第一次來哈爾濱看了評論訂的酒店，主要看中了公館的文化底藴和百年歷史，來之前和酒店的服務員溝通了一下，訂的是尊貴花園雙床房，瞭解到我們是帶着長者出遊且還有輪椅，原來訂的房間是個錯層，不方便輪椅進出，立即幫助我們調整了房間，雖然我們還沒有到店，但是已經感受到了酒店的貼心服務。由於是老建築，不允許改造，進門時需要上幾個台階，當時服務的兩個小夥子二話沒説就把輪椅抬進了大堂，這個讓人很感動。酒店的文化底藴不用説，服務也是槓槓的，不能單獨表揚一個人，每個服務員都特別的周到細緻，隨時詢問客人的需求以及需要改進的地方，還熱情推薦遊玩和美食，由於他們的推薦，我成功避坑，節約了不少時間提高了旅行的舒適感。酒店的餐食也很贊，服務到位，感謝每一位服務員的辛苦付出！百年電梯是一個必須體驗的項目，歷經百年，運行的依然平穩，沒有一點兒噪音，裏面的木板都保存的很好，電梯運行時彷彿穿越百年，享受着那個時代的靜謐美好，酒店提供沙俄時期的服裝可以免費在酒店內拍照，分分鐘出大片，等到冬季還會帶着孩子再來體驗一下。

酒店是座老建築，雖然有歷史，但是經過內部裝修，還是蠻好的，乾淨衞生，富麗堂皇，。酒店最突出的是服務，人性化，熱情周到，儘可能為客人提供便利服務，更是貼心的為客人準備了歐式服裝方便拍攝。特別一提的是酒店的早餐很豐富，味道都不錯，下次還會選擇住在這裏，也會推薦給身邊的朋友。唯一的遺憾就是房間裏沒有穿衣鏡，有點可惜。

服務員很熱情，能給客人提供好多逛哈爾濱的建議，而且建議都很不錯，018號男服務員值得特別表揚。這個酒店本身就很有歷史，酒店裝飾不錯。早餐的牛排很美味。

酒店選對了，地理位置太優越了，出門就是中央大街，大街瀰漫著麪包的香味，很誘人，逛大街，吃冰棍，吃大列巴，很享受，還可以買到俄羅斯的商品。酒店的服務員從大堂到客房，服務人員很有禮貌，大堂的小姑娘打扮的很漂亮，見面就熱情的打招呼，每天客房清理的很乾凈，還有水果。酒店裡有個圖蘭朵西餐廳，味道不錯，中央大街兩旁有幾個有名的俄式餐廳，真是大飽口福了，下次來還住該酒店

別的不説了，人家這服務態度基本把他家硬件上的硬傷全彌補了。當然位置也是沒得説，旅遊的話，以它為中心，進可攻退可守，基本把主要景點都能摟明白了。
設施也確實是夠舊的，性價比不高是實話，畢竟文物級的酒店加這麼便利的位置。
給倆建議吧：1您家房子是古董，傢俱也不是古董啊，能不能更新一下，傢俱太破舊了；2酒店旅行牙膏能有幾個錢，充其量一塊錢一管，您一個淡季千元級酒店，咱不求您給送寶格麗愛馬仕的日化品，也不求您用進口歐樂B，您用個黑妹牙膏真不會超過1元錢，沒必要用山寨“阿妹”牙膏，這就不是一個千元級酒店的態度。
再説一次，服務是真心好，讓我從心裏能感到哈爾濱這座城市的每一個人，都在為了東北的復甦，真心在貢獻自己的力量，挺讓我感動的。
