首先隔音極差，我趕飛機，休息也不好，旁邊屋裡男男女女的聲音吵的根本睡不着，我從來沒見過隔音這麼差的房間，能清楚地聽見他們説了那些話。
其次雙床房設施完全不貼心，衹有一個床邊有插座另一個床對於我這種必須把手機放床邊的人來説，根本充不了電。
窗簾不是電動的，電視關不了，這些小問題一帶而過。
最後前台態度極其冷淡，請工作人員和前台服務人員都有一個服務別人的態度，要不就別出來幹，丟人現眼的傢伙，冷言冷語的，還有一個胖的乎的男的，晚上夜班的可能，中華話沒説明白就來應聘了？現在前台門檻這麼低嗎？還有倆女的，我都不樂意罵臟字，眼睛都不樂意抬，這樣的就別出來掙錢，又低不下頭做服務行業，又想高傲的工作，老闆不如培訓一下這些員工。
