環境好，住的舒適，最主要的是服務特別好，特別暖心，暖心的管家服務也很周到，用餐也很愉快，早餐到夜宵服務體驗感真的超級好，辦理退宿還送了小禮品🎁下次有機會去哈爾濱還會入住這個酒店👍

前台在42層，去房間和1樓都要在42樓中轉，極其不方便；房卡不靈敏，遇到兩次不好使問題；服務員態度不好

完美！這麼多名人會選擇入住不是沒有緣由的。酒店設計非常棒，讓人心曠神怡。各種服務也是非常契合客人的需求，有車接送，有到中午的“早餐”，有貼心的夜宵，還有可口的下午茶。帶娃和長者出行，這家酒店必須強推。

Some minor problems: The room card should be easy to swipe, but it is difficult to notice the arrow, and the card must be inserted from the arrow side. Because I am used to the induction room card, this kind of card insertion is a bit unaccustomed. Also, the surrounding urban construction area seems to be not yet fully built, although there is already a large shopping mall next to it.
