從未住過服務如此之差的智選假日！
1.住酒店褲腰帶丟了，我也是醉了，就用了一天，然後放在酒店沙發上，退房時候不見了，打電話問前台也找不到。
另外，我跟客服説，客人忘東西你們要主動聯繫客人，結果客服告訴我，他們從來不主動聯繫客人，客人發現丟東西了，他們需要主動聯繫酒店。這是哪門子規矩。
2.我去洗衣房洗衣服，打不開門，前台告知要到前台交錢才可以開門，我説我衣服太多，我就在洗衣房門口，幫忙先送下卡，我然後去樓下補交。等了十多分鐘還不見人來，我抱着一堆衣服去樓下找他們，我都驚了，前台三個人，一個咔咔咔幹遊戲，一個嘮閑嗑，一個在工作，沒人去給我送卡，我問情況，他們説在羣裏告知其他人員了，明明卡就在前台，他們有時間打遊戲嘮嗑，送個卡還要找別人，可能是我耽誤小哥三殺了，態度之差差點揍我。
