MM430364****The hotel room was clean and hygienic. The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and very professional. The room's location was also quite good, and the air quality in the hotel felt fresh overall. It was very convenient to get anywhere, and there were even small welcome gifts and souvenirs. MM13297****Pros: The room was very spacious, and the double bed was huge. They even had both firm and soft pillows to cater to different preferences. Besides the radiator, there was also an electric heater in the room.
Cons: There was only one power outlet by the bedside, which was a bit inconvenient. The hanging space for clothes was insufficient; every day I came back and had nowhere to put my clothes, so I ended up just piling them on top of my open suitcase. It would be much more convenient if they could add more hanging space or a laundry basket.

AaiwanyuAfter more than 10 days of travel, returning home and staying at Lantian Hotel felt just like being at home. The owner was kind enough to upgrade my room. It was exceptionally clean and very quiet, allowing me to finally get a much-needed good night's sleep. Thank you! I'll definitely be back. Given that Mudanjiang airport is currently under expansion and I was heading to Harbin, this hotel's proximity to the airport was perfect. Plus, they offer complimentary airport pickup and drop-off, which is truly excellent!

The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, with excellent attitudes. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and they offer airport shuttle service along with welcome fruit. GGuest UserPretty good, quite new, and clean. The only issue is that the room door isn't soundproof; you can hear people talking in the hallway from inside the room. One of the front desk staff was very sweet 🥰 and polite. The hotel space is very large, and the ambiance is excellent, making the whole experience very comfortable.

MMediterraneanSeaFacilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area.
Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting.
Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀
Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

GGuest UserStaying at this hotel was a delightful surprise! As soon as I entered the room, I was blown away by the giant projector screen and professional sound system. It instantly transformed the space into a private home theater, offering an incredibly immersive experience for movies or binge-watching shows – something you rarely find in hotels at this price point!
The room design was very stylish, with wooden elements and clean lines creating a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance. The smart toilet in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch, highlighting the attention to quality details. Plus, the mini-bar area had everything I needed, from a kettle to tea sets, making for a very convenient stay.
The service was also excellent, from a smooth check-in to an effortless check-out, with friendly staff throughout. My overall experience far exceeded expectations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to anyone who loves a great audio-visual experience and appreciates quality accommodation!

GGuest UserOne of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖

From the moment I walked in, the front desk lady greeted me with a big smile, proactively helped with my luggage, and patiently gave me recommendations for local food and attractions. Her service was absolutely top-notch! I was genuinely shocked by how clean the room was. The bedding was clearly changed for each new guest, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and even the toilet itself was sparkling clean and disinfected – a germaphobe's dream come true! The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, and after a full night's sleep, I woke up with no aches or pains. Business travelers, rejoice!

AAiershi1️⃣ The suite was very spacious, and my two children slept on the sofa bed in the living room (the hotel was very thoughtful and called me in advance to set it up). 2️⃣ There's a restroom in the living room, and a large bathroom with a shower in the bedroom. Having two bathrooms made me very happy. 3️⃣ The suite came with two breakfasts, and when I checked in, the front desk saw I had two children and kindly gave me an extra three days of breakfast, which I really appreciated.
