我的媽呀，入住了三家酒店，另外兩家是哈布斯堡和麗茲酒店，這是最好的一家，服務真的太太太太太好了。會提前聯繫我們確認入住時間，給我們免費升級了房間，還會給我們推攻略，推的三家菜都炒雞好吃！有下午茶還有深夜食堂，從早吃到晚， 真的太美妙了。我跟老公是蘇州過來玩的，我倆一致認為這家是最好的一家！秒殺我們蘇州同價位的所有酒店，每一個工作人員都超熱情周到！後悔另外幾晚沒有定在這！以後再來一定還會來住的！真的強烈推薦！！！！！

The service is impeccable, from the laundry auntie to the general manager and the receptionist 小高。。my only complaint is the bulk bed mattresses being too hard, but the staffs tried their best to resolve by adding more blankets to make it softer. My children loves the high tea session too.

房間乾淨整潔無異味，暖氣足，有加濕器，有水果，服務態度很好，有求必應，早餐，下午茶，還有夜宵，很貼心了，入住酒有回家的感覺，入住時意外拉桿箱按不動，管家叫來維修師傅解決了省心。出行方便，夜裡逛晚點走回去很安全，唯一在設施上很點不足，門口是台階，對於殘障人士不友好，但不影響我對酒店的好評。
