預訂雙床未按照預訂入住，直接給開了家庭房，房間牆面破損，各種設施拉門都不好使，圖片嚴重不符，而且位置為拐彎，特別差，不知道是整體服務還是區別客人對待，因為家人看病臨時住，不願意折騰，不願意麻煩前台，所以直接住的前台開的特別差的房間，服務特別差

房間挺大，床和枕頭很舒服，地理位置比較繁華。辦理入住時跟前台溝通是否可以延遲到下午2點退房，説是不行，衹能延半小時。結果第二天我還在補覺，還不到11點前台就打電話讓12點前退房，我説不是可以延半小時嘛，話還沒説完電話就掛了。
