第一次入住這家酒店，真的是出乎意料，首先先説一下入住時的前台，從進門看見我的時候就問好還面帶微笑，前台的小美女長得也好看，一進門就給人一種舒服的感覺，再到客房，房間挺大的，而且打掃的乾淨，客房打掃的大姐也熱情，見到我就問好，還問有沒有需要幫助的地方，詢問附近的好吃的和遊玩景點推薦了很多，第二天吃早餐的時候種類也挺多的，這個價格能住到這麼好的酒店真的是物超所值了，會推薦朋友來住的！

第一天住在中央大街裏面的酒店感覺有些吵鬧，所以搬到附近的酒店，最後選擇了這家，離着不遠還很安靜，出門溜達個幾分鐘就到了。酒店中規中矩該有的設施都有，客房大姐幹活很認真，我出門回來時大姐正在給我續住打掃，沒去打擾她就在門口打了一把遊戲。能看出來很仔細也很負責任。還不忘幫我的房間通風。我告訴大姐不用關了我自己關窗，大姐還不忘提醒今天風大別把吃的啥的放在窗台上以免落灰。前台也挺好，外賣小哥説機器人忙不過來讓我等等，沒想到大堂經理親自給送上來了，酒店應該生意不錯很多客人，前台一直在忙，在大堂喝咖啡的時候聽到有住客和前台溝通一些瑣事。前台態度一直很好説的也很有道理，解決方法也很妥當。都相互理解吧

想在哈爾濱玩幾天在攜程上看了好幾家酒店，最終選擇了和頤，結果很是讓人滿意，房間光線好，想要安靜可以住在小區一側，想要看街景可以住在新陽路一側，訂的含早餐很有性價比，在外面吃一屜包子喝碗粥，在來個雞蛋人均也得15塊錢吧，這有好幾十種吃的也沒貴到哪去。房間乾淨衞生做的很好，房間有冰箱晚上出去吃飯帶回來一些放到冰箱裏不怕壞，中午拿到餐廳微波爐裏熱一下，還挺方便。酒店服務也很好有求必應，下雨天主動送雨衣。設施齊全網速夠快，熱水很足壓力也很大，洗完很舒服。酒店客人很多前台也挺忙碌，感覺現在酒店也挺內卷，以前要是這種服務這種檔次的酒店少説也得300以上。現在真的很有性價比。

批評：酒店窗台和熱水壺上方隔斷有些許積灰/酒店花灑固定的軸鬆動 如果水流開大就會直射天空/頭頂天花板的大花灑 出水是水柱不是花灑。
優點：價格便宜，房間整體可以接受，衹能説細節不是很好。前台和服務員用心負責，這裏表揚16日晚那個戴眼鏡的前台姑娘，幫我處理了外賣機器人故障。
其次重要的是酒店位置很好，我從酒店出發去中央大街等景點很方便，步走就可以，而且點外賣十分方便。
早上的早餐也還可以，見p3。
p3以後為外賣和旅遊。

酒店位置挺好離中央大街很近，早餐豐富且好吃，前台和客房服務員都很熱情，有求必應。下雨天主動送雨衣，比較暖心。房間裝修也不錯設施齊全。衞生乾淨特別是床上用品，讓人覺得很安全
