Cloud Hotel is incredibly thoughtful! They offer airport shuttle service, and it's less than a 10-minute drive from the airport, which is super convenient and stress-free. I specifically chose this hotel because it looked new and was close to the airport, assuming the environment would be good. I booked two standard rooms. I wasn't disappointed when I arrived; the front desk even upgraded us to a family room for free! The room was incredibly spacious and very clean, with no strange odors. We had an early flight, and they even offered a wake-up call and airport shuttle service based on our flight time. The hotel's private car got us to the airport in what felt like five or six minutes – so thoughtful!

The hotel location is very convenient especially for travellers who intend to do short layovers in Harbin. The front desk staff is also very friendly and also collects all my taobao parcels even though I have many troubles with couriers before arriving. Plus point is there is free airport transports to and fro which is very convenient and there is also alot of food places that are walkable nearby the area. I will stay there again if I visit this area! :)
