The accommodation room was great, clean and hygienic, with top-notch service. Convenient transportation, located right near Central Street. Staying for consecutive nights also came with free breakfast. The restaurant was fantastic, with a great atmosphere and well-equipped facilities. Breakfast is available until 12 noon, and the service was warm and attentive, with smiling faces every day. They even gave us a small gift upon check-out. Highly deserve a thumbs up! Highly recommended!

The hotel has a great environment, is very clean, and offers attentive service. Both the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. It is the best and most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our trip to Northeast China. There is a small courtyard at the back for parking, which is very convenient for road-trippers. It is also very close to St. Sophia Cathedral—just a few minutes' walk away. There are many snack bars in the surrounding area, making dining very convenient. They even gave us a small souvenir upon checkout.

Great location, not far from St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Avenue—about a ten-minute walk—with a large shopping mall right next door. We stayed in the family suite, where the sofa bed was already made up and quite comfortable. The lobby offers afternoon tea, snacks, and drinks every day, which is super convenient; it's so relaxing to grab a drink as soon as you get back. They also serve a late-night snack, and you can ask the front desk to have a delivery robot bring it up to your room. They even gave us complimentary Modern Ice Lollies (Madieer) and local red sausage, both of which were delicious! The service was warm and excellent. There are also a few minor flaws I hope they can improve: the lighting in the room is too dim, and there was a slight sewer smell coming from the toilet. The room layout is a bit odd—we couldn't figure out where the cups were, and at first, we couldn't even find the closet 🥲 Also, it would be even better if they could help with drying clothes~ Overall, definitely recommended~

Very nice stay! It's close to Central Street, the Quiet Night Market, and the Hongzhuan Street Morning Market. Great value for money and a very central location. The service was also excellent—the front desk provides thoughtful amenities like eye masks, lighters, alcohol wipes, and toilet seat covers. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit!

The hotel offers a great open view, and St. Sophia Cathedral is just a right turn away outside. It's also very close to Harbin Railway Station, making it a fantastic location for exploring the Daoli District. While the breakfast area is a bit small, I personally thought the tomato noodles were exceptionally delicious. Because the elevators are shared with another part of the building, there are only 2 for getting up and down, so just give yourself a little extra time when heading out.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. It's also very close to the Public Security Bureau, which made us feel very safe. They offer breakfast and a late-night snack, both of which were quite tasty. Our pre-holiday booking was great value for money! The hotel facilities are also good, and the staff were incredibly enthusiastic – full marks for service!

The facilities are complete and clean. It's simple, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. The environment is clean and tidy, everything is well-arranged and clutter-free. It felt comfortable from the first glance. The front desk service attitude is good, and the check-in process was timely and well-arranged. They are flexible and the service experience was excellent. 1. I originally booked this hotel thinking it was an Aifei Hotel, a brand under Home Inn, but when I arrived, I found that the signs and pillows all said Fengya Hotel. 2. The first room had a smoke smell, but I informed the front desk and they immediately switched me to a room without any odor, which was great. 3. The front desk staff's service attitude was good, and they even gave me a small gift (candies and such) when I checked out. 4. The bathroom ventilation was poor; it smelled bad for a long time after using the toilet. 5. The biggest issue for me was the noise. Starting at 6 AM, there was drilling from the upstairs, which continued until around 9 AM. The front desk said it was a government department installing pipes, but I'm skeptical because the probability of a government department doing construction at 6 AM on a Sunday is almost zero. Plus, the 4th floor belongs to the hotel, so it's highly likely it was internal hotel renovation. You can hear the noise in the video.

First-time stay: We were treated to complimentary afternoon tea with fruits and pastries, which is perfect for taking photos and checking in on social media. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. The bathroom is very spacious, and the upgraded room features a bathtub. Ambience: Baroque style with gorgeous glass features—undeniably stunning! As for the disposable slippers, they are much thicker than the ones at Ji Hotels. Service: Every staff member I met here was extremely warm and enthusiastic. The doorman even actively helped us with our luggage and opened the car door. It truly makes you feel at home; the service here is even more attentive than many hotels costing 800 to 900 yuan. I only stayed for one night, but any reasonable request you make is genuinely taken care of! They even proactively upgraded our room! Check-out came with a farewell souvenir: specialty candies. Location: Very close to Central Street (Zhongyang Street), just a few minutes' walk away. My husband and I also stayed at The Grand Mansion 1903 this trip, but we felt that Dayang Ritz offered service that was much more comforting and pleasant. We will definitely stay at Dayang Ritz again and recommend it to our family and friends.

Extremely satisfied! The front desk staff were all so warm and welcoming, and the gentleman at the entrance was extremely polite, greeting us with a smile every time we came and went. The housekeeping lady even neatly folded the clothes we left lying around, and they gave us a farewell gift when we checked out. The hotel staff also thoughtfully helped load our luggage into the car. The service was exceptional! The breakfast had a great variety and changed daily during our multi-day stay—such a thoughtful and attentive hotel. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Harbin!!
