The bed was very bad, the quilt was dirty in patches, and the hotel didn't provide any shampoo, shower gel, or hand sanitizer. The key point was that I had tinnitus as soon as I entered the room. I suspected that there were large equipment downstairs or upstairs.

If you're planning to visit the Harbin Ice and Snow World, remember to purchase spikes at the counter (8 YUAN). It's affordable and can prevent falls and injuries. Unfortunately, I slipped on the ice and badly hurt my ankle. Luckily, there's a nearby hospital, Harbin Shengfeng Hospital, just a 10-15 minute walk away (you can use Google Maps). The doctors there are helpful, but they don't speak English, so bring your passport and use Google Translate if needed.
On a brighter note, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have a large mirror and a hot water station where you can prepare instant noodles. Although they don't have a kitchen, you can easily get utensils and a mug from nearby convenience stores, especially if you're planning to make coffee.
One thing I found really convenient was the international charger ports provided for each bed. Before checking out, remember to ***** your bed and leave a note in the lobby to indicate your presence. I left a Malaysian flag as my mark.
