Our stay here exceeded our expectations! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk service was warm and efficient, and the breakfast selection was varied and fresh. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining and transportation options nearby. We'll definitely choose this place again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton by Hilton Harbin overall — the room was comfortable, clean, and well-located. Everything else about the stay was good. The only small downside was the check-in experience. The staff member who helped us check in was quite curt and perfunctory — just handed us the key card without any additional information about breakfast, laundry Wi-Fi, or hotel facilities. We had to ask for those details ourselves A bit more warmth or a quick rundown at check-in would have made the arrival feel more welcoming. Still, we’d recommend the hotel. Just hoping for a friendlier front desk experience next time…And a smile may be? The rest of the staff however - from housekeeping to the parking bao an- couldn’t have been nicer. More than made up for that frosty first impression. Given the chance, will gladly return.

There's also a free laundry room. The staff are friendly and efficient. We even received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in! 👏 It was a very pleasant stay.

Traveling with my child for the college entrance exam at No. 19 Middle School, choosing this hotel was a brilliant decision. It's just a two-minute walk to the exam hall, and the room was comfortable with excellent facilities. They even offered a complimentary meeting room for parents to rest during lunch, which was incredibly considerate. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options and well-balanced nutrition!

I called beforehand asking for a non-smoking room, and even though it was late, I expected to wait for a callback. Instead, she picked up immediately, patiently confirmed my request, and even made a special note for ”priority on a quiet floor.” Within ten minutes of hanging up, she called back to say it was all sorted. Her efficiency and attentiveness really impressed me! Checking in was even more delightful. Ms. Lan Mei was not only fast but also proactively told me, ”The room Wi-Fi password is on the bedside table” and ”The elevator is just left out the door.” When I casually mentioned I was a bit thirsty, she immediately handed me a chilled bottle of mineral water – this isn't just service, it's like being cared for by a friend! The hotel itself is also beyond reproach: the facilities are so new they look like they've just been unboxed, the cleanliness is so good I wasn't afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet, the soundproofing is so effective I couldn't hear the next-door room closing its door, and even the hand soap in the room had a lovely citrus scent. Every detail was perfect!

My stay at Spring Chain Hotel was an unexpectedly perfect experience! From the moment I stepped in, I was touched by the warm atmosphere and attentive service. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient with the check-in process, and patiently introduced us to the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's breakfast particularly stood out, offering a wide variety of delicious local specialties. What's more, the hotel's location is superb, with convenient transportation, plenty of shopping and dining options, and it's also very close to the Harbin Institute of Technology Aerospace Museum. The Airport Shuttle Bus Line 2 stops right outside, with buses running every 15 minutes or so. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to every traveler and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

There is no fitness room, only a single treadmill, and it was not functioning. In other locations, when I raised concerns with staff, things were usually addressed or at least followed up. Right next to Harbin Institute of Technology, and within walking distance to popular morning markets where you can easily try authentic local breakfasts. It's a great value-for-money stay. There's also a small courtyard behind the hotel where you can sit and relax, which is very pleasant.
