入住流程繁瑣，像在密室逃脱
房間衞生條件很差，衞生間和客廳地面沒有打掃 被褥床單沒有更換，枕頭衹有枕芯沒有枕套，靠窗位置有點漏風，客廳5張上下鋪，很空很冷
還要交按金才給發入住流程，生怕跑路

這是家300平方大一層公寓改裝的店，我在一樓住了一個床位。冬天一樓有些冷，二樓好冷。服務態度還行，衹是運行制度不完善，又有點像不是專業幹住宿的。建議先預訂一天，如滿意可以續訂。

和愛人一起出行，提前兩天下單了，店家也及時來電確認説是一張1.5米的床位，不是單房，問我要不要取消，我説當時急就看錯了以為是一間房沒有衞生間而已，確定就不要了。店家前台答應取消訂單，讓**作平台退款，結果平台來電説店家不肯退？給電話店家又説預訂部會取消？來來回回兩邊不下十幾個電話！拖拖拖到12月31號，和1.1號我都沒有入住。還好在別的地方訂了房間，剛好樓下有哈爾濱文旅局的辦公室，想着找他投訴，最後還是給你店家面子，在平台投訴你好了，整個過程電話記錄，消費訂單和一段電話錄音都有！最後沒有退錢，不過期間平台説可以給我補償180，而店家説可以退款就沒有走這個方案。最後598沒有退，床位沒有入住！

大家一定要聽勸，這是最差最爛得青年旅社，沒有之一！一定要擦亮眼睛，一定要擦亮眼睛，一定要擦亮眼睛，重要的事情説三遍！
1.虛假宣傳，根本沒有訂房軟件上的樣子，什麼觀景，什麼單間，通通都是假的，就一個小區裏的一樓破房子，連門頭都沒有，大冬天的拖着行李找也不好找，找到了吧，還要等，門禁不讓進，想想在哈爾濱的外面凍半個小時是什麼滋味吧
2.衞生巨差，什麼都沒有，沒有床單被套，沒有熱水，沒有WiFi，連垃圾桶都沒有，地上東西隨便擺放，又冷又難搞
3.管理混亂，男女混寢，你要不吱聲，什麼樣的人都能安排進來，打呼嚕的，腳臭的，大半夜打遊戲的，反正就是讓你睡不着那種，連最基本的旅館都比不上，一百來塊，旅店都要不了這麼多錢
4.老闆人太差了，主打一個渾水摸魚，能坑一個是一個，一步一步給你挖坑，不給退不説，還要求提前繳納按金，生怕你跑了！
訂之前好好想想吧，相信我如果想嘗試的話會讓你終生難忘的！！！
