Great location! 1 min walk to Zhongyang Street. 10 min walk to St Sophia Cathedral and Songhua river. There are washing machines and dryers available for guests to use.

Good location. Room is equipped with smart home system, but not functioning in certain rooms. Need to improve on front desk service.

Room was spacious, location is best. 1 minute walk to zhong yang pedestrian street. Also walking distance to song hua river. However, some of our room’s toilet was super smelly, until they changed one of our room. Its a little bit annoying but overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Good location, helpful staff, small room and only one elevator. Terrible breakfast probably the worst hotel breakfast I have had.

The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process a pleasant experience. I especially appreciated the hotel’s two automatic washer dispensers and two dryers, which made laundry a breeze. The location was ideal, offering easy access to Zhong Yang Street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area.

Clean, modern hotel in an excellent location. Just 20m off the main Zhongyang shopping street, and a 10min walk to the riverfront. Check-in was quick and trouble free. Even has a robot to bring any food delivery right to your hotel door. Perfect for getting a good nights rest before spending the day outside enjoying the ice.

Front desks midnight service could be improved... !!

The room rate is expensive. The room is small. I don't know if the room is cleaned or not. One bottle of mineral water is unscrewed and half a bottle is left. Toothbrushes are not even provided. They are all delivered after a call in the middle of the night! The experience is super great! If you charge such a high room rate, you should provide good service. But we didn't see it! ...

There are many Home Inns in Harbin. The one I booked is on the Central Street Pedestrian Street, which is very convenient for travel. The hotel is new and clean, and the service is very good. The little robot delivers medicine to the door, which is very convenient. Their pillows left a deep impression on me and my friends. I felt very comfortable. After traveling for so many years, this is the first time I like the hotel pillows!
