GGuest UserThis hotel offers a free shuttle service, and the bathrooms are well-equipped with a stable hot water supply. There's a backyard garden for exercise, and the toiletries are of good quality, showing great attention to detail. It's located near Sunac Land, and the common areas are clean and elegant. The environment is quiet, free from noisy disturbances, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure. The bedding is warm and comfortable, the service is excellent, and it offers great value for money. Plus, it's a pet-friendly hotel!

The service attitude was exceptionally good. We've stayed at many hotels, and this one truly made us feel the best. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming.

GGuest UserThis hotel was incredibly comfortable. I woke up naturally refreshed every day. The location is also convenient; while it's a bit far from the 731 Unit Museum, it's quick to get to Daoli District. The hotel is cleaned thoroughly and promptly every day. The front desk staff were very professional and attentive, providing us with 6 bottles of water daily and even complimentary fruit. They were always ready to help. The hotel staff who assisted with luggage were also very thoughtful. The shuttle service was excellent too; you just need to book 2 hours in advance, and it can take you to Harbin Ice and Snow World and Sunac Snow Park at the adjacent Sunac Mall. There's also MixC nearby, offering a full range of dining, entertainment, and shopping options.

Getting straight to it, from check-in to check-out:
First off, the high-speed elevators are incredibly smooth, which is a huge plus. I timed it, and it took less than a minute to get from the underground parking to the 42nd floor. Since the lobby is on the 42nd floor, and you have to go through it to switch elevators to the guest rooms, having such efficient elevators for frequent use is really important.
Secondly, the Chinese restaurant has a pretty good selection of dishes, and the taste is quite good for a five-star Chinese restaurant. It leans a bit salty, which might be because of the colder northern climate needing stronger flavors. The dim sum, however, was just okay, and I hope they can improve it. The prices are relatively reasonable, and the staff at the Chinese restaurant are very professional and provide excellent service. It would be even better if it were on the 43rd floor instead of the 5th.
Now, about the room: The view from the scenic room is fantastic, the bedding is comfortable, and the wide sofa and double sinks are great for families. I just wish they'd add a spotlight near the entrance as it's a bit dark there.
In the evening, the executive lounge would be a perfect spot to watch the sunset and enjoy a drink. Unfortunately, I was with my kids, so I didn't get the chance, but I'll definitely go next time.
Finally, before checking out, I tried the hotel breakfast. It's quite interesting because it's open until 1 PM, which is incredibly thoughtful! The variety of dishes is also very rich.
Due to my travel plans, I only stayed one night, but if I have more time next time, I'll definitely bring my kids to stay for a few more days.

1. The room was very spacious, luxuriously decorated, and the ambiance was elegant, making for a comfortable stay.
2. The facilities were excellent. The toilet was a smart toilet, and the room had both a humidifier and an air purifier.
3. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The front desk staff handled issues efficiently and promptly, and their attitude was very good.
Cons:
1. The hotel's hot spring is open to the public, and during the Chinese New Year, it was quite crowded. Guests didn't have a dedicated entrance and had to queue at the door to get a wristband before entering, which was inconvenient.
2. There was only one outdoor hot spring pool; all the others were indoors. This wasn't quite what I expected. I wish there were more outdoor pools, especially since the hotel's main selling point is its hot spring.
3. The gym had a limited number of machines, which wasn't quite enough. Also, there was a lack of equipment maintenance; the handles on some machines were too slippery. The gym's access control seemed to have an issue, as sometimes the card swipe wouldn't work.

XXiangrixiaokuikuilaExtremely satisfied with my stay. The location is great, about a 30-minute drive from both the high-speed train station and the airport.
**Ambiance:** The lobby, like other Mandarin Oriental hotels, is very grand and impressive.
**Facilities:** The facilities are well-maintained, but it doesn't have smart home features throughout the room.
**Cleanliness:** Overall, it was clean and tidy.
**Service:** The service was excellent, very warm and attentive. Today was 'Lidong' (Beginning of Winter), and they even specially served dumplings for breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch.

Their attention to detail was a nice touch. The dining quality was impressive, with a rich variety of delicious dishes. The facilities were comprehensive, and the environment was quiet and elegant. It's perfectly suited for both business and leisure travel, feeling both professional and welcoming. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

JJessicaCassieThe JW Marriott Hotel in Harbin's Songbei District is conveniently located near the Siberian Tiger Park and Sun Island Scenic Area. The room attendant kept the room very clean. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, for an older hotel, they are still well-maintained. The service was absolutely perfect, full marks! This stay offered a particularly great view from the room, overlooking the Songhua River. From my room, I could witness the signs of ice melting and everything coming back to life, which was a unique and delightful experience.

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location near the Songhua River. The staff were incredibly warm and provided great service, even offering a complimentary afternoon tea. Our whole family was very satisfied with our stay. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and it's right next to Central Street, and very close to St. Sophia Cathedral, which is easily reachable on foot. Not bad at all!
