GGuest UserThe hotel offers a free shuttle service, and the surrounding area is incredibly pleasant. There's a backyard for exercise, and nearby you'll find Sunac Land and a Sunac mall with numerous shops, making dining very convenient. You can also shop on the first floor. The hotel lobby thoughtfully provides complimentary black tea, which is delicious, along with a building block wall and a popular photo-op wall, making it super easy to take pictures. The service is excellent, and the hotel has a unique charm. It's also a pet-friendly hotel, which I highly recommend!

The service truly warmed my heart! The butler helped plan our ski itinerary in advance, greeted us with hot ginger tea upon arrival, and even took care of ski suit drying and equipment storage – every detail was perfectly arranged, a dream for anyone meticulous about details! 🥰 The 2000㎡ courtyard hides tons of photo ops, from a vintage French garden to snowman checkpoints. I highly recommend coming here! This was truly a healing winter getaway for us hardworking folks. Skiing, snow viewing, and delicious food – all in one place, no need for extensive planning to have an absolutely amazing time 🌨️ My bestie and I have already decided to come back next year for a second visit. This incredible B&B really is the ultimate ski destination!

GGuest UserThis hotel was incredibly comfortable. I woke up naturally refreshed every day. The location is also convenient; while it's a bit far from the 731 Unit Museum, it's quick to get to Daoli District. The hotel is cleaned thoroughly and promptly every day. The front desk staff were very professional and attentive, providing us with 6 bottles of water daily and even complimentary fruit. They were always ready to help. The hotel staff who assisted with luggage were also very thoughtful. The shuttle service was excellent too; you just need to book 2 hours in advance, and it can take you to Harbin Ice and Snow World and Sunac Snow Park at the adjacent Sunac Mall. There's also MixC nearby, offering a full range of dining, entertainment, and shopping options.

1. The room was very spacious, luxuriously decorated, and the ambiance was elegant, making for a comfortable stay.
2. The facilities were excellent. The toilet was a smart toilet, and the room had both a humidifier and an air purifier.
3. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The front desk staff handled issues efficiently and promptly, and their attitude was very good.
Cons:
1. The hotel's hot spring is open to the public, and during the Chinese New Year, it was quite crowded. Guests didn't have a dedicated entrance and had to queue at the door to get a wristband before entering, which was inconvenient.
2. There was only one outdoor hot spring pool; all the others were indoors. This wasn't quite what I expected. I wish there were more outdoor pools, especially since the hotel's main selling point is its hot spring.
3. The gym had a limited number of machines, which wasn't quite enough. Also, there was a lack of equipment maintenance; the handles on some machines were too slippery. The gym's access control seemed to have an issue, as sometimes the card swipe wouldn't work.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation access, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, which was super handy. The decor style is very unique—modern yet cozy, making you feel right at home. Every time I stay here, I notice the hotel's attention to detail, from the room layout to the immaculate bathroom cleanliness, everything is impeccable. GGuest UserOur first night was in a standard king room, and we found it a bit odd to have a large round bathtub right in the middle of the room. The soundproofing was terrible; it sounded like the next-door neighbors were showering right in our ears. We mentioned it to the concierge, who immediately offered to switch rooms, and we ended up getting an upgrade. Both the rooms and the lobby are located on higher floors, which is the most inconvenient thing about this type of hotel. Every time you want to go in or out, it's a bit of a hassle. Although the hotel has 8 high-speed elevators, it still took about 5 minutes to get out for meals or the gym. However, this is apparently due to local government regulations requiring high-end hotels to occupy higher floors, so I guess it's not really the hotel's fault. Overall, the hotel staff seemed to be trying very hard, and the place has a lot of character, so I'll give it a good review.

GGuest UserI'm writing this review today because of Amy, an amazing lady at the JW Marriott Hotel Harbin. She was like a warm haven in the middle of the Harbin Ice and Snow World [smiley face].
Our stay at the Marriott was during the latter part of our Harbin trip. The morning we returned to Harbin from Snow Town, Amy called to confirm our itinerary and asked about our room preferences. She arranged a room with a view of the Ice and Snow World, and we were truly amazed the moment we stepped in. Because I hadn't read the details carefully, I discovered upon arrival that breakfast wasn't included in my package. My attempts to resolve this with the booking platform were unsuccessful. For someone like me who absolutely needs breakfast when staying at a hotel, this was really hard to accept, but since it was my own oversight, I had to just accept it. Later, I spoke with Amy, and after understanding the situation, she consulted with her superiors and helped resolve the issue.
The hotel facilities are meticulous, thoughtful, and high-quality. I'll definitely book Marriott hotels in other locations again. Five-star rating, all thanks to the staff here. [smiley face]

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location near the Songhua River. The staff were incredibly warm and provided great service, even offering a complimentary afternoon tea. Our whole family was very satisfied with our stay. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and it's right next to Central Street, and very close to St. Sophia Cathedral, which is easily reachable on foot. Not bad at all!

The bedding was comfortable, the hairdryer worked great, and the rain shower had excellent water pressure, making for a very enjoyable shower experience. Breakfast far exceeded my expectations; both the Chinese and Western options were delicious, clearly showing a dedication to high-quality food. The service was also excellent. It's very close to West Station, and there's a bus stop right downstairs, which is very convenient. Highly recommended!
