Came to Harbin for Li Ronghao's concert, so I stayed at this Hilton. First off, it's incredibly close to the venue, just across the street. Secondly, the facilities aren't great; it's new but feels a bit basic. On the bright side, the front desk and concierge service were excellent. They even gave me a fridge magnet as a souvenir when I checked out! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town for a concert.

The room was pretty good; the lighting and decor were comfortable. The TV and air conditioning worked perfectly, and the water was hot. They even provided two complimentary drinks in the room. However, the cleanliness wasn't great. I found a long hair under the pillow, and one of the two complimentary water bottles in the room had already been opened and not replaced. Overall, it was decent.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room has excellent natural light, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and the staff are very friendly. The location is also very convenient for getting around. Overall, the stay was superb and I highly recommend it! The front desk and manager were great; they even gave me a free room upgrade, and the service was excellent! Plus, it was very clean. I really liked it.

The hotel is spotless and tidy. Their breakfast buffet is reliably good, offering a mix of Western and Chinese options, including freshly ground coffee, Western pastries, as well as local specialties like Harbin red sausage and various congees. Ingredients are fresh, and dishes are replenished promptly. The dining area is kept at a comfortable temperature with air conditioning, making for a clean and pleasant dining experience. All staff members are highly professional. The front desk patiently helped us plan our sightseeing routes, and the lobby staff were polite and friendly. All our requests were handled promptly, and their service was just right – enthusiastic without being overly formal, and very attentive. I would definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Harbin. Five stars, highly recommended!

Had very good experience in the hotel for my family trip during their popular season in winter! The staff are very friendly which really impressed me. I ordered some famous yogurt to hotel before arriving the hotel. Without any notifications, the staff helped me to keep in the fridge as they noticed that it’s yogurt inside the box. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻I left some kids winter clothes in the room as I dun need them anymore after the trip. The staff also called me to double confirm whether they r unwanted or forgotten. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is quite yummy too! Will definitely stay again in my next China trip!

The location of the hotel.is superb-just 200m from.metro line which makes it very accessible to most part of Harbin Morning breakfast buffet- was okay, not that western type of buffet, daily same menu. Needs to improve on the varieties. Hotel service was good. Housekeeping was excellent.

The decor is quite standard, and the facilities are very new with no strange odors. The front desk service was also very good. The location is close to Harbin Pharmaceutical Group No. 6 Factory, and it's not far from other places either. You can walk to the subway, so it's quite convenient.

Staying at Ji Hotel was such a delightful surprise! From the moment I walked in, I was soothed by the subtle tea fragrance and the simple yet elegant ambiance. The front desk service was incredibly gentle and kind, and check-in was quick, warm, and thorough. Absolutely loved it!

The rooms are pretty good and clean, and the location is convenient, right on the street. It's very quiet at night, definitely worth staying. Although it's a bit far from Central Street, the price is good, and there's a morning market nearby.
