Atour Properties in Harbin

Choosing Atour for my trip to this city instantly boosted my happiness! It's super convenient with tons of great food spots nearby. The subtle beechwood aroma in the room was so therapeutic, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sinking into clouds. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner thoroughly cleaned. The service truly touched my heart: warm welcome tea upon check-in, children's toiletries proactively offered for my kid, and even a comforting porridge waiting for me when I returned late at night. The breakfast offered a mix of Western and Chinese options, plus local specialties, and you could even pack it to go if you were in a hurry. The farewell gift at checkout and the nationwide book borrowing service extended that warmth throughout my entire journey. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Excellent experience! The location is super convenient, just 100m from the subway exit. I had originally booked a deluxe king room, but I mentioned to the front desk staff that I was worried about noise facing the street. The guy at the front desk was great and upgraded my room type right away. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent, the facilities are new and odorless, and the bed was very comfortable. Next time I'm in Harbin for a business trip, I'll definitely choose this place again.

The hotel room was very spacious. The front desk staff and the security guard at the entrance were both very warm and attentive. There's parking available right outside, including EV charging stations. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options, though some shops were closed. The room had a mini-fridge, but we didn't use it. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, absolutely excellent.

Arrived at the hotel around 11 PM, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. They immediately offered a hot drink upon arrival and upgraded my room. The room was very clean, and the floor attendants were always friendly, greeting me whenever we crossed paths. Excellent service, highly commendable!

The hotel is situated on high ground, so our room on the first floor (and I'm very happy with the first floor! It feels very secure) wasn't damp at all. The hotel is very clean, and the environment is comfortable and elegant. Special shout-out to the two young ladies at the front desk, another +1000 points! The first one recommended delicious barbecue across the street. The other front desk staff had cute dimples, was very sweet and gentle, and gave my son a croissant-shaped keychain that he absolutely adores. 🥰 Harbin is a super friendly city. Our trip was rushed, and we missed visiting the Unit 731 Museum, which is a shame, so we'll have to come back again next time. 💜

Hotel location is very good, eating and shopping are very convenient, the parking lot is relatively small, there is no place to go late, the parking lot is a one-way road, need to go around, the store manager specially picks us up at the door, the room and breakfast are good, will go to stay in a few days

The location is fantastic – everything is within easy walking distance, and it's wonderfully quiet at night for sleeping. We arrived in the very early hours, and a huge thank you to the staff who patiently waited for our 2 AM check-in; we truly appreciated their understanding. The dryer in the laundry room was incredibly efficient, drying 18 items in just 20 minutes! Right opposite the hotel, you'll find a Chabaidao tea shop and several restaurants, all housed in charming, historically protected buildings. There's also a supermarket just a stone's throw away. Highly recommended for families with children.

This was my first time staying at an Atour hotel. A few months ago, my printer suddenly broke down late one evening, and I urgently needed to print an important document. I went to the Atour on Chunxiu Road to ask if I could pay to print, but a staff member very kindly helped me print it for free. Because of that wonderful experience, I made sure to book an Atour hotel for this trip to show my gratitude. The hotel was excellent in all aspects. The staff were very polite, the room was spotless, and dining options right outside were incredibly convenient. Five stars!

To everyone attending a concert, book this hotel, seriously! They give you snacks and goodies when you check in – how much more thoughtful can you get?! The front desk staff are all so warm, attentive, and lovely. The transportation is super convenient too; it's just a short walk to Hongbo Central Park and the stadium. Staying close is so crucial when you're going to a concert; after it's over, all you want to do is collapse in bed and wait for takeout! And they even deliver it right to your room! Seriously, book it, book it, just book it!
