五一帶孩子出行選的這家，離熊貓館非常近，過了馬路步行5分鐘就是，非常方便！高鐵站門口坐大巴車直接到酒店門口，5元1位，離森林温泉也很近，步行10分鐘。老闆人非常nice，因為酒店暫時開不了早餐，給我們準備了備餐；前台小美女很熱心，擔心我們玩得太久趕不上車，特意幫我們拿行李等着我們，還介紹了好玩的地方。總之，非常滿意的一次出行，感受到了亞布力人民的熱情好客！

老闆態度還行，但是硬件設施跟不上，廁所返水，礦泉水需要給錢（衹提供兩瓶免費的），一次比較差的體驗不值那個價格。

很差的體驗，再也不會來亞布力、也會叫身邊所有人都不要來！！實在太坑了。我能理解要賺錢、過年價格貴一點。但是吃像太難看了。特別是不要住雲鼎賓館！！！！。什麼東西都是翻2-3倍的坑我們。真當我們金土豆呢。我們定的是路邊的賓館，他把我們拉到了半山腰的民宿裏，説一樣的。然後半山腰衹有他們一個民宿、周邊啥都沒有。要什麼東西都得他這邊買。從亞布力包車到雪鄉一天開口3000，帶我們去吃飯的地方一盤葱炒雞蛋68、鍋包肉128一份，而且份量很少。餃子58一盤20個。帶我們租雪服衣服一套260，頭盔雪鏡180、護具100。後來我們去了滑雪場大廳那邊雪服加頭盔才190、護具80。香飄飄亞布力車站才7塊一杯、民宿裏賣孩子們15塊一杯。然後態度還很差、最後一天早上退房了估計覺得坑不到我們了、連水都不給我們、説被我們自己帶的泡麪把水泡完了沒有水了、衹能明天才有水。反正都是坑、沒有哪一點值得推薦的。下輩子都不會再踏進亞布力一步，提起這個名字就是很差勁！！！
