It's a designer guesthouse transformed from the century-old Zhengyuanxing Silk Store, brimming with a classic Republican era retro vibe that feels like a time-filter in itself. Staying here in the 'Ice City' completely immerses you in the atmosphere! Nestled in the heart of the Chinese Baroque district, it occupies a standalone century-old building with green bricks, red walls, and wooden corridors. The courtyard is elegant and serene – you don't even need to go looking for sights. A casual snap anywhere in the hotel yields stunning photos with that Republican era ambiance 📸. Wear light-colored clothing or a qipao, and your photos will be absolutely divine! What truly captivated me was its exclusive and private feel. The entire hotel has only 26 guest rooms, limiting daily guests, so there's absolutely no noisy crowd. You can enjoy the peace and elegance of a century-old residence all to yourself. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, perfectly avoiding the throngs of tourists. Beneath its vintage exterior lies a thoroughly modern, top-tier experience! All rooms feature smart home devices, smart toilets, and oversized bathtubs with great views. There's a Dyson hairdryer, a seven-setting constant temperature direct drinking water system, and a whole-house soft water system. It's a nine-compartment Northeastern specialty breakfast served in a Republican-era style restaurant. The variety changes daily, featuring everything from Harbin red sausage and diced Guobaorou (sweet and sour pork) to special pickles. One bite unlocks the authentic local flavor of the 'Ice City', making for a very ceremonial dining experience. The location is absolutely unbeatable! Step out and you're right on a century-old street with a cluster of retro buildings. Downstairs, you'll find all sorts of authentic Harbin old-brand eateries, making it easy to stroll and eat to your heart's content. It’s also super close to Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. Transportation is convenient, so you don't have to rush around when exploring. An Outstanding Stay with Exceptional, 5-Star Service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Qunli. Arriving in Harbin at 4:00 PM and catching a noon flight out, we found the hotel's location incredibly convenient—only about 35 minutes to the airport and a similar or shorter commute into the main town. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. The lobby was peaceful and check-in was a breeze. The reception staff were wonderfully helpful, recommending great dinner spots and even proactively offering us an umbrella (for a small deposit) when the weather looked threatening. Our room and the corridor were remarkably spacious. The room layout was excellent, allowing us to fully open our massive luggage while still leaving plenty of comfortable living space. More importantly, the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. While the breakfast spread wasn't massive, everything was delicious and more than sufficient. What truly set it apart, however, was the outstanding service. I want to give a special compliment to waitresses 宫艳荣 and 宋丽梅, who kindly stepped in to help me juice carrots and heat up pastries when I was fumbling at the station. Chef 朱峰 was also fantastic, giving me custom options for my eggs while seamlessly juggling both the noodle and egg stations. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the restaurant manager, Michael Yu, who was incredibly friendly and shared fascinating insights about life in Harbin—the kind of local perspective you just can't find online, which truly enriched our holiday. I travel extensively and rarely experience this level of genuine hospitality, even in 5-star hotels. Kudos to the entire team! (Though I should note I went down for breakfast early, so it was pleasantly quiet). For leisure, we took a lovely 30-minute walk to the Qunli Waitan Ecology Wetland. It’s truly impressive how the government has preserved such beautiful greenery for residents and visitors to enjoy. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. It was a wonderful experience overall, and we will definitely be back!

