Exceeded expectations! The front desk staff were excellent and very welcoming. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Plus, there are lots of affordable dining options downstairs. Great value!

The location is really good. Turn right for Central Street and left for Shangzhi Street. It's just a few minutes from the subway station. The street-facing rooms aren't too noisy, but the soundproofing inside isn't great. If there are loud guests or noisy kids, it can get quite disruptive. Other than that, everything else was good. I'd consider staying here again next time I'm in Harbin.

Right outside, to the immediate right, is the Songhua River, and it's not far from Central Street, Saint Sophia Cathedral, Chinese Baroque Architecture, and the Ice and Snow World. My train arrived at Harbin Station at 7 am, and I went straight to the hotel, planning to just drop off my luggage and head out. The front desk staff told me that a room was just being prepared and offered to check me in directly. Oh my goodness, in this cold place, I encountered such a warm and wonderful person, I'm so incredibly grateful to him! The room was very warm, and I could even turn on the air conditioning. Hot water was plentiful.

The room is very nice. I have stayed here several times. It is hygienic and has convenient transportation. It is close to Harbin Institute of Technology, Lindau University, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Lesong Square. It is very good and the service is good.

I must praise the service at this hotel! When we checked in with our child, the front desk proactively provided children's slippers and toiletries, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room facilities were new, the air conditioning cooled down quickly, the Wi-Fi signal was strong, and even the charging sockets were conveniently located. The housekeeping staff meticulously cleaned the room every day, even wiping the corners of the bathroom spotless, and the towels had a light, pleasant fragrance, making us feel very comfortable. They even helped us store our luggage when we checked out. The entire experience was very comfortable, and it's a treasure of a hotel I would definitely stay at again!

Transportation is convenient, subway, bus, airport shuttle are all very convenient. The only drawback is that there is a leak under the bathroom. After taking a shower, the bathroom is full of water. There is no floor drain outside, so the water can't go out. The next day, I wore slippers to the bathroom and my feet got wet! However, the front desk arranged for workers to fix it the next day.

I didn't expect this price to be very high. I was because of the leaking room in the last hotel. I didn't expect it to be so good! The room was very clean, the bedding was also white I liked, it was very high-grade, and it was very comfortable to lie down. The price is quite affordable, nv recommended! recommend!
