This is the worst Atour Hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms in Atour are not so soundproof. The waiters talked in the corridor, people talked at the elevator entrance, people in the next room chatted in the middle of the night, and there was a power outage and power on in the middle of the night. There was a rumbling sound from the generator or the elevator starting outside the wall. I didn't sleep all night and got a stiff neck. The reception attitude of the front desk was also perfunctory and casual.