When I asked about the laundry room and other facilities, they showed no impatience at all, and thoroughly explained all the complimentary services the hotel offers. From the specific serving times and dining locations for afternoon tea to the pick-up times for the evening goodnight snacks, everything was proactively communicated upon check-in, and explained with exceptional clarity and detail, so I didn't have to ask about each one individually. This kind of proactive, considerate, thoughtful, and professional service instantly made my stay feel incredibly welcoming. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Central Street and the Flood Control Memorial Tower, making it very convenient for out-of-town tourists to travel and explore. The overall decor of the hotel is a simple, grand business-office style, suitable for both business trips and leisure stays. Although it's not a newly opened hotel, the overall maintenance is very well done. All the hardware facilities in the room show no signs of aging or wear, and are impeccably maintained, looking brand new. The attention to detail in maintenance is evident. Upon entering the room, the ventilation was excellent, with no unpleasant odors whatsoever. The entire room was spotless, with floors, surfaces, bedding, and even crevices all meticulously cleaned. The hygiene details were handled with great rigor. The room's internal facilities are comprehensive and cater to guests' needs, with plenty of thoughtful details. They thoughtfully provided essential items for women, such as delicate hair clips, high-elastic hair ties, and even contact lens cases, which are rarely provided by hotels – truly very considerate. The bathroom area is equipped with a bathtub, along with bath petals and bubble bath, making a bath super stress-relieving and relaxing. Also, I must praise the hotel's complimentary drinks and afternoon tea! The hotel's coffee is really delicious, with a rich and smooth taste, and it's authentically brewed fresh from the coffee machine. The chocolate snowflake crisp at afternoon tea was also outstanding in flavor; it definitely didn't taste cheap just because it was a free self-service snack. The watermelon was average; it felt like it had been sitting out a bit too long, lacking the fresh, crisp texture of freshly cut fruit, but this is a very minor detail and completely harmless. Because I had a temporary personal matter and couldn't handle it myself, I left an item at the front desk and asked them to hand it over to a delivery runner. The front desk carefully stored my item, also checked and verified the information, and attached a tag. I was initially worried that the storage and handover process might be troublesome, but the service was truly meticulous and thoughtful, solving a big problem for me. This aspect was a huge bonus, and I could feel the staff's patience, conscientiousness, and responsibility towards guests. Overall, the check-in experience was perfect, and the overall value for money far exceeded that of hotels in the same price range. I sincerely recommend everyone to stay here.

The room features a separate shower and toilet, and a semi-smart toilet seat (without bidet function). The shower water pressure and temperature control are good, though a luggage rack/organizing table is missing. A rare highlight is the family room for three, which is a huge convenience for families traveling together. The hotel also offers afternoon tea, coffee, and simple desserts daily from 2 PM to 4 PM during your stay, which feels like a service upgrade, providing a relaxing spot for travelers. This is definitely a recommendable feature. Furthermore, the breakfast selection is decent, offering both Western and Chinese options that meet basic requirements. Overall, the hotel's location is superb, making it a top choice for tourism. The service is satisfactory, and the price is moderate. I recommend experiencing it. The reason for leaving half a star short of a five-star rating is simply to encourage the hotel to continue striving for excellence and further improve its services, such as setting up a dedicated通道 for delivery drivers and ensuring quicker room service response times.)

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk to Central Avenue, and very close to the Flood Control Memorial Tower and Zhaolin Park. There are many well-established restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean, the staff are super friendly, and the facilities are new. The only minor drawback is that the dryer in the laundry room isn't very powerful.

The hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. They provided a complimentary afternoon tea, and on the second floor, there's a Russian restaurant and a 'tieguodun' (iron pot stew) place, plus they offered discount coupons. There are many great restaurants and attractions around the hotel, and Central Street is beautiful. It was a really great experience!

The hotel's location is excellent, right at the southern end of Central Street and not far from St. Sophia Cathedral. The breakfast is extensive, a good mix of Chinese and Western options, and they even had 'pig butchering stew' (a local specialty)! During the National Day holiday, parking in the area was very difficult, but the hotel staff helped us find a spot. The recommended Madieer restaurant was also fantastic.

The room facilities are new and very clean, with smart toilets and smart curtains. The location is super convenient for transportation, and you can walk to most major attractions. The staff are warm and friendly, and the housekeeping is excellent. The breakfast has a wide variety of options that both adults and children will love. Definitely worth a second visit!

First off, the service at Yabuli Hotel is genuinely excellent. Our butler reached out a day in advance to arrange pickup and drop-off at the high-speed rail station. The hotel also has its own ski resort, and equipment rental was included, which is definitely a big plus. The hotel environment is also fantastic, and the kids absolutely loved it!

Overall, the room was spacious and clean. Since the second-floor restaurant was under renovation, breakfast times were arranged with the front desk during check-in and then delivered directly to the room the next day. The front desk staff were all very kind and thoughtful, helping with luggage and storing it for me. Because I booked a special offer room, it didn't include the complimentary round-trip cable car tickets. You might want to call the hotel in advance to confirm this. The cable car station is conveniently located on the second floor, making round-trip rides very easy. Alternatively, you can take Metro Line 2 to Sun Island and walk for about 15 minutes to see the castle. The island is currently optimizing its snow sculptures, and the central area is closed off, so I didn't get to explore it this time, which was a slight disappointment.
