"Among hotels in the same price range, this one stands out for its exceptional cleanliness; both the floors and mirrors were spotless. The room features a smart control system, allowing easy operation of appliances and curtains. The blackout curtains are excellent, providing a perfect environment for a deep sleep. The service details were surprisingly good: not only was there a robot delivery service adding a fun touch, but the staff also proactively asked if I needed a change of bedsheets. The breakfast selection was also quite varied. The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to Saint Sophia Cathedral and Central Street. Transportation is equally convenient, with Shangzhi Avenue Metro Station just behind the hotel and a bus stop right outside when you turn right. There are many shops and supermarkets nearby. The elevators were clean, smooth, and had short waiting times. Overall, the stay was extremely comfortable and pleasant."

"If you appreciate Chinese aesthetics, this is the place to stay. The Song Dynasty-inspired soft furnishings are warm, elegant, and create a peaceful, healing atmosphere. The facilities are brand new and in perfect condition, with convenient smart controls. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are a great design. Hygiene is impeccable; there wasn't a single water stain or smudge on the vanity or in the shower, and the bedding was soft and spotless. The service was attentive and discreet; the front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly, and any requests were handled promptly. It's just a few minutes' walk from the attractions, and there are plenty of malls and restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right near Harbin's Central Street. It's just a few minutes' walk to Central Street, and attractions like St. Sophia Church and the Songhua River Flood Control Memorial Tower are nearby. In the morning, you can explore the local morning market, which is right next to the hotel on Hongzhuan Street. The hotel itself is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and the service is great. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small. We booked two double rooms, and the aisle was quite narrow, making it a bit inconvenient to move around, especially getting in and out of bed. They offer complimentary drinks and bottled water, even in the mini-fridge. Plus, they gave us a souvenir upon check-out. Overall, it's a pretty good place and definitely worth recommending."

"The room was clean with a huge bay window and fully equipped facilities. The staff were all so lively and personable, making the stay feel very human. The service was attentive and thoughtful! The location is super convenient, perfect for a stroll to Central Avenue after dinner or to see St. Sophia Cathedral at night. There's also a local Harbin BBQ joint right next door and a quiet morning market. There's a coffee shop at the lobby entrance, and sometimes I'd grab a cup on my way out – their homemade lemon apple Americano was great! The breakfast selection was also good, with healthy options like corn, sweet potato, pumpkin, boiled eggs, and fresh, delicious fruit. The bed was comfortable, and there were extra pillows in the wardrobe that I used for my knees while sleeping, ensuring a great night's rest after a day out. The shower pressure was strong, and the hairdryer was excellent."

The lobby is resplendent and dazzling, featuring crystal chandeliers, oil paintings, wine cabinets, and an ornate wrought-iron garden, all showcasing the luxury of the Russian aristocracy. I even donned a 19th-century outfit to experience what it felt like to be a Countess.
The hotel service was impeccable. Upon check-in, someone immediately guided us on a tour and provided explanations, including a ride in the century-old elevator. Our luggage was delivered directly to our room, and they were incredibly accommodating, helping us take photos in the court costumes without any hesitation. When we checked out, they even brought our bags to the car – truly doorstep service, highly commendable!
This is a highly recommended hotel that is well worth experiencing.

With Sunac Land and Sunac Mall nearby, getting around was a breeze. The hotel staff were warm and friendly, and the room they arranged for me was comfortable and put my mind at ease. I'm very satisfied.

GGuest UserI can truly call this guesthouse a boutique gem. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a simple yet stylish decor, and the thoughtful service truly adds to its charm. The family suite features bunk beds, which is perfect for a family of four like ours.
The heating is excellent, and showering is convenient; you'll never feel cold indoors. Even when it's -20 degrees Celsius outside, you can comfortably wear a t-shirt inside.
The owner is incredibly welcoming, and the staff are attentive to every detail. You can bring any request to them, and they'll diligently assist. Every inquiry was met with a surprisingly positive response. Their meticulous service left us with a warm and wonderful experience during our trip.
The guesthouse's own restaurant was also full of pleasant surprises. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. While it might not be as luxurious as a five-star hotel, it had a great balance of meat and vegetables, and both Chinese and Western dishes were available. The owner even prepared dishes according to guests' preferences, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lunch and dinner were made to order. The ingredients were fresh and never skimped on, and the tables and cutlery were clean and neat. Every detail reflected the owner's meticulous management philosophy.
More than half of the other guests staying there were from overseas. Everyone got along harmoniously and chatted happily at the guesthouse, unlike the isolated rooms of a five-star hotel where there's no interaction. This place felt more like a community of neighbors, where strangers became friends within the guesthouse.

HHuanggBooked this room for the convenience and affordability and it did not disappoint. If you’re looking to be well taken care off this is the place for you. The staff was very attentive and accommodative to our requests, they went the extra mile to ensure that we’re comfortable.
I contacted the hotel staff via WeChat a few days before arrival to the place. They provide free transportation to all/most attractions in Yabuli and even free pick-up service from yabulixi train station.
To save yourself the hassle, you can book the Ski attraction directly from them, 160 Yuan/pax. They will fetch you to and fro the attraction, settle the tickets and take the time to explain to you the processes. Trust me you wouldn’t want to end up lost in that place. We went for the horse sledge ride as well, 60 yuan/pax.
Overall it was an amazing experience, very family friendly and I’d recommend it to everyone who is seeking for convenience, comfort and service.

They can arrange all sorts of activities with transportation, so you can just come by trains to Yabuli and they will arrange for everything you want.
The hotel also has a restaurant with excellent food, affordable price, and free hot drinks!!
The rooms are comfortable, clean, with basic amenities including bath towel and toiletries. Hot water was available 24/7, in a volumetric heated tank. So even if someone used up a lot of hot water, you can just wait for 15-30 minutes until the tank refilled with hot water. If I have any recommendation, the only thing would be to have more cloth hangers available in the rooms, because our trip was in winter, and we have a lot of jackets and coats.
Overall, would recommend this accommodation to my friends and families. Hope to visit you again!!

MM43726****Since we arrived at the hotel by train at 8 AM, they had a dedicated luggage storage room with surveillance, so we felt completely secure leaving our bags. We went out for breakfast and came back to wait in the lounge area for a bit. The sofas were super comfortable, and they had a great variety of drinks. As soon as a clean room was ready, the front desk attendant immediately called us to check in and even upgraded our room type. It was the earliest check-in I’ve ever experienced! Before booking, I'd seen some negative reviews, so the first thing I did when we got to the room was check for cleanliness. It was spotless – not even a water mark on the bathroom floor. The room was incredibly spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were crisp and dry. We booked for two nights, and on the second day, housekeeping gently knocked to ask if we needed service. When we said no, they still replenished our toilet paper and bottled water. The service was absolutely impeccable. The hotel also provides washing machines and garment steamers, and even complimentary laundry detergent.

ZZhuqueqiwuThe rooms were incredibly tidy and clean, with options for both traditional 'kang' beds and regular beds. This is a comprehensive resort hotel that offers both accommodation and dining. We initially stayed for one night and then extended for another. The owners and their family were so incredibly warm and hospitable! They provided all the ski gear – suits, hats, and goggles – completely free of charge. They picked us up from Yabuli West Railway Station and provided transfers to the ski resort. They even helped us book discounted tickets and ski passes, and connected us with excellent, affordable instructors. We'll definitely come back to Yabuli to ski again and stay here! Highly recommend it to everyone.
