MMoney&Moji👩💼 Even though the hotel staff are not able to speak english, They are helpful and very patient. Translation apps is a must have.
🧼 The room is clean and fresh everyday. Only way to make your room colder is to open the window.
🥘 Breakfast is not diversify. Only Chinese cuisine is available. With mostly pork for the main ingredient. Vegetarian option are also available too.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, The location is great. You can access many malls nearby and about 20 yuan away if you use Didi from the hotel to Zhongyang Walking Street

MM532027****The hotel's location and room decor are absolutely superb! Turn right upon exiting, and you're right on Central Street, super close to Madieer Ice Cream (bought some immediately, of course!). The rooms are designed in a Russian aristocratic style, and they even offer costume rentals – the dresses are beautiful! You can put one on and head to the lobby or the hundred-year-old elevator for some amazing photo opportunities. The lady at the front desk was fantastic at taking pictures and helped me capture so many memorable shots. The guy was also quite entertaining; he readily shared stories about the hotel's history. Both helped me with my luggage when checking in and out (a real lifesaver, as my suitcase was heavy and the hotel entrance has steps – I couldn't have managed it alone!). A big thank you to the enthusiastic front desk staff! Oh, and I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, which was a fantastic bonus!

The hotel staff were attentive, warm, and proactive in greeting guests. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the location was very convenient. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience. Five-star rating!

11581006****First time at this hot spring resort and it far exceeded my expectations! The family room was huge, and it included unlimited access to the hot spring area for 2 adults and 1 child. The outdoor hot springs were so invigorating – it looked cold, but it was really warm once you got in. After a relaxing soak, you could head to the food street or get a massage in the lounge area. Basically, everything you need for food, drinks, and entertainment is right here in the hotel! Our train was at night, and we could even use the hot spring lounge to relax after checking out. Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend it!!!!

YYemzyThe hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for.
The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

MM55688****The best hotel we stayed at during our ski trip in Yabuli! The hotel staff provided excellent service, especially the front desk manager. Seeing how tired we were from skiing, they even upgraded us to a large suite for free!
Facilities: The facilities are new and highly intelligent. The bedding is comfortable, and the bathrobes and slippers are of great quality!
Hygiene: The hotel is clean and tidy, and there are no strange odors in the room.
Environment: Located in a prime area, less than a 10-minute drive from the ski resort. The room offers direct views of the snow, making for a delightful sight to wake up to!
Service: Superb service, and the hotel breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options!

QQingtiantiantiantiantiantianThe suite was very spacious with a great view. Harbin was really cold, so it was super comfortable to stay at the hotel. The executive lounge was also large and business-friendly. I was so glad we booked such a big room because of the cold – we didn't go out much. The room, especially the shower, was incredibly comfortable. My only complaint is that for three of us, they only offered a two-door small car for borrowing, with no room for negotiation. It wasn't that there were no larger cars available, they just wouldn't lend them. After two days, the car door handle even broke, and only on the third day did they finally agree to lend us a larger car. I'm really speechless. Honestly, I would have been better off renting a car myself. This is my only major complaint. Just because a service is free doesn't mean it should feel like a handout, and that doesn't align with your hotel's positioning.

ZZhanxianshengThis hotel stay was a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded our room. We booked two rooms together and they thoughtfully arranged for them to be on the same floor. The staff were very attentive and considerate, even giving us a small welcome gift upon check-in. The hotel rooms are also very clean, with separate toilet and shower areas. Plus, there's complimentary tea and coffee. The location is excellent too, close to the Songhua River, making transportation very convenient. A truly great hotel!

You don't even have to leave the hotel for meals or to change your ski equipment, which is super convenient, and there's a great selection of ski rentals. They offer hotpot and BBQ, and the front desk is very responsive. They also arranged a day trip to Xuexiang for us.
