設施：那個房間的燈晚上關不掉真無語，酒店是步梯，因為我爬了山然後腿疼，上下有點困難
衞生：也還行
環境：旁邊也沒有啥吃的，反正就是郊區的感覺
服務：最開始辦理入住的時候説有送機服務本人是十二點飛機，然後最開始説的十一點送機，叫十點鐘下來退房，然後到了時不知道咋就説十點發車，於是我選擇了打車過去，訂的房間是有早餐的，也沒説清楚是幾點到幾點，然後下樓也不沒有標註早餐再什麼地方，像這種淡季沒啥人，你或者直接就做好送到客人房間不用下來自助也行，省的大家都麻煩，廁所那個門也不方便，

我是出差路過哈爾濱來開會 提前一天就訂到房間了，事先打了電話，店家説可以接機，然後準時來機場接我，可惜我的航班晚點了，沒想到店家一直都在等我 接到我之後非常熱情，我很感動，入住酒店辦理的時候 前台小姐姐非常友善，這次入住非常愉快，今天走的時候，還是那個熱情的司機送的我，如果下次再有機會來哈爾濱出差 我一定再選這家酒店，非常棒
