MM13780****Clean, and the front desk service was excellent; Dora was very helpful and enthusiastic! The room facilities and details were well thought out, with a medium-firm Mousse mattress and two types of pillows! It's a shame I didn't take any photos of the room.
The people of Harbin are very warm, and I'll definitely be back. A special mention to the touching subway advertisements advocating for stray animals.

MM429860****The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation, making it very easy to reach various attractions. It's incredibly convenient for getting around. Upon arrival, you can add the hotel's WeChat, which provides travel and sightseeing guides. The staff are very patient in explaining everything, and as soon as you enter the hotel, there are staff in the lobby ready to help with luggage. The entire team is incredibly warm and professional. From booking the hotel to checking out, I felt that the hotel was very thoughtful and comfortable, making my trip with my parents a truly warm and welcoming experience.

MM52655****This was my second stay at Orange Crystal during my Lesser Khingan Mountains road trip over the National Day holiday! I arrived quite late this time, and they thoughtfully upgraded my room!
The experience was great, breakfast was plentiful (the cabbage and pan-fried dumplings were delicious), and parking was convenient.
I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin.

DDanielntkMy stay here was absolutely fantastic! The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, from the rooms to the common areas, which made me feel very comfortable. The location is superb – you can easily walk to Central Street and it's also very close to the Red Brick Market, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping.
The room was spacious and bright, making for a very comfortable stay without feeling cramped. The breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality dishes, including famous Harbin local snacks like frozen pears, red sausages, and 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork).
What's more, the hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel with great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Our stay at your hotel was a truly delightful experience. Upon our arrival, our family was warmly greeted and picked up by Xiao Wang and the excellent driver at the high-speed rail station, which immediately made us feel welcomed and at ease in an unfamiliar city. Subsequently, we also received enthusiastic and attentive service from them and the tour guide at the hotel.
During our stay, there was a minor issue with the hot water in our room, but the hotel staff and Xiao Wang patiently assisted us in resolving it promptly. Their attitude was kind, professional, and responsible. Xiao Wang even thoughtfully provided us with a humidifier, which we greatly appreciated.
As we were unfamiliar with the local area, Xiao Wang and the good driver enthusiastically took us to many places, significantly facilitating our travel and making our entire journey smoother and more enjoyable.

CCandou_This time in Harbin, I chose this hotel primarily for its location and reputation. My two-night stay was quite a 'rollercoaster' – some pleasant surprises, but also some frustrating moments.
There were many highlights that deserve praise:
1. **Thoughtful Room Design**: The decor was warm and stylish, a refreshing change from the usual cookie-cutter business hotels. The bathroom's wet/dry separation was excellent, and the Laifen hairdryer along with the wall-mounted handheld showerhead were definite plusses. It really showcased the hotel's taste and attention to detail.
2. **Breakfast was a pleasant surprise!**: The variety was abundant, and the coffee was superb. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast every morning. The restaurant service was also fantastic; staff were quick to clear plates, and the whole environment was very clean.
3. **Excellent Service in Public Areas**: The lobby offered complimentary hot water, tea, and coffee, plus shared washer/dryer machines, which was incredibly convenient for families with children.
However, the first day was quite a 'headache':
Upon arrival, we were immediately informed that the elevator was out of order. First, we were directed to find an elevator in a nearby mall, which we couldn't locate. Then, we were told to use a staircase. That staircase was dark and dilapidated. Carrying elderly family members, a child, and a pile of luggage, I grew increasingly anxious, especially since my phone had no signal and I couldn't reach the hotel by phone. Finally, after reaching the first floor, I managed to contact the hotel. Although the front desk promptly sent someone to assist and offered a gift as an apology, the whole process was incredibly stressful. Later that evening, we discovered the elevator was broken again...
In summary:
The hotel has excellent hardware; the breakfast and room details were impeccable. However, encountering continuous elevator malfunctions and misguidance on the first day significantly dampened our initial experience. I hope the hotel can prioritize equipment maintenance and optimize its emergency response procedures. If these issues can be addressed, it would undoubtedly be a five-star hotel that I'd wholeheartedly recommend.

The Sun Island Castle Hotel, located on the scenic banks of the Songhua River, boasts a charming European architectural style. The first floor is home to various small eateries, while the entire second floor is dedicated to the hotel guest rooms. From the third floor, you can directly access the cross-river cable car, and the fourth floor houses the Chocolate Castle Museum. This museum features an incredibly diverse collection of chocolates, and outside, there's an observation deck – a superb spot to admire the Songhua River's night view.
The hotel's location is excellent, offering incredibly convenient transportation. Besides the cable car, you can also take a cruise ship across the river. The sightseeing bus also stops here, making it easy to visit all the attractions on Sun Island, with the freedom to hop on and off as you please.
This time, I stayed in the most affordable ”Viscount Interior Room.” The room was spacious and well-equipped, with furnishings that truly captured the grand essence of a castle. The only minor drawback was the lack of a window, meaning I couldn't enjoy the natural scenery outside – a small regret.
It's worth noting that, compared to the opulent guest rooms, the hotel's front desk seemed a bit understated. The small reception counter is tucked away in a corner on the first floor, which felt a little out of sync with the ”Chocolate Castle” theme. Personally, I suggest designing the front desk in the shape of chocolate and having the reception staff wear more distinctive attire. Wouldn't that better align with the magical theme of this place?
Overall, this was a surprisingly delightful stay, highly recommended for those who appreciate unique hotels.
