"Only someone very familiar with Harbin would understand how wise it is to choose a hotel near Daoli Vegetable Market and Saint Sophia Cathedral. The hotel is located at a quiet corner of a main road intersection, making transportation incredibly convenient. Turn left, walk one block, and you're at Daoli Vegetable Market. Turn right, and you're at the very end of Central Street. Getting to Daowai or Qunli by taxi only costs 7-9 yuan. My favorite part of the hotel is the laundry room. I love to shop 'til I drop in every city I visit, and being able to wash and dry my new clothes right after buying them means I can wear them during my trip. The laundry room is also my moment of healing and recovery after a long day of exploring. After a tiring day of sightseeing, many times I just want to return to a comfortable hotel room, order takeout, and fully enjoy some downtime. The gym also has basic facilities, and best of all, no one was ever there when I used it! So happy! The hotel staff were all very attentive to guests, and during breakfast, they actively asked if we needed anything. Upon arrival, they even helped us with our luggage. For this price, in such a prime location in the heart of the city, this hotel truly offers unbeatable value for money! It was one of the most pleasant aspects of my trip. I come to Harbin for a week-long vacation every year, and next year I'll definitely be back at the Vanli to experience another relaxing and comfortable stay!"

"Let me start with the conclusion: from the perspective of a former hotel professional, and based on principles of fairness, objectivity, and truthfulness, this hotel's hardware and software—meaning the hotel staff's service—are absolutely first-class. It fully meets four-star hotel standards. As a brand under the Accor Group, the hotel aims to cultivate a sense of belonging for guests, making them feel right at home. The hotel truly achieves this. Upon check-in, the front desk staff, a lovely young lady and a handsome young man, were incredibly friendly with warm smiles (see picture). Their lively tone and pleasant voices were infectious, instantly putting me at ease and washing away the fatigue of a three-hour flight. The hotel's location boasts perfect timing and geographical advantage. Just a few steps to the right of the hotel is Harbin's landmark, the world-renowned Byzantine-style Saint Sophia Cathedral. There are multiple bus routes and Metro Line 2 nearby, making it extremely convenient to reach all attractions. Right opposite the hotel is the Harbin Drama Theatre, setting a wonderful artistic ambiance. The room is spacious and bright, with all indoor strip lighting in warm tones and just the right brightness. This far surpasses some five-star hotels in Japan. The round table and the high-back sofa are incredibly comfortable and inviting, creating a fantastic atmosphere in the room. Whether you're relaxing quietly or lost in thought while reading, you'll feel utterly at ease. The towels are thick and soft, and the bed linen and room details all contribute to a top-notch stay experience. The female cleaning staff on the 20th floor was diligent and meticulous, always greeting me politely. Since I didn't know her name, before checking out, I deliberately left a few words of thanks on a sticky note on the round table in the room. She truly deserves a five-star rating!👍🌹 The hotel has four elevators, but only two are dedicated to guest use, which felt a bit slow. I wonder if there's any possibility of renovation to add more? However, the biggest drawback, in my opinion, is the position of the toilet paper dispenser in the restroom; you have to reach back with your left hand to get it, and it's very prone to falling to the floor. If this could be changed, wouldn't it be even more perfect? In conclusion, I believe a comprehensive rating of 4.8 is well-deserved, and I would certainly recommend it to friends and family visiting Harbin."

"The hotel's location is super convenient, just a short walk to Central Street. The front desk staff and housekeepers were all very friendly and helpful. They even brought food deliveries right to my door, which was a thoughtful touch. My flight was delayed, and I needed a slightly late checkout, and the front desk patiently checked and confirmed it for me, which was really great. The room was smaller than I expected, but the excellent location and service made up for it. Highly recommended for a short stay."

"A truly excellent hotel! Choosing the right hotel is the perfect start to a pleasant trip, and selecting the Crystal Orange Hotel for my Harbin visit was a fantastic decision. From the moment we arrived, the front desk attendant greeted us warmly and proactively upgraded our room. The room itself was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with a sensible design that made for a comfortable stay. We were welcomed with fruit, coffee, and black tea, and the mini-fridge was stocked with free beverages and plenty of complimentary Bama mineral water. What truly stands out is the hotel's prime location: it's backed by Central Street, right next to Madieer Western Restaurant, and surrounded by many well-known Chinese eateries. A short walk brings you to Saint Sophia Cathedral, and we enjoyed watching the night view from the church square every evening – it was very relaxing. Furthermore, the breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious, with so many varieties we couldn't even try them all. The service was exceptional; they were always eager to help with any request. We spent three wonderful nights here, and if I return, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Finally, a big thank you to all the hotel staff. "Excellent apartment at a good price. The location is very convenient - the apartments are in the two towers of the Mykal shopping center, right in the city center. Tower B is on the Sophia side, and Tower A is on the pedestrian street side. We stayed in Tower A, and just across the road from the exit, there's a passage to Europ Plaza shopping center, which then leads to the pedestrian street. There are many popular shopping centers nearby. In the evening, right by the entrance to Tower A, they were grilling Chinese skewers, which was a pleasant bonus. The apartment itself was clean, and cleaning was available upon request. The towels were disposable but comfortable. Check-in was remote (we never met the host); they contacted us via WeChat beforehand and provided detailed check-in instructions and the apartment entry code. The mattress was very comfortable (soft), the pillows were good and flat, and the duvet was very warm. Our apartment also had a large sofa and an armchair. In the shared hallway for two apartments, there was a large refrigerator, a washing machine, several stools that you could take into your apartment, and a sink for washing dishes or fruit. The refrigerator also contained glass cups and wine glasses, which we really appreciated. We loved the apartment and will definitely stay there again."

The guest room was spotless, with no dust on surfaces, no water stains or hidden corners in the bathroom, and the bedding was dry and tidy. The housekeeping was excellent. Although it's not in the core business district, transportation access is smooth, and the overall stay was peaceful and comfortable. It’s perfect for resting and rejuvenating away from the city's hustle and bustle. This unexpected find was a pleasant surprise and definitely worth recommending."

"The hotel is relatively new, I heard it just opened not long ago. The front desk service was very warm and friendly, true to the Northeastern personality. They recommended so many delicious places, but unfortunately, my time was limited. Harbin truly is a carb lover's paradise! The pumpkin pancakes recommended by the front desk at Daoli Market were really good, though the queue was quite long. Highly recommend them ((*^∀^))👍. The hotel's location is great and it's clean. I'll definitely come back again in winter."

"The location is fantastic, right by Central Avenue, a very bustling and lively area with plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The hotel is relatively new, but the room door lock was faulty and wouldn't close properly. However, it was fixed immediately after we reported it. The breakfast was quite rich, and for those checking out early, the front desk would prepare packed breakfasts in advance – the service was top-notch. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend it! One thing to note is that the handrail in the elevator seems to be positioned awkwardly. At the corners, it's easy to bump into people, especially hitting your waist if you're not careful. This could definitely be improved."
