This hotel had great service for us. They even let me borrow an empty room to complete a remote interview!
Very kind and helpful and helped us get a taxi when we were stranded at night, despite not speaking the same language.
The bathroom could have done with a deep clear (hence the 3 stars) but otherwise the room was basic, nice and clean.

Very little experience, very comfortable stay. The owner is very enthusiastic and helpful. It is located near the forest hot springs and is convenient for bathing in hot springs and skiing.
