"It was very comfortable, the surroundings were quiet, and the view outside was beautiful. The hotel is new but doesn't have any strange odors. I originally booked it for the free airport shuttle, but I was pleasantly surprised by the scenery too. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin."

"This was my first time visiting Harbin, and I was so lucky to stay at the Novotel. The location is incredibly convenient; you can walk to St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street, and it's only about a 20 RMB taxi ride to most attractions. There's a bus stop right outside and a subway station a short walk away – truly convenient. What I loved most was the service; they were so accommodating. I had a small issue during check-in, and the front desk resolved it quickly and efficiently. The room was spacious, bright, and very clean, equipped with a refrigerator, humidifier, and air purifier. The TV even shows the real-time status of the laundry room. Oh, and you get free laundry and drying! Of all the hotels I've stayed in, their washing machines are the largest – my hoodies and pants were dry after about 50 minutes of drying. You absolutely must try the free breakfast; they have freshly fried *Guo Bao Rou* (sweet and sour pork), which is crispy and delicious, plus made-to-order noodles, congee, and various steamed buns. The variety is excellent, and it's all complimentary. The best part is that all of this, including everything mentioned above, costs just over 200 RMB. I highly recommend it!"

"Fantastic stay overall! The room was spotless and tidy, and the service was incredibly warm and attentive. Since I was traveling with a child, I was a bit worried about a strong 'new renovation' smell before checking in, but my concerns were completely unfounded – there wasn't any odor at all. The location is absolutely superb, just a one-minute walk to Central Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was well-equipped and very comfortable. "Traveling with my little one, this hotel was the last one I booked but the first I checked into. We arrived late at night from the airport, and it turned out to be much better than expected – even better than the other hotels we've stayed at. I loved it! 😍 Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely stay here again. The front desk even gave us a fridge magnet, which was a lovely touch. The candied hawthorns from the shop next to the hotel are absolutely delicious; we bought four and couldn't get enough! It's right by Saint Sophia Cathedral and not far from Central Street, which is super convenient."

"I stayed for several days and every front desk staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. They helped with my luggage and responded quickly to all my requests. The room facilities were fantastic, with everything controlled by a smart AI system. All the furnishings looked brand new, showing great attention to detail. The location is superb, making it easy to get around. Even though it's a new hotel, there was absolutely no new-hotel smell. The heating in the room was excellent. The front desk staff even recommended some delicious local specialties, and we got to try the frozen pears and persimmons, which were amazing! Overall, it was a very comfortable trip, and I highly recommend it."

"I forgot that the Ice and Snow World was opening that day, so all the hotels were raising their prices and were really hard to book. I also had business on Central Avenue and didn't want to go too far, so I just happened to see this Amur hotel. Although the room wasn't very big, it's a new hotel with great value for money. It's clean, hygienic, and the service is excellent. The room was genuinely warm; it was almost -20 degrees Celsius outside that day, and I was actually hot inside! The location is fantastic, right on Central Avenue, which is incredibly convenient."

"The hotel facilities are brand new and the service is very attentive. The fruit tea in the lobby every day is a warm comfort after a day out. There are also private small rooms in the back area of the lobby that can be used for guests to work, which is very thoughtful. There are two minor drawbacks: 1. In the twin room, only one bed has a bedside lamp, which is very inconvenient. 2. On the first day of my stay, there were stains on the floor of the room, so housekeeping needs to be improved. Aside from that, the rest of the experience was wonderful, especially the unbeatable location. I will definitely stay here again if I come to Harbin in the future!"

"The hotel boasts a great location, situated at the northernmost end of Central Street. A right turn outside leads directly to Central Street and the Flood Control Monument, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city center. It also features its own parking lot, a rarity for hotels on Central Street. However, be aware that the rooms are relatively small. The standard double room is practically just enough space for the bed, with no desk. The suites have a separate small room with a TV and coffee table, but are also quite cramped. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money this season, especially convenient for those with a car. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, making it a highly recommended hotel."

"The room was exceptionally clean, and the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, with a mattress that was just the right balance of firm and soft. Coupled with excellent soundproofing, I slept incredibly soundly every night. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were of high quality. Even small details like USB charging ports and blackout curtains were thoughtfully provided. Breakfast offered a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious, making it truly excellent value for money."
