5-Star Hotels in Harbin

A Heartfelt Review of Victories Hotel, Harbin We are two ladies over 50 visiting Harbin for a meeting. We chose Victories Hotel based on a friend’s recommendation, and we’re so glad we did. Even with the language barrier, the service was TRULY EXCELLENT. We experienced several wonderful touches: the concierge helped collect my parcel and walked with me to carry all the heavy items; the receptionists were excellent at helping us book a Didi and explaining how many pieces of luggage we had; and when there was a problem with a Taobao parcel, the concierge called the courier to explain the location. Breakfast was international, and the noodles were delicious. I left Victories Hotel on 29 September at 6:00 AM Harbin time, and the Taobao parcel arrived after I had already left for the airport. I told the seller to leave it with the receptionist and concierge because they had been so helpful, and I was very grateful. (I dont know whether this possible as a Thank You Gift). There are just a few small suggestions: On 26 September, when we asked the gentleman at reception to order a Didi—we were in a hurry—communication was difficult, so he only told us to hail a taxi on the street. The drinking glasses were not washed. The hotel’s location and name in English and Mandarin may not match, so the courier could not find the hotel, and some of our ordered items could not be delivered. Overall, we highly recommend Victories Hotel for anyone traveling to Harbin.

Traveling to Harbin with my kids, we stayed at the Crowne Plaza Harbin Songbei and had an incredibly comfortable experience! The room facilities are very new, and the Premium Twin Room had plenty of space. It was spotless and the environment was beautiful and quiet, allowing us to sleep very soundly. The service deserves five stars; the staff were warm and attentive, taking great care of families with children. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, close to Sunac Land and the Ice and Snow World. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Five-star recommendation, it will be my first choice when I come to Harbin again!

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! It's conveniently located near an amusement park and a shopping mall, making it super easy for shopping, entertainment, and dining. The front desk staff were professional and efficient, and they even upgraded our room. It's a pet-friendly hotel with a beautiful back garden and lake views. They offer a free shuttle service, and their family rooms are very popular. The delivery robots were a great touch, making deliveries quick and easy. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in the area!

My trip to Harbin during the National Day holiday was made even better by my stay at the Shangri-La Songbei. It's very close to the subway station, making public transport super convenient. Plus, there's a MixC nearby with plenty of dining options and places to entertain the kids. Big thanks to Shen Qi (Qiqi) for giving a toy to my child and for arranging a non-smoking room for us. The service was absolutely wonderful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept very soundly. The bathroom facilities were complete, and the hot water was consistent. The common areas were very well-maintained, and the location was convenient for getting around. The value for money far exceeded my expectations, and you can see the attention to detail. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit, highly recommended!

Our stay was fantastic, and I'd especially like to commend MIA, the front desk manager. She was incredibly friendly and patient during check-in, providing meticulous and thoughtful service. Our requests were handled promptly, and she even helped us arrange a late check-out when we needed it. Communication throughout was very smooth. Her professionalism and warmth left a great impression on us. Thank you for the attentive service; it was excellent.

We had a perfect family vacation! The hotel environment is elegant, and the garden landscaping is uniquely designed. The pool water is crystal clear, and the kids had such a great time they didn't want to leave. Xiao Li helped us upgrade to a view room; opening the curtains revealed the stunning Songhua River, and the sunrise was breathtaking. The breakfast offered a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options with fresh ingredients, and the waitstaff thoughtfully prepared children's tableware for the little ones. The SPA experience was second to none—the therapists were professional, and it left our body and mind completely relaxed. A special shout-out to the concierge team for recommending local sightseeing routes that helped us avoid the peak crowds. This was an exceeding-expectations stay, praised by the whole family, and we are already planning our next visit! (A very, very special thanks to Guest Relations Manager Xiao Li for this stay!)

We chose this hotel for our trip to Yabuli, and its location is fantastic. There are plenty of recreational activities right within the resort. Our stay was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The environment is quiet, and overall, it offers good value for money. Plus, the sightseeing cable car offers beautiful views, and the Rainbow Flying Carpet is exciting and fun! Highly recommend!

When I checked in, the front desk attendant had already filled out the ski equipment size form for me. The ski equipment hall on the first floor is exclusively for guests, which is super convenient. When we arrived at the ski hall, the staff had already prepared all our gear, saving us a lot of time and effort. The restaurant on the first floor serves excellent food; we tried various dishes for three consecutive days. There's a QR code in the room for ordering food, so you don't even have to leave to get your meals delivered. A special shout-out to the front desk staff (Zheng Linchun, Sun Yuxin, Li Yan, Teng Yaoxuan); they were incredibly patient and helpful with all the questions my two kids had.

This was my first stay at the Harbin Mercure Hui Zhi, and it felt like opening a mystery box – full of pleasant surprises! The price I paid for this booking was incredibly good value. What surprised me the most were the welcome fruits in the room and the complimentary mini-bar afternoon tea; they really paid attention to the details. The hotel was very thoughtful with its choice of linens and the quality of the amenities. Even the placement of the trash can was carefully designed. These small details show how deeply the brand understands hotel management, truly putting themselves in the guests' shoes and meticulously refining every aspect of the experience. Highly recommend!
