Atour Hotels in Harbin

Had very good experience in the hotel for my family trip during their popular season in winter! The staff are very friendly which really impressed me. I ordered some famous yogurt to hotel before arriving the hotel. Without any notifications, the staff helped me to keep in the fridge as they noticed that it’s yogurt inside the box. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻I left some kids winter clothes in the room as I dun need them anymore after the trip. The staff also called me to double confirm whether they r unwanted or forgotten. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is quite yummy too! Will definitely stay again in my next China trip!

The location is excellent, right on Shangzhi Street, just a hundred meters from Central Avenue. There's a bus stop right outside, making it super convenient to get around. The room was spacious and the facilities were quite new. The showerhead was the best I've experienced in a hotel recently – really comfortable! The service was very warm and friendly, and there was a generous supply of bottled water. Breakfast was also quite rich. I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast menu was the same every day. I'd suggest varying some of the items daily.

The room was very spacious. Jingqi at the front desk gave me a free upgrade, lent me a charger, and even gave me a souvenir. Afterward, she also helped me with my luggage. The service was incredibly thoughtful, and the breakfast was delicious. I still prefer staying at Atour!

This is one of Atour's upscale hotels, featuring a natural wood design and excellent amenities including a self-service laundry room, a reading area (where you can also borrow books to read in your room), a gym, and a cafe. This branch opened in '25, so the decor is very new. Its location in the Central Avenue area makes it super convenient for dining and visiting various attractions. The shower space is quite large, the water temperature is very stable, and the drainage is excellent. Both bath towels and regular towels come in individual disposable packaging, which is very reassuring to use. The breakfast selection is quite extensive, even offering local specialties like 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork). The service is absolutely top-notch. When I used the self-service laundry at night, the staff delivered my washed and dried clothes to my room. To avoid disturbing guests, they hung the laundry bag on the doorknob. All the hotel staff were very enthusiastic. Highly recommend!

I brought my parents to Harbin and we chose this hotel for our first and last nights, with a road trip to Yichun in between, haha. The main reason for picking this hotel was its excellent location. However, to my surprise, they don't have their own parking lot, which I guess is understandable given the prime location, but it was a bit inconvenient. The hotel reception is on the third floor, and the guest rooms are even higher up. For our last night, I booked the Courtyard Family Room because it was the only one available that met our needs at the time. I didn't realize until check-in that 'courtyard' simply meant a large enclosed balcony. The sofa bed was also there. The biggest issue was that this room had a strange odor that lingered until the next morning, and opening the window didn't help much. Another thing was that the room's Wi-Fi was spotty on the balcony, and it wasn't very soundproof – it's right above Central Street. On the bright side, the pillows were comfortable, and we were quite tired from our drive, so we still managed to get decent sleep. But honestly, the location here is fantastic. It's close to so many places; the cathedral is about a 20-minute walk, and the Songhua River is just over ten minutes away.

Our family's trip to Harbin for the ice and snow festival was made truly special by this Atour Hotel. Its location is unbeatable – surrounded by shops and restaurants, and just a short distance from the Songhua River and Zhaolin Park, which made traveling with elderly parents and children so much easier and stress-free. The hotel itself is spotless and well-maintained, adhering to their ' 安心清洁 (peace of mind cleaning)' standards. Every corner of the room was thoroughly cleaned, and there were no unpleasant odors. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, responding quickly to all our requests. The robot delivery service was both convenient and entertaining, especially for the kids. The room amenities were thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience: the floor heating was excellent, and the humidifier really helped with the dry northern air. The TV with screen mirroring allowed us to play cartoons, which kept the kids entertained. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring quiet nights. Breakfast offered a great variety for both kids and adults, with light grains and local specialties. The 24-hour self-service laundry and dryer were a lifesaver for drying clothes when traveling with children. The hotel lobby's Zhuju (Bamboo Dwelling) book corner had a good selection of picture books, keeping the kids quietly occupied while waiting. The service was warm and genuine, and the hotel offers great value for money. I highly recommend it for families.

This was my first stay at Atour, and overall, I had a fantastic experience. The aromatherapy scent was lovely, the room layout was thoughtfully designed, the facilities felt high-quality, and they clearly put effort into their selections (the tea in the mini-fridge was delicious!). The room was also spotlessly clean. The large reading room was bathed in sunlight, and it's the first time I've seen a hotel curate its book collection with such care. The breakfast was varied but not overwhelmingly so, offering both Chinese and Western options that were fresh, tasty, and presented cleanly. The hotel's service was also excellent. We checked in late at night, and the front desk staff was energetic, efficient, professional, and very friendly. They even upgraded our room. In the morning, a staff member called to ask if we wanted to extend our stay, and when we said no, he thoughtfully added, 'No rush, check-out is at 2 PM…' If the hardware of a hotel is a necessity, then the quality of its service truly defines whether a hotel has a heart. My classmate always stayed here and consistently recommended it, but staying here myself, I now understand their fondness and trust in Atour. Staying at Atour feels like being cared for during your travels.

Every time I travel, I will choose Atour, and every time I make no mistakes, I can have a certain choice in a strange and uncertain city. This Atour is very new, the service attitude is also very good, the room is very clean, there is a wireless charging port, the hair dryer toilet washing machine dryer is also very good, the details are in place. Thank you hotel staff, the service is superb, intimate and warm, the breakfast is also delicious, I wish you better and better!

This hotel experience absolutely made our trip, I have to give it a glowing review! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were impressed. The front desk staff were warm and professional, check-in was super fast, and they patiently answered all our questions about local transport and dining. What really stood out was the cleanliness – not a speck of dust in the corners, and the public areas were spotless and well-maintained. The location is another huge plus, being close to the subway and shopping districts. Throughout our stay, both the facilities and the service were impeccable. The value for money is outstanding; it completely exceeded our expectations.

After returning from my summer escape, I brought my daughter back to my hometown to experience the winter snow, and staying here again felt like coming home. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the cleaning aunties, was so kind and friendly. The service was thoughtful and meticulous. Ivy, the hotel manager, was incredibly hands-on and always ready to help. She even sent thoughtful fruit and souvenirs, which almost made me feel a little embarrassed! *͈ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈ෆ One day, my daughter had an urgent school report due that could only be done on a computer. In a panic, I asked the front desk for help, and without a second thought, the staff sorted it out for us. It was fantastic! Atour always comes through like a timely rain, helping us solve problems and quickly addressing our needs. I've already decided that next time I'm back, I'll definitely choose you again!
