DDiastirtaI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with great hospitality by all the staff.
On my first day at the restaurant, I mentioned that I am Muslim and avoid pork. What impressed me the most was that on the following days, the staff remembered my preference and proactively recommended which dishes were suitable for me. That level of attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed and cared for.
The location of the hotel is also very strategic, making it easy to get around and explore the area.
I would especially like to thank Mr. Lin and all the reception staff for taking such good care of me and my family. They were always helpful, responsive, and ensured that all our needs were met.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

PPHANG ENG HUEIThe overall experience at Deluxe Hotel was elegant and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, the bedding soft and clean, and the service professional and attentive, making for a very pleasant stay. The dining options were varied and delicious, and the environment was quiet and convenient, suitable for both business and leisure. The only downsides were the high price and the need to book some facilities in advance. Overall, I recommend it; it's worth experiencing.

3320779****The hotel is tucked away on Tongjiang Street, just behind Central Avenue, about an 8-10 minute walk away. The location is excellent, with St. Sophia Church, Stalin Park, the Songhua River, and Parkson Shopping Center all nearby! It's an absolutely fantastic spot. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around. I highly recommend the 'Tie Guo Dun' (iron pot stew) next door – specifically the 'xiaoguo hubing' (small pot stew with pancakes) – which was a recommendation from the hotel's front desk staff. For a 'Southern potato' like me, the flavor might be a little strong, but it's really good! The chicken feet were so tender they melted in your mouth.
From the lobby to the rooms, there's a faint floral scent. For a family trip, the room size is perfectly adequate for a family of three. Details like toothbrushes and shampoo are all provided, and if you need anything, just call the front desk and they'll bring it right away – the service is superb! The rooms are never cold; the temperature is just right for sleeping at night! It was my first time experiencing the heating system here in Northeast China, and it was very comfortable!
For breakfast, we had the hotel's in-house breakfast, which is Russian cuisine on the first floor. We chose the fried noodles, and the noodles had a perfect texture. Everyone should give it a try! The hotel staff described it as 'New Chinese Russian cuisine'! It was my first time trying it and it was delicious!! Arriving in Harbin, I immediately felt the snow falling! Very lucky! I took so many photos of the snowy scenery!

AAnonymous UserI expected it wouldn't be great, but I didn't expect it to be this bad. It's basically hostel standard, maybe even worse. The hotel is really old. I didn't pay attention when booking, but it was built in 2013, so no wonder. All the facilities are dated, the floorboards creak when you walk on them, the toilet paper is very rough and there's so little of it that we had to use our own. It was snowing outside, and as soon as we entered the room before we could even take off our shoes, the floor was covered in black footprints. We hadn't even settled in and I was already cleaning the floor myself. Over a thousand a night for this is absolutely not worth it.
The most unbearable thing was the low ceiling height. It felt like the bottom bunk of a bunk bed – so low it was suffocating. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they said all rooms were like that. They did bring a humidifier, and it felt slightly better once the temperature dropped a bit. We had booked for four nights, but since the first night was non-refundable, we checked in around 6 PM, immediately started looking for another place to stay, then went out. We came back at 10 PM to sleep and packed up and checked out first thing the next morning. Minimizing our time there made it less unbearable.
The only advantage is its location; Central Street is right across the road. Someone helped us with our luggage to the car when we checked out, which I appreciated. The service attitude was quite good, but I still wouldn't recommend it.

SShengguoqianqianThe hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to Exit 3 of Metro Line 2. It's super easy to get to Central Street and Daoli Market from here. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the staff—from servers to front desk and restaurant personnel—are all so warm and welcoming, always greeting you. As someone from the south, it really made me feel at home. The hotel breakfast is also excellent, with a good variety and delicious food, offering great value for money. All in all, if I come back, I'll definitely be booking this hotel again.

GGuest UserIt's worth the roughly 200 yuan price tag, considering its proximity to Central Street. However, this hotel's only real selling point is its four-star rating. First off, the soundproofing is terrible, not just mediocre, but truly bad. You can hear every flush of the toilet from the room above, which made it hard to sleep at night! Even worse, the sound of the door opening and closing across the hall was incredibly loud!

MM314585****Let's start with the positives: The hotel's decor is very unique, and the rooms are spacious. There's a hotel cable car that goes directly across the river, making it very close to Central Street, and the cable car views are fantastic. The hotel is right by the river, with a small sandy beach where you can play in the water. The hotel is located within Sun Island Scenic Area, so it's very close to the Panda House.
Now for the negatives: The heating is very poor; there's no underfloor heating, and the air conditioning doesn't produce heat. The front desk provided a space heater, but the room is quite large, so it couldn't warm it up at all. Hot water also takes a long time to come through; you have to run the water for several minutes before it gets hot, which essentially makes showering impossible. The breakfast is very basic, and the dining area is even colder than the rooms. I'd recommend not having breakfast at the hotel. The hotel requires entry through a mall entrance, and the mall closes at 9 PM. So, if you want to go out or return after 9 PM, you need to call the front desk to open the door. Since the hotel is inside the Sun Island Scenic Area, when taking a taxi into the area, you have to shout to the park security, ”I'm a guest at [hotel name]” to be allowed in. Also, when ordering a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the hotel, you need to register the Didi car's license plate number at the front desk for the car to be able to drive from the park entrance to the hotel.
The above is for your reference. The front desk service was very attentive, and even though there were some issues with the facilities, the front desk staff were helpful in resolving them. I believe the experience would be better during peak tourist season.

The hotel is very quiet and conveniently located right next to Songlei Yuanda. There's free parking available within the hotel grounds. This winter, when I arrived, the central air conditioning was already blasting hot air as soon as I entered the room! It felt so warm and cozy. Plus, it's very close to the subway station, making it super easy to get around.
