衞生：衞生很差，用過的洗髮水袋子還在架子裏，被子特別黑，還好自己帶了床單被罩
設施：我定的大床房，兩個人住，有吹飛機的房間，到了發現衹有一個枕頭，沒有吹風機，又向前台要的。
服務：第二天去早上，起得早，一個小時後回房間，發現吹風機不見了，應該是我們出去這一個小時，有人進來拿走了，如果我們沒起來，工作人員也進來，場面不敢設想，我們回來也沒告訴
設施：設施特別舊，隔壁打呼嚕都能聽見，因為五一出行，實在沒有酒店，也是價格便宜一百多一夜

房間很乾凈衞生，很暖和，還有茶具，可以燒水喝茶。衞生間是智能馬桶，馬桶圈是暖的；晚上睡着很安靜，一晚上睡得很踏實。
周邊生活方便，對面就是京東便利店，走幾步路，真的就是走幾步路就到了紅專街早市，早市上要什麼有什麼，除了有各種早餐和吃的，還有帽子圍巾棉褲棉鞋賣，還有東北特產，紅專街上還有葯店。早市10點半收攤。
離地鐵站也不遠，出去玩坐地鐵也很方便。
老闆服務態度很好，有什麼問題，馬上過來幫忙解決。中午退房後，還讓我們免費寄存了行李，我們出去吃了午飯後再拿行李。
很適合一家人住，性價比很高，推薦。

房子住的很舒服後面我們還續住了兩天，很乾凈衞生而且交通非常方便，性價比非常高！離索菲亞教堂中央大街啥的都不遠，如果不想走路的話公交車站以及地鐵都離得很近，就算打車這個距離也都很便宜。還有這裏的老闆人真的非常好，我呆著都不太捨得離開哈爾濱了😄😄😄
