GGuest UserExtremely satisfied! The hotel offers a free shuttle service, and the overall decor is very stylish. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The bathroom's wet and dry separation is very convenient. The staff are friendly and responsive, always there when you need them. Breakfast offers a great variety and is fresh. The location is excellent, with a backyard perfect for exercise, and Sunac Land nearby. The surrounding commercial area is well-developed with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. It's incredibly good value for money, and it's even a pet-friendly hotel. I was so pleased, I extended my stay for another day. Highly recommend!

TTeleiliwulisiWe had originally booked the Sunshine Resort Hotel, but due to a less-than-ideal phone conversation with their service, we switched to this B&B. I didn't have high expectations, but when we arrived it was almost midnight and we were exhausted. However, as soon as we got out of the car, the young men from the B&B rushed out to warmly greet us and help with our luggage. After we checked in, they thoughtfully explained everything we needed to know and even set up a group chat for multi-person service. Since it was the Winter Solstice, they also brought us warm tangyuan (sweet glutinous rice balls) and gave my child a buckwheat pillow. It truly made us feel like all our fatigue melted away. Even more surprisingly, they offered shuttle service to and from nearby attractions, and the ticket prices they offered were excellent! After dropping us off at the ski resort, they even thoughtfully came back to help us collect our ski gear once we were done. This is a truly caring and conscientious B&B! Oh, and all the staff, both the young men and women, are really good-looking too!

The bedding was soft, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the breakfast was abundant, starting our day off wonderfully! Every detail showed thoughtfulness, and the value for money was exceptional. This truly worthwhile experience brought us joy, and we look forward to visiting again. GGuest UserThis hotel was incredibly comfortable. I woke up naturally refreshed every day. The location is also convenient; while it's a bit far from the 731 Unit Museum, it's quick to get to Daoli District. The hotel is cleaned thoroughly and promptly every day. The front desk staff were very professional and attentive, providing us with 6 bottles of water daily and even complimentary fruit. They were always ready to help. The hotel staff who assisted with luggage were also very thoughtful. The shuttle service was excellent too; you just need to book 2 hours in advance, and it can take you to Harbin Ice and Snow World and Sunac Snow Park at the adjacent Sunac Mall. There's also MixC nearby, offering a full range of dining, entertainment, and shopping options.

Also, special thanks to Guest Relations Manager Tom Wang for the room upgrade. Both the facilities and service were top-notch. This is definitely a high-quality hotel in Harbin worth making a special trip for. My entire stay was delightful and worry-free.

1. The room was very spacious, luxuriously decorated, and the ambiance was elegant, making for a comfortable stay.
2. The facilities were excellent. The toilet was a smart toilet, and the room had both a humidifier and an air purifier.
3. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The front desk staff handled issues efficiently and promptly, and their attitude was very good.
Cons:
1. The hotel's hot spring is open to the public, and during the Chinese New Year, it was quite crowded. Guests didn't have a dedicated entrance and had to queue at the door to get a wristband before entering, which was inconvenient.
2. There was only one outdoor hot spring pool; all the others were indoors. This wasn't quite what I expected. I wish there were more outdoor pools, especially since the hotel's main selling point is its hot spring.
3. The gym had a limited number of machines, which wasn't quite enough. Also, there was a lack of equipment maintenance; the handles on some machines were too slippery. The gym's access control seemed to have an issue, as sometimes the card swipe wouldn't work.

**Ambiance:** The lobby, like other Mandarin Oriental hotels, is very grand and impressive.
**Facilities:** The facilities are well-maintained, but it doesn't have smart home features throughout the room.
**Cleanliness:** Overall, it was clean and tidy.
**Service:** The service was excellent, very warm and attentive. Today was 'Lidong' (Beginning of Winter), and they even specially served dumplings for breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch.

PPiersenzhaoyunThe panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning, expansive views of the frozen Songhua River, which was truly breathtaking. The in-room floor heating kept everything incredibly warm, a stark contrast to the icy outdoors, making it super comfortable.
The service was exceptionally thoughtful. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the bellhops proactively helped with luggage. The entire experience was fantastic. The dining was also outstanding; the松咖啡 (Song Cafe) buffet offered a wide variety, and the service from Linda and Joker at the Executive Lounge was particularly attentive.
The 270° constant temperature infinity pool was absolutely amazing. Swimming while enjoying the river views made all my fatigue instantly melt away. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making it perfect for both leisure and business trips. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserFirst off, the staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful – so attentive, thoughtful, and polite. They proactively helped me with my luggage, which I really appreciated. Secondly, the room was spotless, and all the facilities were impeccably maintained. The moment I walked in, there was a lovely fragrance. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the shower pressure was fantastic – honestly, the bathing experience was as good as any bathhouse in Harbin! The front desk even picked a room for me with a view of the Songhua River, which was another big plus. They also thoughtfully gifted me two breakfast vouchers, welcome fruit, and Harbin's famous White Pear beverage. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the strawberry cake was particularly delicious – I ended up eating six pieces! I'd also like to give a special shout-out to the cleaning lady on the 19th floor, who wears glasses; her service was excellent and very polite. I hope the hotel gives her a raise! Overall, for just over 500 RMB in Harbin, getting such great service at this hotel is truly amazing value for money. I highly recommend everyone visiting Harbin to stay here!

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location near the Songhua River. The staff were incredibly warm and provided great service, even offering a complimentary afternoon tea. Our whole family was very satisfied with our stay. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and it's right next to Central Street, and very close to St. Sophia Cathedral, which is easily reachable on foot. Not bad at all!
