所有服務人員都熱情有禮，這邊體驗了兩個房型，一套親子房，孩子的房間佈置了玩偶和漫畫…一個大床房，也很有特色，非常滿意…早餐自助也很好吃，推薦漢堡和炒飯哦…下次來還會選擇這裏

服務熱情但讓人舒適，衞生搞得很乾凈，尤其是我走的時候，看到阿姨打掃大堂的花瓶，竟然是連花瓶口都反覆擦幾遍，牛牛牛！這個衞生程度，國內罕見！房間很有復古風，床具舒適，空調降温快，本來我很擔心北方酒店不重視空調，哈哈！這個酒店大堂8500金箔，已經非常值得體驗和感受了。我住了一晚，進出好幾趟，依然會被真的黃金迷花了眼！哈哈哈！順便説一下，酒店配套餐廳的俄餐不錯，我吃了午飯，比去年在北京友誼賓館好太多了！去中央大街不到20米，性價比很高，會再來！

1903大公館是一座有100多年歷史的建築，裝修華麗，環境優美，十分安靜。工作人員熱情，態度滿分好評。入住贈送水果、咖啡、糖果。早餐品種豐富，投影播放了電影《銀色溜冰鞋》。體驗了俄式宮廷服裝和機械電梯，工作人員小姐姐熱情幫我們拍照、挑選衣服。下次還來家庭旅行
