"I stayed for 3 nights, and I definitely picked the right hotel. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Central Street. Since it was off-season, there weren't many people, and the room rate was quite appealing. They even upgraded us for free. The hotel looks pretty new, and the cleanliness is spot on. Soundproofing was also decent. Our room had an inner window overlooking a nicely designed landscape, which was a lovely touch and added to the ambiance. The hotel hallways also had pleasant and cozy landscaping. We didn't book breakfast with our room, but later found out their breakfast area also had a good atmosphere. "To all my fellow travelers visiting Harbin, you *must* stay here! The service attitude is absolutely fantastic. When checking in, they even contacted my parents to confirm my companion's identity and ask for their consent since I'm a minor – that's some serious responsibility! The water is free, and in the lobby, they have iodine swabs, nail clippers, and all sorts of daily necessities. Plus, lots of foreigners stay here too; I ran into so many Russians, haha. When we checked out, my friend accidentally left something behind, and the front desk actually contacted us about it – what amazing service! It was a truly satisfying stay. The only minor downside is that some water tends to flow out from the shower area, but since it's a wet/dry separation, it's really quite good overall. ❤️ (And no, I'm not an advertorial!)"

Our first trip of '26 brought us to Harbin in Heilongjiang, Northeast China – the farthest we've traveled in over seventy years. We were quite apprehensive about coming to Harbin: first, the long journey and potential for a bumpy ride; second, the cultural differences between North and South, and whether we'd adapt. Despite these concerns, an inner drive pushed us to try it, leading to this Harbin trip! After buying our sleeper train tickets to Harbin, we started searching for hotels online. Ctrip recommended Manman B&B to us, and after staying for two days, we felt very satisfied. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located with a bus stop right outside. The customer service was exceptionally responsive to all our requests, making us, two seniors totaling 143 years old, feel warmly welcomed. Because of this, we even extended our stay in Harbin by an extra day. Harbin is truly wonderful! The people of Harbin are even better! Harbin is getting better and better!"

The room was spotless, and the bedding was comfortable. The doorman and butler service were excellent, very warm and attentive. The butler helped with our luggage to the room and explained how everything worked. My child really enjoyed the breakfast set, and the other options were good too. While the variety wasn't huge, the taste was delicious. Afternoon tea was also nice, and the late-night wontons were tasty. We even received a farewell gift when we left. I was a bit hesitant at first after reading some negative reviews, but I'm so glad I booked this place. My child loved it, and I'm very satisfied! Thumbs up! 👍

I chose the Grand Mansion 1903 for my trip to Harbin this time, and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is right next to Central Street, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. St. Sophia Cathedral is also within walking distance. The location truly is a major advantage. The building itself is a century-old Western-style mansion. The crystal chandeliers in the lobby, the carved staircase, and the oil paintings on the walls create a wonderful atmosphere. The most unique feature is the century-old elevator that's still in use; riding it gives you a real sense of history, an experience you won't find in other hotels. The room was meticulously clean. While it looked vintage, it was equipped with modern amenities like a smart toilet, humidifier, and capsule coffee machine. The bedding was comfortable, and I had a great rest after a long day of exploring. The service left a deep impression. I was offered a hot drink upon check-in, my luggage was delivered to my room, and I received a welcome fruit platter. They even gave me a small souvenir upon check-out, which was a thoughtful touch. You can also try on Russian-style costumes for free and take great photos right inside the hotel, no need to specially look for scenic spots outside. The breakfast offered a wide variety, including local specialties and Russian dishes. If you're looking for a unique experience in Harbin, this place is highly recommended. It's not just a trendy photo op; it's genuinely comfortable. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Recommended homestay to stay as it is really close to Yabuli ski resort. It just 15mins to the location. Muslim friendly homestay as it also provide vegetarian food. The host is really accommodating and friendly. in terms of communication with the host, we just use we chat but as a suggestion, host should buy the translation device for seamless ad fast communication. Location: - 15 mins to Yabuli Ski Resort - 10 mins to Restaurants (close to muslim restaurant too) Accommodation: - 10/10 Clean - Interior is really modern and the room is really big - Doubting to stay here? No! Absolutely will come again as the homestay is really beautiful - Washing machine and dryer is provided - You can even have a quick excercise with a good view - In house restaurant where you can just go downstairs and order your food here and they will call you once the food is ready. In terms of price? A bit pricey? - Food? Delicious! Totally chinese cuisine. Host: - Good hospitality - Friendly and helpful - You can just ask the host for any activities that you want to do, he can help you. P/s: For Yabuli Skit Resort, I recommend you to book by yourself because I almost get scam. The ski trainer asked us to pay double for the ski lesson which this trainer is recommended by the homestay staff. - He can help you to arrange for transportation to Snow Town or Snow village. All transportation booking can be arranged by him.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service and has a lovely back garden. With an amusement park nearby and fantastic amenities like a gym and swimming pool, it really exceeded my expectations! The common areas are also clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were excellent, very professional and provided clear check-in instructions. Housekeeping was meticulous and the room was spotless, with plenty of toiletries. Highly recommended, it's a pet-friendly hotel too!

Let's start with the positives: The environment is quite nice, and it's very clean. The breakfast area also has a good atmosphere, and the food is decent. The service was okay. Now for the negatives: The foot of the bed is too close to the TV, making the sleeping area feel very cramped. I kept bumping my leg on it, which created a strong sense of confinement. It was even difficult to turn around in the room because it felt so tight. Oddly, the bathroom was quite spacious. Also, the room door was warped and sagging, and the bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close.

Booked this room for the convenience and affordability and it did not disappoint. If you’re looking to be well taken care off this is the place for you. The staff was very attentive and accommodative to our requests, they went the extra mile to ensure that we’re comfortable. I contacted the hotel staff via WeChat a few days before arrival to the place. They provide free transportation to all/most attractions in Yabuli and even free pick-up service from yabulixi train station. To save yourself the hassle, you can book the Ski attraction directly from them, 160 Yuan/pax. They will fetch you to and fro the attraction, settle the tickets and take the time to explain to you the processes. Trust me you wouldn’t want to end up lost in that place. We went for the horse sledge ride as well, 60 yuan/pax. Overall it was an amazing experience, very family friendly and I’d recommend it to everyone who is seeking for convenience, comfort and service.

The rooms were incredibly tidy and clean, with options for both traditional 'kang' beds and regular beds. This is a comprehensive resort hotel that offers both accommodation and dining. We initially stayed for one night and then extended for another. The owners and their family were so incredibly warm and hospitable! They provided all the ski gear – suits, hats, and goggles – completely free of charge. They picked us up from Yabuli West Railway Station and provided transfers to the ski resort. They even helped us book discounted tickets and ski passes, and connected us with excellent, affordable instructors. We'll definitely come back to Yabuli to ski again and stay here! Highly recommend it to everyone.

We chose this hotel for our trip to Yabuli, and its location is fantastic. There are plenty of recreational activities right within the resort. Our stay was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The environment is quiet, and overall, it offers good value for money. Plus, the sightseeing cable car offers beautiful views, and the Rainbow Flying Carpet is exciting and fun! Highly recommend!
