my room, complete with handwritten brewing tips. That thoughtful touch really impressed me. The breakfast was fantastic too, with freshly ground coffee and freshly baked bread. While the variety wasn't huge, every item was exquisite, and I left feeling very satisfied.
They even offered complimentary luggage storage after check-out, allowing us to explore our last stop worry-free. For a hotel with such great value for money, it definitely deserves full marks. I'll absolutely choose this place again on my next visit!

AAgus99Our family of five stayed for 5 nights in Harbin, and it was absolutely fantastic. We received gifts upon check-in and again at check-out. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were incredibly warm and helpful. They even offered complimentary rock sugar pear tea and afternoon tea. The room was very new and spotless. They thoughtfully provided disposable toilet seat covers and disinfectant wipes. All in all, our stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

AAiershi1️⃣ The suite was very spacious, and my two children slept on the sofa bed in the living room (the hotel was very thoughtful and called me in advance to set it up). 2️⃣ There's a restroom in the living room, and a large bathroom with a shower in the bedroom. Having two bathrooms made me very happy. 3️⃣ The suite came with two breakfasts, and when I checked in, the front desk saw I had two children and kindly gave me an extra three days of breakfast, which I really appreciated.

The room itself was acceptable, and most facilities were fine. However, the floor cleanliness needs improvement, as it was dirty when we arrived. Other than this issue, everything else was okay.
With better cleaning, this hotel could offer a much better experience.
