這次出差在外面住了五家酒店，每一家空調都正常，不好使的也會主動提供取暖器，就這家空調是壞的，我態度温和的打電話諮詢前台空調的事，居然第一句反問我 是不是有病啊？是不是發燒啊？不然怎麼五月份還需要用空調啊？，，我都無語了，我説你才有病呢 你全家都發燒，你怎麼詛咒客人呢，你怎麼説話的啊”（都有電話錄音為證）住酒店諮詢空調能否使用不是住客的基本權利嗎？，而且東北4月下旬才停供暖，大家都知道五月初的室內夜晚是最難熬最冷的時候，後來他（5.2半夜值班的男客服）看我不好惹給換了房間，如果想受氣能忍受諷刺的 可以選這家酒店。（我的話是否有可信度，大家可以在攜程社區搜我暱稱，官方認證的簽約旅行家，有幾千的粉絲。）
