"I had a very positive experience at this hotel. It's excellent, very close to the main square. Although it's a little hidden, this doesn't detract from the experience at all. Furthermore, the cost-benefit is outstanding; it's definitely worth the money. The receptionists are wonderful, always willing to help, and very polite. They always use a translation machine with audio and text to ensure clear communication. Every time I entered the hotel, they would greet me warmly. The service was consistent—every day they placed a small bottle of water in my room and replaced the toiletries. I initially stayed for two days and left because I had booked another hotel, but I couldn't stay long at the other one and ended up coming back here, which was the right decision. On my next trip, I will definitely book here again."

"Good location, just a couple hundred meters fr KaiShengYuan Metro station, next to Wanda Shopping Mall @ Harbin West. I called the hotel using Trip.com internet call, and managed to book a transfer from Harbin West HSR station to the hotel. The breakfast is OK, and there is washing machine and dryer to do your laundry. Room is very spacious. One of the room, the bathroom light is faulty. Highly recommended for this price range."

Downstairs is the Baroque Street, making it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. "Out of three nights in Harbin, we stayed two nights at Xueli's and one night near the airport. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming, and the family room we chose was very spacious and comfortable. It's only a 5-minute walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral, making it a well-located and great value-for-money hotel near attractions. Highly recommend!"
