We were stranded at guangzhou airport due to bad weather. Warm received by the counter lady after our tiring flight. Cultural design inn preserved, impressive. Worthy to try!

We stayed here a total of 8 nights. The hotel is like a small boutique hotel, very nicely decorated, although the carpeting is a little old. It is situated near Chinese Baroque street where food is accessible. Breakfast shops include dumplings,noodles and a famous bread shop. The hotel staff were all very polite courteous and helpful. They patiently answered all our questions for directions. The lady staff was very helpful and kind to us and she helped us made the booking for airport transfer via taxi in the wee hours of the morning. Front desk service is excellent. It is also good location and one can easily hail a taxi outside the hotel, or walk to the subway station 400m away. There is water heater, but it may take awhile for the water to heat up maybe 20min, which was not a problem. The bedding and mattress are sufficient and comfortable to sleep on . The room does not have heater, only air conditioning, but it’s still okay. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you for everything!!

The room is neat and clean. The location is ideal,only a few steps away from baroque street.

Surroundings: You can go to Qiantang Street Morning Market for breakfast, and go to the Baroque District for food in the evening. It is only two streets away from the river, and it is also very convenient to take the bus to the scenic spots and the station.

Environment: The whole room is antique and I like every room. Especially this kind of 1000-pound step-out bed, I love it so much. Because I didn’t bring a camera at the time, I took a picture with my mobile phone. I really want to decorate my home like this. Service: Super good, considerate.

It is very quiet at night, but it is on the street and there will be a little noise in the morning. The price is not expensive and it is very suitable for family travel

It is said to be a traditional kang room, but it is actually made of cement. If you sleep close to the window, the wind will come in. You need to turn on the electric blanket at night to keep yourself warm. There is no sound insulation. If you talk next door, the TV will be a little louder. If it is shallow, I will hardly sleep at night. There is no dry and wet separation in the bathroom, so you have to take a shower quickly, otherwise there won't be enough hot water in a while. The sink never gets warm water, it's either cold or hot. In terms of hygiene, the lamps and behind the TV were covered with dust. Overall, at this price, it's better to spend some money and stay in a chain hotel.

Chinese retro decoration, nearby is Laodaowai Chinese Baroque. The price-performance ratio is moderate. If you come late during the Spring Festival holiday, the price will be higher. A two-story century-old building with no elevator. Heating is good. The quilt is also clean and hygienic. The facilities are relatively old.

The inn is decorated in an antique style, which I prefer, but compared with a hotel, the facilities are indeed worse, and the bathroom is not separated into dry and wet areas. The service attitude of the inn is still good, but the room rate of more than 700-800 during the Spring Festival does not seem to be cost-effective. If it was more than 300 during normal times, it would definitely be okay. There is no way because Harbin is too popular, which is understandable.

The decoration is very simple, the environment is very good and clean, and it is a historically protected building, so it is another experience, because this time I was traveling alone, so I booked the smallest hot-pot room. It was not too crowded to live alone. The landlady was very enthusiastic and told me where to go shopping and where to eat cheaply. She provided a lot of help. I think the only shortcoming may be that because of the protection of the building, the building insulation has some limitations. You can feel the wind blowing in through the windows. I would like to make a small suggestion. You can make the curtains longer and hang them down to the Kang. This may have an effect. The windshielding effect and other aspects are very good. At this price, it is quite cost-effective to live in this location.
