Perfect

GGuest UserStayed at 'Xuegu Yu Wo Tongxing' for 4 days and 3 nights. Basically, I contacted the owner's wife via WeChat, which I got from Xiaohongshu. She helped us arrange the entire itinerary, and then we booked the accommodation on Ctrip. First day (Dec 30, 25): We took a large bus from Central Street to Xuegu at 8 AM. We arrived at 'Xuegu Yu Wo Tongxing' around 2 PM. After checking in, we started playing in the snow behind their guesthouse. At 6:30 PM, the owner's mother taught us how to make candied hawthorns. The tickets were 140 RMB for adults and 70 RMB for children. Then we started a 5-kilometer hike to Xuexiang. The thick snow and beautiful scenery along the way made my daughter forget about rushing. It was so cold on the mountain that my glasses frosted over, but thankfully I had applied warming patches to my hands, feet, back, and abdomen. We reached Xuexiang around 2 PM, rested at the Xuexiang Tourist Center, and then found a restaurant for lunch. Xuexiang is very commercialized; the food was expensive and not good. Between 3 and 4 PM, it got dark, so we went up the Fairy Tale World Plank Road to photograph the beautiful scenery of Xuexiang. The evening view was absolutely stunning. Then, at 6 PM, we took the bus arranged by the owner's wife back to the Xuegu guesthouse. We arrived back around 8 PM, and the owner's mother had prepared dinner. Their food was delicious. Third day (Jan 1, 26): At 9 AM, the owner took me by bus to visit Wusongling (Rime Island). We bought tickets at the foot of the mountain, 400 RMB for both adults and children. After the bus dropped us off, we had to take a snowmobile up a very steep mountain. Then we started trying out different activities, including snow banana boating, snow tubing, skiing, self-driving snowmobiles, a slide for children, and camel riding (at an additional cost). Afterward, the owner led us on a hike up a steep slope to take many beautiful photos. He even used a drone and a 360 camera to capture high-quality videos for us. I left around 3 PM; it was too cold on the mountain. Fourth day (Jan 2, 26): After breakfast at the guesthouse, we took a bus back to Harbin at 9 AM. For all three evenings, the owner would pop Wuchang rice for us to eat in the hall, and we'd chat while cracking sunflower seeds. Overall, I highly recommend the guesthouse's cleanliness and the restaurant's food. The owner, his wife, his mother, and the guesthouse staff are all simple, honest, and truly go out of their way to satisfy all guests. Thank you to all the staff at 'Xuegu Yu Wo Tongxing' for their dedication, which made our experience wonderful. We will definitely return to Wusongling if we get the chance.

MM1s3n3ckn****This was my first time visiting Xuegu with my mom, and we stayed at this inn. The environment was great, with a strong Northeastern charm. The owners provided excellent service. The next day, when we went to Wusong Ridge to play in the snow, the owner accompanied us the whole time, taking photos and even teaching us how to ski for free. If we had gone on our own, hiring an instructor at the ski resort would have cost several hundred yuan. The owner was very patient and professional with the photos, allowing me to fully enjoy myself. There were also evening activities at the inn, where the owner would film a 'water splashing into ice' video for us for free, a service that costs money in Xuexiang. We even bought Wuchang rice from them. Overall, I highly recommend this inn for anyone visiting Xuegu. I've already recommended it to my family and friends.

GGuest UserWe had an absolutely wonderful stay and felt truly well taken care of throughout our time here. Special thanks to Qiu Jie, who was always responsive and patient in answering our many questions via WeChat — her support made planning everything so much smoother. We’re also deeply grateful to the boss, Hongbo, for his warm hospitality and genuine care; it truly felt like staying with family rather than at a commercial accommodation. Everyone we met — including the chef and our drivers — was extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. They were always ready to help with arrangements such as transportation and ticket bookings, and did so with great sincerity. We were also thoughtfully provided with frozen fruits, which was a lovely and refreshing treat after spending time outdoors in the cold. The location is about a 2-hour drive from Snow Town, and we loved being away from the busy, crowded tourist area. The peaceful rural surroundings allowed us to experience local life at a slower pace, complemented by delicious farm-to-table home-cooked meals. The hosts even taught us how to do the hot water splash, which was a fun and memorable experience in the freezing winter weather. As a bonus, there’s also a cute little deer in the backyard, which added an unexpected and delightful touch to our stay. They helped us book a visit to Gou Xiong Ling (¥400 per person, inclusive of transportation, entrance fee, and all rides). The snow activities — snowmobiling, snow tubing, snow drifting — were great fun, and we appreciated that photos and videos were taken and shared with us afterward. In addition, they assisted with ticketing and arrangements for our visit to Snow Town, including crossing Yangcaoshan by horse-drawn sled, taking a snowmobile up the mountain, and then a jeep ride down (with the option to walk down as well). Transportation back from Snow Town was also smoothly arranged. Overall, this stay offered not just comfort, but a truly warm, authentic, and thoughtfully curated experience. Highly recommended for travelers who value genuine hospitality, local experiences, and a peaceful alternative to the crowds of Snow Town.

The owner is very kind and took great care of us, even booking activities and arranging for someone to follow us and take photos. They also offered a free water splashing activity, which was a lot of fun! The food at the property was delicious too.

The room decor has a strong Northeastern charm, with wooden ceilings and floral curtains, creating a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the pillows are just the right height, ensuring a superb sleeping experience. The underfloor heating works exceptionally well; even when it's dozens of degrees below zero outside, the room remains warm as spring. The owners are genuinely kind and straightforward, and their recommendations for restaurants and attractions are very reliable. The guesthouse offers a free breakfast with a rich variety of porridge, steamed buns, eggs, and pickles, providing a balanced and nutritious start to the day. In the evening, you can even roast sweet potatoes and regular potatoes at the guesthouse, which are sweet and delicious, bringing back many childhood memories. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and the service, environment, and hygiene are all impeccable. If you're coming to Snow Valley, this is the place to stay!

MM312603****We stayed here for a ski trip. Our butler contacted us a day in advance and picked us up as soon as we got off the high-speed train. We were able to check in around 10 AM, which I thought would be much later. We had lunch on the hotel's first basement floor, and the food was exceptionally delicious and perfectly suited my Cantonese palate. After skiing, we returned around 4 PM, and the butler brought us a humidifier and some fruit. Any service we requested in the evening was delivered immediately after a phone call; the response time was incredible. If it weren't for my teammate getting sick and needing to return to Harbin for treatment, we would have definitely stayed another night, especially since we still had a day trip to Snow Village planned. When we left for the station, the butler even rode with us to see us off. They were so thoughtful and enthusiastic. Although the weather was cold, it warmed our hearts.
