DDongdongbaoThis hotel is incredibly close to Sunac Land's Thrilling Wonders, and you can even see the ski resort right from your room – the view is beautiful. The local restaurants in the nearby residential area are excellent, perfect for a hearty meal after some exercise. In a word, fantastic! The hotel offers a free shuttle service, saving you those short walks and letting you save all your energy for skiing. The backyard garden downstairs is a lovely place to work out, and in winter, with the snow covering everything, it has a unique charm. On the first floor, there's also a great building block wall that kids absolutely love, and the lobby features a trendy 'influencer wall' that's perfect for photos. Plus, it's a pet-friendly hotel, so you can bring your furry friends along! Highly recommend this place!

11360171****Arrived at the hotel with a mix of excitement and apprehension for winter in Harbin. As soon as we stepped out of the car, a handsome bellboy at the entrance, upon learning we were checking in, immediately helped with our luggage and escorted us to the front desk. The young lady at the front desk was warm and efficient with the check-in process, and the manager proactively upgraded our room. During our stay, a friendly host came to introduce the hotel's history and available services, then led us to our room, explaining how to use the facilities. We instantly felt at home. The century-old Russian-style aristocratic elevator is still operational, and the antique gramophone still plays music. The lobby is grand and opulent, with old artworks adorning the walls, truly showcasing the ceremonial charm of an historic hotel. Breakfast was also good, with specialties like pan-fried steak. While having coffee in the room, I accidentally broke a saucer, and the manager promptly assisted with the issue and waived the fee. Upon departure, they even gave us thoughtful little snacks. It was a very pleasant stay. My fondness for Harbin now comes from the warm people we encountered. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

MM807833****Absolutely fantastic, definitely a five-star review! The lobby is sumptuously decorated, and it's super close to Sunac Land, which makes for a great environment. The blankets even smell like they've been sun-dried, and the room's soundproofing is excellent, so it's very quiet. It's incredibly clean and hygienic – truly a home away from home. 🌹🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

CColin and Robyn LogieWhat an incredible hotel this is. Our stay has been absolutely 5 star. The staff are incredibly helpful. I haven't remembered all their names but Suyu at the front desk was so helpful in ensuring we got settled in on arrival. It was early and cold when we arrived but this hotel provided us a warm haven.
This hotel has all the 5 star features you would expect and more. The multiple hot pools are a highlight. The outside heated pool was amazing during the snow.
The staff helped us navigate the city buses easily (the gentleman at the front desk was also great).
We will return to this hotel as soon as we can.
Harbin is cold but the hotsprings ♨️ are warm

YYemzyThe hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for.
The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

GGanxiebuwanmeidezijiMy son and I celebrated New Year's Eve, had a close encounter with reindeer, and even watched the fireworks from the Ice and Snow World from afar... It was perfect!
The hotel service was absolutely 100 points. Old Wei, who was in charge of arranging the car fleet, found us a driver (I forgot to ask his name) to take us to the entrance of the Ice and Snow World when we couldn't get a taxi. 👍 The driver was worried it would be inconvenient for me to get a taxi back with my child alone, so he gave me very practical and feasible advice... Another driver, Master Wang, was incredibly warm and thoughtful. When he took us to the airport, he was worried we'd be cold, so he considerately dropped us off in the underground parking garage... Five-star rating!
So grateful for the experience!

MM55688****The best hotel we stayed at during our ski trip in Yabuli! The hotel staff provided excellent service, especially the front desk manager. Seeing how tired we were from skiing, they even upgraded us to a large suite for free!
Facilities: The facilities are new and highly intelligent. The bedding is comfortable, and the bathrobes and slippers are of great quality!
Hygiene: The hotel is clean and tidy, and there are no strange odors in the room.
Environment: Located in a prime area, less than a 10-minute drive from the ski resort. The room offers direct views of the snow, making for a delightful sight to wake up to!
Service: Superb service, and the hotel breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options!

OOjufurenkaHarbin in winter has an amazing atmosphere. The perfectly uniform, massive parking lot, luxurious and spacious rooms, and huge floor-to-ceiling windows that are perfect for enjoying the snow views were all excellent. The thoughtful service from the Guest Relations Manager, in particular, made us feel so warm and welcomed. We'll definitely come back to Harbin Marriott if we get the chance. ❤️

AAnonymous UserI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

LLisaliangGiven that it was the Christmas holiday, the hotel prices were definitely not in line with the facilities, which is understandable. The hotel service, however, was commendable; the front desk staff, restaurant servers, and even the housekeeping staff were all very enthusiastic. The hotel room facilities were quite old, and there was virtually no soundproofing – you could hear conversations in the hallway and from the adjacent rooms very clearly. The breakfast buffet was decent enough to fill you up. Overall, the facilities, commercial amenities, and environment of Yabuli Ski Resort simply cannot compare to Beidahu or Changbai Mountain Wanda. If I were to go skiing again, I definitely wouldn't choose Yabuli. Harbin has done a great job with tourism, and I hope Yabuli can learn from them, as the skiing experience here was really just mediocre.
