DDongdongbaoThis hotel is incredibly close to Sunac Land's Thrilling Wonders, and you can even see the ski resort right from your room – the view is beautiful. The local restaurants in the nearby residential area are excellent, perfect for a hearty meal after some exercise. In a word, fantastic! The hotel offers a free shuttle service, saving you those short walks and letting you save all your energy for skiing. The backyard garden downstairs is a lovely place to work out, and in winter, with the snow covering everything, it has a unique charm. On the first floor, there's also a great building block wall that kids absolutely love, and the lobby features a trendy 'influencer wall' that's perfect for photos. Plus, it's a pet-friendly hotel, so you can bring your furry friends along! Highly recommend this place!

11360171****Arrived at the hotel with a mix of excitement and apprehension for winter in Harbin. As soon as we stepped out of the car, a handsome bellboy at the entrance, upon learning we were checking in, immediately helped with our luggage and escorted us to the front desk. The young lady at the front desk was warm and efficient with the check-in process, and the manager proactively upgraded our room. During our stay, a friendly host came to introduce the hotel's history and available services, then led us to our room, explaining how to use the facilities. We instantly felt at home. The century-old Russian-style aristocratic elevator is still operational, and the antique gramophone still plays music. The lobby is grand and opulent, with old artworks adorning the walls, truly showcasing the ceremonial charm of an historic hotel. Breakfast was also good, with specialties like pan-fried steak. While having coffee in the room, I accidentally broke a saucer, and the manager promptly assisted with the issue and waived the fee. Upon departure, they even gave us thoughtful little snacks. It was a very pleasant stay. My fondness for Harbin now comes from the warm people we encountered. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The hotel's environment is incredibly luxurious. Stepping into the lobby, a wave of warmth and elegance instantly washes over you, creating a distinguished and cozy sanctuary, completely shutting out the icy world outside. But the surprises didn't stop there! The hotel thoughtfully included complimentary hot spring tickets, allowing us to enjoy both indoor and outdoor options. The outdoor hot spring area, in particular, was exquisitely designed, featuring over twenty unique pools. As the warm spring water enveloped me, I could gaze up at the tranquil starry night and the gently falling snow of the northern winter. This ultimate 'ice and fire' experience was incredibly soothing and unforgettable.
Even more memorable was the New Year's Eve celebration. The hotel meticulously arranged a spectacular fireworks display, offering the sincerest New Year's wishes to all its guests. This thoughtful gesture and sense of occasion made us feel incredibly warm and delighted.
A special shout-out goes to the young lady at the front desk. Her radiant smile and professional, attentive service were like a ray of sunshine in the winter, perfectly embodying the warm hospitality of the Harbin people. She brought us genuine warmth amidst the snowy landscape.
With its luxurious setting, abundant facilities, exciting activities, and impeccable service, the Harbin Maple Leaf Town Hot Spring Resort provided us with a truly satisfying and unforgettable New Year's trip. I highly recommend it to every traveler seeking quality and exceptional experiences! I can't wait to visit again!

XXiangrixiaokuikuilaExtremely satisfied with my stay. The location is great, about a 30-minute drive from both the high-speed train station and the airport.
**Ambiance:** The lobby, like other Mandarin Oriental hotels, is very grand and impressive.
**Facilities:** The facilities are well-maintained, but it doesn't have smart home features throughout the room.
**Cleanliness:** Overall, it was clean and tidy.
**Service:** The service was excellent, very warm and attentive. Today was 'Lidong' (Beginning of Winter), and they even specially served dumplings for breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch.

GGanxiebuwanmeidezijiMy son and I celebrated New Year's Eve, had a close encounter with reindeer, and even watched the fireworks from the Ice and Snow World from afar... It was perfect!
The hotel service was absolutely 100 points. Old Wei, who was in charge of arranging the car fleet, found us a driver (I forgot to ask his name) to take us to the entrance of the Ice and Snow World when we couldn't get a taxi. 👍 The driver was worried it would be inconvenient for me to get a taxi back with my child alone, so he gave me very practical and feasible advice... Another driver, Master Wang, was incredibly warm and thoughtful. When he took us to the airport, he was worried we'd be cold, so he considerately dropped us off in the underground parking garage... Five-star rating!
So grateful for the experience!

GGuest UserWe had a really lovely stay here! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The location is great too—close to recreational areas and some beautiful parks that are perfect for taking photos. Breakfast was nice and simple, just what we needed to start the day.
One small thing to note: the hot water for the shower and bathroom can run out if several people bathe in a row, so the next person might need to wait a bit for it to heat up again. It wasn’t a big issue, but good to keep in mind.
A special highlight of our trip was meeting the driver. He was incredibly kind—he picked us up and dropped us off at the station, and even took us to several places around the area. He also recommended some great local restaurants for lunch. His warm hospitality truly made our stay extra memorable.

11831****I stayed here for four nights, and the hotel staff, Puxi, provided excellent service. The room was great, and the executive river view allowed us to see the Ice and Snow World. It's conveniently located, with a shuttle bus to St. Sophia Cathedral, and the breakfast was plentiful. The lounge offered a wide variety of drinks and snacks, and the staff even helped make some beautiful cocktails for us.

AAnonymous UserI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

JJaniceTXYGreat location for skiers! Ski-in-and-out resort with minimal walking to the ski lift. The magic carpet nearest to the resort was a little short but there’s another one up the mountain where most coaches will bring students up to learn. Package booked included ski rentals and equipments which was decent. Club-med visitors also use the same ski equipments and slopes.
Hotel was very helpful when we feedback the bed was too hard and request for a change in room.
Food at the restaurant in the hotel was good, we had lunch/dinner 3 times during our stay there. There is even a Hai Di Lao just beside the reception area but food options are limited.
