GGuest UserI often go there with my classmates and have stayed in several room types, all of which are very good. The environment is comfortable, clean and sanitary. There are iced drinks in every room, not only with a wide variety, but also at a reasonable price. Most importantly, the boss is very nice, highly recommended!

GGuest UserHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

GGuest UserThe room was fantastic, a stylish and beautiful two-bedroom apartment with a living room. The bed was incredibly comfortable; I didn't want to get out. The projector was also great, making movie watching a fantastic experience. A very pleasant stay overall. The bathroom was fully equipped, providing shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, and contact lens solution. The kitchen even had dish soap, which was very thoughtful. Ordering takeout was convenient; the yogurt and fruit salad nearby was delicious.
Aside from being a bit far from attractions like Central Street, there were almost no downsides. It would have been even better if the room had a mosquito repellent. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered a panoramic view of the scenery. I suggest the hotel replace the curtains with blackout curtains, as it gets light very early, around 4 AM, which slightly disrupts sleep. Overall, a very wonderful stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin.

HHahanezGood hotel. Very clean and just by the roadside. Next to the hotel is McDonald and a small shopping mall which has supermarket. Can grab a quick fruits or water to drink. The staff of the hotel are very nice despite language barrier still willing to translate and help. The hotel also can do late Check Out, need to pay 20 yuan for every hour. We stayed until 5 PM due to night flight. The room service also cleans the room everyday and fresh towels and clean bins. Great hotel.

The drinks and water on the table cannot be touched. If they are moved, it will be regarded as a purchase, and the deposit will be deducted. There is no one to take a shower with. There are only hose showers that are fixed on the top. When the switch is turned on, the water flows down from the top. It is similar to the fixed showers in large bathhouses that pour water from top to bottom. When taking a bath, be sure to take time and strive for it. Take a shower within ten minutes, otherwise the water will become cold. You must check out before 12 noon. Additional charges may apply if it exceeds one minute. RMB 20 will be charged if it exceeds 30 minutes. Charges may apply if it exceeds one hour. If you understand the above rules, you can check in. Everyone is welcome to check in! ! ! ! 😡🤬

WWuniansuifengIf you're driving, I'd recommend taking the exit at Songbei (unless you want to photograph the start of G1), even though it's further, it avoids most of the city traffic, reducing the chance of getting stuck. The hotel environment is top-notch, and parking isn't an issue. You check in at the South Gate reception, and the North Gate leads directly to the south entrance/exit of the Harbin Ice and Snow World, about a 10-minute walk depending on your pace. It's very close to the Ferris wheel and the big stage, and I believe it's not far from the subway station either. Cleanliness is a given and was excellent. The room facilities are comprehensive. When ordering takeout, be aware of potential delays; in my case, there were no delivery riders available. I'm not sure if this was an isolated incident or a common problem. During the Ice and Snow Festival, room prices double, but for convenience, it's an excellent choice.
Harbin Ice and Snow World Adult Ticket - Standard Price: I booked the tickets with my room, and it was significantly cheaper than buying them separately. Important: remember to select your time slot when booking!

Very nice and helpful people working in the hotel.
The room was clean and they are quite big.
The location is not central but it’s easy enough to go to the center, plus in the area there are plenary of restaurants.
They have a common kettle.
Negative:
If you book a room without private toilet, expect no shower and a hole in the ground as a toilet.
We had to upgrade the room for shower and toilet which makes it a little bit overpriced.

GGuest UserThe accommodation was very warm. Since it was cold, people just smoked in the common area. The bedding was only neatly made on the first floor, and the second floor was dirty,,, but the second floor was a little less noisy and more cozy. Towels were not provided, so you should bring them with you or buy them at the hostel for 5 yuan. Water is sold at the same price as convenience stores, so you don't have to go far. You can turn on the shower room light, so don't shower in the dark! The location of the accommodation was really great.
