⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-star review We chose this Mercure hotel for our trip to Harbin, and our overall experience was excellent. The hotel's location is quite convenient; it's easy to catch a taxi right outside to various attractions. The room was very clean, with no strange odors, and the bed was super comfortable. It was also quiet at night, which was great for us traveling with a child. The front desk staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick. They were also prompt in responding to any questions or issues we had. The water pressure and temperature in the bathroom were good, and all the facilities were in perfect working order. The common areas were also tastefully decorated, making it very relaxing to return to the hotel after a long day of traveling. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay for our family trip, and the value for money was good. We would definitely prioritize staying here again on our next visit to Harbin. Highly recommended!

We booked a family suite, which was very spacious with an outer and inner room and two bathrooms, perfect for a family of three or four. The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful. On the day we arrived in Harbin, there was a heavy downpour, causing severe flooding on many roads. We got stuck on a road not far from the hotel. When the hotel learned of our situation, they sent staff with umbrellas to pick us up and help us find our way back to the hotel. We were so touched!

Facilities: It's an economy hotel under Accor, and the facilities are decent. Hygiene: No issues. Environment: A three-minute walk takes you to a landmark church and Daoli Market. It's also very close to Central Street and Hongzhuan. Service: The service is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also good.

The mini-fridge offers unlimited complimentary Coca-Cola and Sprite. We also received a Kvass drink as a welcome gift. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including local specialties like 'dacha porridge' (corn porridge) and red sausage. The cantaloupe was very sweet. Service: The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The young lady with glasses who helped me check in provided excellent service.

The hotel's location is excellent, within a 5-minute walk of the Harbin Museum (definitely worth a visit), St. Sophia Church, and Central Street. The rooms are well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and it's very clean. Breakfast is also good, and the service is great.

Overall, a good experience! The location is excellent, very convenient for adults whether you're taking a taxi or public transport to sightsee. Walking to various attractions isn't too far either. The room itself was standard and clean, though the TV projector was a bit complicated to operate. The laundry and gym facilities were very convenient, and breakfast was about a 7-8 out of 10. There were also snacks and drinks in the lobby. The service was great. Definitely recommended!

This was my first time staying at a Mercure, and its location in Harbin's tourist area is excellent. The twin room offered great value for money. The staff were very professional. The room was a bit small, but well-designed, and surprisingly, it even had a mini-fridge. Initially, I had booked a non-Mercure hotel, but due to a typhoon, I had to cancel it. By the time I rebooked, there were no twin rooms left. The lobby of this Mercure hotel was quite small, which made me a bit apprehensive at first. During peak tourist season, family and twin rooms are really hard to come by. But since I was traveling with elderly family members, we had to make do. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel is actually quite large with many rooms and excellent service all around. Our twin room was not facing the street, so it was very quiet, perfect for the elderly to rest. My family was very satisfied with this hotel during our trip to Harbin.
