The hotel location was very nice, full of restaurants and malls, and a bit far from the zhongyang street, but it was fine. The staff was super friendly and helped us the best they could. the room was cozy and clean

Nice and good hotel

This is my first time staying in this hotel and my last time. I slept in this family room all night and I didn't dare to turn over because of the creaking springs. When I got up in the morning, I felt a spring mark on my back.

The room was converted from an old hotel, and the decoration was very poor. The water flow from the faucet was not very strong. It was completely different from the impression of Lavande. The bath towels were full of holes, which was totally incomprehensible. The room I stayed in near Wanda was extremely noisy. I told the front desk about this problem as soon as I checked in at noon. The front desk replied that the fan would be turned off at night and it would not be noisy, but it was not like what they said. I didn't sleep all night. Isn't this a lie? I can't understand why such things can still happen in this era.

The room is clean and spacious, and the lighting is very good. It was a very comfortable stay.

Every time I stay in a hotel, my first choice is Lavande. The front desk service is good, the room is clean, the transportation is convenient, and there is a free parking lot. The location is excellent. Wanda and Jinjue Wanxiang are just outside the door. It is very convenient for eating, drinking and playing. It is one subway stop away from Hasi and about 8 minutes' walk. Every time I go to Harbin, I stay at Lavande Hotel because it is clean and safe. It is very close to the subway station and Wanda is right outside, making it convenient for travel.

The handsome guy at the front desk said that the room had been upgraded. The room was big enough and had a small refrigerator.
