"Overall, it was a good experience, especially the location! Location!! Location!!! It's so important, I have to say it three times! I personally think this hotel is the closest to Central Street (right across the street from the entrance!!) and it's also a relatively high-end hotel with good facilities. The value for money is also excellent! Although the hotel looks a bit dated and the front desk feels a bit cheap (not grand enough, and usually only two staff members), you can't beat its fantastic location! Central Street is just downstairs, right across the road. I highly recommend staying in the rooms directly facing the elevator on each floor! You get a panoramic view of Central Street, and you can see all the real-time crowds. You can also catch some of the night view, which is really beautiful! The room is a little narrow, and even the family room isn't particularly spacious, but it's adequate. If you open three suitcases at once, they'll pretty much fill the room. They provide Nongfu Spring bottled water, but the water available for free pickup near the elevator isn't – it seems to be the kind that costs 1 RMB a bottle. This might be due to cost considerations, but it doesn't offer a great experience; you definitely have to boil it before drinking. However, I would definitely choose this place again next time I come to Harbin. There's also a night market nearby with great food and shopping, and St. Sophia Cathedral is just a few hundred meters' walk away, which is very convenient!"

"Traveling with my parents, we booked a family room. The room, while compact, was well-equipped and very clean. Breakfast was decent, and they even offered douhua (sweet tofu pudding), which was a nice touch. The hotel's location is a huge advantage. It's incredibly close to Central Street, just a 2-3 minute walk away. It's also conveniently located near the Hongzhuan Street Morning Market, about a 5-6 minute stroll. This market was bustling with activity, and it looked like many tourists were enjoying their breakfast there."

"The environment was decent. As for the service, I didn't really notice anything outstanding, though they were quick to give me a few bottles of water when I asked, which most hotels would do anyway. The facilities aren't great. The parking lot is right next to the road, and I kept worrying about getting a fine. Nothing else really stood out. What's worth mentioning is that their afternoon tea is pretty bad – there aren't many options, and the taste is just so-so. Don't go in with high expectations. Overall, it's a pretty average hotel."

"Choosing this airport hotel was a brilliant decision! The free shuttle service to and from the airport was incredibly professional. They confirmed the pick-up time in advance, and the driver was friendly and patient. He even helped with all my luggage, so I didn't have to lift a finger. For travelers looking for convenience and excellent service, this is definitely the top choice! Superb! 👍"

"This hotel far exceeded my expectations after checking in. It was clean, tidy, and the service was excellent. They even provide a Dyson hairdryer, and the shower pressure is fantastic – perfect for warming up after a snowy day in Harbin. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from Saint Sophia Cathedral and Central Street, and a pleasant stroll to the riverside. It's also very close to the train station. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; not only did they give me a complimentary room upgrade, but they also provided hand warmers. Plus, there was an ample supply of bottled water. Thumbs up! 👍"

"This was my first time in Harbin, coming all the way from the South, over three thousand kilometers from home. Before arriving, I looked at so many hotels but couldn't decide where to stay. After landing, I booked this place via Trip.com at the airport. I'm a light sleeper, but I slept really well here. I had a lot of luggage, and as soon as the Didi car pulled up, someone came to help me with it. The front desk lady checked me in efficiently and even helped carry my bags to the room. She also thoughtfully mentioned that there's complimentary goodnight milk before midnight and afternoon tea the next day. I extended my stay for another night. After checking out, I even received a small souvenir fridge magnet. The afternoon tea, served from 2 PM to 4 PM, can still be enjoyed in the afternoon even if you check out at noon. I stayed for two days but didn't get to experience the afternoon tea ☕🍰 because I was out sightseeing. The hotel's location is excellent; just cross the zebra crossing outside the hotel, and you're at Shanghai Street Metro Station 🚇. It's only two stops to Central Avenue, making it convenient to go anywhere. Oh, and you can store your luggage for free, so you can explore worry-free. There are lots of food options in Zhonghua Baroque, and the ice cream and yogurt on Central Avenue are pretty good. Also, don't miss Lao Chang Chun Bing. For Southerners, the local food here can be a bit 'heating' (易上火), so I recommend drinking plenty of hot water and using a humidifier at night. Harbin truly has so many new and interesting things to discover! 😉😉"

"The stay experience is very satisfactory. First of all, Kunlun Hotel has a superior geographical location, convenient transportation, and complete surrounding facilities. Secondly, the room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, clean and tidy, and comfortable beds, providing a good rest environment. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and both the front desk reception and room service make people feel at home. High cost performance. Overall, Kunlun Hotel has reached a high standard in terms of hardware facilities and service quality, and it is a very pleasant stay experience."

"Excellent location. Harbin Railway Station is a convenient 10-minute walk via Jingxiao Street, and St. Iver Church and the Orphanage are right next door. Subway Line 2 is just a 5-minute walk away. Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral are a pleasant 20-minute-plus stroll, perfect for an after-dinner walk. Inside, the rain shower offered excellent water pressure, the pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the TV even had a sleep timer. For an even more perfect stay, I'd suggest a hairdryer that doesn't require constant button-holding and the removal of the deposit requirement."

"The location is excellent; as soon as you step out of the hotel, you're on Central Street. We checked in around noon on August 12th, and the front desk staff, both the gentleman and the lady working that shift, were incredibly helpful and friendly! They even offered to help us carry our luggage to the room and gave our child a fridge magnet! All in all, we were very satisfied! We'll definitely stay here again if we return to Harbin!"

"Zhenning Hotel is a charming, comfortable hotel with a rustic Russian style. Upon entering, the polar bear specimen, vintage photo wall, and Russian-style sofas immediately draw you into the atmosphere. The rooms are equipped with tea sets for guests to enjoy. The location is excellent, with the Red Brick Street morning market downstairs, and Central Street and the church within walking distance. The staff even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. The whole trip was practically perfect. Despite this, I still have some constructive feedback: the hotel's hardware is good, but the 'software' (service) needs improvement. The female staff members were quite attentive, while the male staff seemed like temporary workers. The hotel booking stated free parking, but it's just an alleyway behind the building that can only fit 4 cars. As we drove ourselves, a male staff member brusquely told us there was no parking available and we'd have to park on the street, but needed to move the car before 7 AM the next morning. When we asked if there were any nearby parking lots, he replied, ”Drive around yourselves and park wherever you like.” We then asked if he could call us if a space opened up from a guest checking out the next morning. The male staff member retorted, ”How would I know who's checking out with a car?” The next morning, upon asking again, he grudgingly told us there was a paid parking lot at the intersection of X and Y roads. As an out-of-towner, I couldn't use your parking, and you wouldn't even cooperate when I was willing to pay to park elsewhere? What kind of attitude is that? Have you even had hotel service training? Are you earning your salary?! Later, a female staff member quickly handled the situation upon learning about it, sending us a fruit basket, apologizing, and notifying me the next afternoon that a parking space had become available. So, the matter was resolved satisfactorily. For those driving, I recommend navigating to the public parking lot at the intersection of Zhongyi Road and Jingwei Road. This hotel is still worth recommending."
