The hotel appears to be newly renovated. Room was clean and warm. The staff was incredibly helpful with getting ski passes and rentals. He didn’t speak English, but had no problems with translation apps and our minimal Chinese usage. He even recommended a place to eat and helped me find heartburn medicine. So kind! On our last day, there was a staff member that spoke English that was also very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very close to the resort and also there is a Subway restaurant next door for quick food. The hotel breakfast was Chinese (not western), but the food was fine and I enjoyed it. I would highly recommend this place!

But when I called before, the housekeeper was very patient. When I arrived at the store, they were very warm and considerate. The two rooms I could book were on the second floor of a villa.
