三樓的房間白天噪音巨大 沒法休息 樓上是羽毛球館 給前台打電話表明這個問題 一副酒店早就知道這個問題的樣子跟我説想換房間得加錢 加錢無所謂早早説明這個問題我們也不會住這個房間。三樓的房間放半天水無熱水 Wi-Fi也不好使。更換房間到4樓後依然可以聽到噪音 等熱水需要放很久水。酒店服務人員態度很拽 聽的我看的我以為酒店是她們家的。保潔跟前台會同時給你打電話敲房門轟炸你你退房。經常來回北京哈爾濱住過的酒店數不勝數。各種星級酒店什麼都住過。這家的服務算是讓我開了眼了 全體上下一副明天酒店馬上倒閉愛咋咋地的樣子。準備要來住的人自己來感受一下吧。

搜尋攜程4星級酒店搜出來的，結果連3星標準都沒有，也就是個2星水平！最糟糕的是整個酒店樓上是羽毛球館，根本無法睡覺，太誇張了！這真的很要命。希望攜程評星能合理一點，否則對攜程失去信任！
